The nitrogen reduction in soil is a problem in maize cultivation that can cause production decrease. The efforts to prevent this problem is to assemble superior maize that is low nitrogren resistance and high production by crossing different corn former plants. This research was to analyze the combining power of five strains (G1, G2, G3, G4 and G5) under normal and low nitrogen conditions used a half diallel cross design by Griffing I method formula to analyze 10 genotypes. The research design used a divided plot design (RPT) with 3 replications, the research location was in the experimental garden of Balai Pengkajian dan Teknologi Pertanian in Kebondalem village, Mojosari district, Mojokerto district and the application of nitrogen fertilizer. The value of the general combining ability (DGU) of the G3 elders significantly affected the weight parameters of the cobs under low nitrogen conditions. The results of the special combining ability (DGK) on the G7 and G8 crosses had high DGK values on harvest character and weight of 100 seeds under normal and low nitrogen conditions. The genotype G6 has a high DGK value for cob weight characters.

The implementation of hospital information systems and electronic medical records can improve health care services in hospitals, but there are still many things that inhibits its user acceptance. The purpose of this study is to find out things that can support the acceptance of hospital information systems and medical records by electronic users and their obstacles. This is a literature review research and uses the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses (PRISMA) methods.Relevant articles were obtained from PubMed in 1982 to June 2021. Articles were selected if they met the criteria in the form of discussing the acceptance of hospital information systems in the form of electronic medical records in hospitals. The result of this research showed that 1535 articles were obtained from PubMed. The same article was deleted with Zotero's delete duplicate feature and manually with the results of 215 relevant articles, 89 articles were selected through abstract reading and 22 articles were obtained for full text reading.A total of 21 journals were analyzed in this review. Factors that affect the acceptance of hospital information systems and electronic medical records are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, human-related factors, demographics and the human environment, technological factors, organizational and organizational environmental factors, effort expectancy and performance expectancy. Implementation of information systems and electronic medical records can be maximized by increasing user acceptance of the system so that health services can be provided optimally.

The purpose of this study was to investigate how widowhood rites practices infringe on the rights of widows in contemporary times in Talensi and Nabdam. One such practice includes the commodification and oppression of the weak, particularly through violations of widows' sexual and human rights. Participant observation, interviews, and community immersion were employed in the research. The study found that both ethnic groups practice widowhood rites during fresh and final burials. An ethnographic research design was adopted to explore the cultural aspects of widowhood rites in the Talensi and Nabdam districts. Inter-ethnic disparities in these practices were also uncovered. The findings revealed that widowhood rites are detrimental to the health and rights of widows. Widows are denied opportunities to exercise their rights and are instead subjected to strict instructions on what they can and cannot do. Additionally, the practice of forcing an inheritor on the widow perpetuates economic abuse by denying widows and their children the right to inherit the deceased's property. The study concluded that a rigorous examination of various cultural practices is necessary to eliminate factors that violate women's rights. For instance, the right to dignity should be critically assessed and, where necessary, amended. Since culture is dynamic, traditional practices should evolve over time. To address these issues effectively, the researcher recommends mobilizing older women as change agents, especially in Ghana and other underdeveloped countries where women's lives are heavily influenced by customary or traditional religious standards.

The existence of TOC (Transnational Organized Crime) is considered to be a new threat to security, one example of TOC is the smuggling of firearms between countries through sea routes. This crime is a security threat to individuals, nationally and internationally. In international regulations, smuggling firearms between countries by organized groups is regulated in the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime which was supervised by General Assembly resolution 55/25 in 15 November 2000. In addition, there are also several national instruments, such as Law Emergency No. 12/1951, Terrorism Law and Customs Law. Indonesia has become a potential place for smuggling firearms illegally because of many internal conflicts and terrorism cases that have occurred. Most of the perpetrators of this crime use the sea route for trade it. Therefore, the government implements law enforcement and sanctions. The researcher used a normative-juridical research method, research based on a statutory approach, review of all laws and related regulations of its topic. This research used Law No. 5/2009 concerning Ratification of the United Nations Conventions against Transnational Organized and other relevant laws as primary data. The secondary data of this research is the researcher's legal argument in the perspective of a concrete case in the field, an approach to cases that are related to firearms smuggling and illegal arms trade. The objectives of this research are to find out smuggling firearms management efforts, and to analyze the criminal sanctions against this case.
