According to the data from Central Indonesian Doctors Association (IDI) Legal Aid Institute, in Indonesia there are approximately 210 cases of suspected malpractice. This study aims to identify the hospital strategies in dealing with patient complaints due to alleged malpractice in digital era. This study conducted the preparation of literature review with systematic technique in selecting and searching using international and national databases. Due to large number of complaints that come in, it is important for hospitals to create a complaint handling system by improving the complaint handling process by preparing professional resources in handling the complaints. The preventive efforts are also needed by increasing awareness about patient safety, implemented the service procedures in accordance with existing SOPs, and filling out the documents properly and correctly such as requesting a letter of approval for action by providing an explanation of procedures and prognosis of treatment.

The result of this research showed that 1535 articles were obtained from PubMed. The same article was deleted with Zotero's delete duplicate feature and manually with the results of 215 relevant articles, 89 articles were selected through abstract reading and 22 articles were obtained for full text reading.A total of 21 journals were analyzed in this review. Factors that affect the acceptance of hospital information systems and electronic medical records are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, human-related factors, demographics and the human environment, technological factors, organizational and organizational environmental factors, effort expectancy and performance expectancy. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate how widowhood rites practices infringe on the rights of widows in contemporary times in Talensi and Nabdam. One such practice includes the commodification and oppression of the weak, particularly through violations of widows' sexual and human rights. Participant observation, interviews, and community immersion were employed in the research. The study found that both ethnic groups practice widowhood rites during fresh and final burials. An ethnographic research design was adopted to explore the cultural aspects of widowhood rites in the Talensi and Nabdam districts. Inter-ethnic disparities in these practices were also uncovered. The findings revealed that widowhood rites are detrimental to the health and rights of widows. Widows are denied opportunities to exercise their rights and are instead subjected to strict instructions on what they can and cannot do. Additionally, the practice of forcing an inheritor on the widow perpetuates economic abuse by denying widows and their children the right to inherit the deceased's property. The study concluded that a rigorous examination of various cultural practices is necessary to eliminate factors that violate women's rights. For instance, the right to dignity should be critically assessed and, where necessary, amended. Since culture is dynamic, traditional practices should evolve over time. To address these issues effectively, the researcher recommends mobilizing older women as change agents, especially in Ghana and other underdeveloped countries where women's lives are heavily influenced by customary or traditional religious standards.
