Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of efficiency and effectiveness of zakat payroll system and digital zakat on the acceptance of zakat funds in BAZNAS2016-2017. This study used the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method with DEA Frontier software, Microsoft Excel 2010 and the Allocation to Collection Ratio (ACR) which compares the distribution ratio with the collection of zakat funds from each program. The results and findings of this study indicate that both the zakat payroll system and digital zakat have a high level of efficiency and effectiveness. This indicates that the community awareness was already high to pay of zakat profession. This research is expected to be a reference for zakat institutions and zakat practitioners in measuring the level of efficiency and effectiveness of a program.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the leadership factors by the Theory of Transformational Leadership that have contributed to the success of a group of female farmers in Buaran, Serpong, Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia, known as Az Zahra. The data were collected using both primary and secondary sources, and the methodologies used were qualitative. Officials, supervisors, and group members are interviewed and observed to gather primary data. and literature uses secondary data. According to the findings of the environmental observations and interviews, the leader was successful in inspiring the group's members to achieve the group's objectives. The business developments for the first three years following the group's formation show this. Three hundred square meters of land were initially planted as a crop, and by the third year, about ten thousand meters had been planted. Also, the group was able to repay its working capital loan obligation and donate to the community. the study demonstrates the effectiveness of women farmers groups in mitigating food poverty. At times of adversity, group farming programs can be a cornerstone of business. Islamic agriculture offers a comprehensive and holistic approach to food production that is rooted in Islamic values and principles. It seeks to promote sustainable and socially responsible farming practices that support the well-being of people, animals, and the environment.

Abstract

This study aims to know and analyze: the influence of fiscal deficit on economic growth of Indonesia in the long and short run. The data in this study are time series data from 1988 to 2019 and using cointegration test and Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). The result of the research show that (1) fiscal deficit, FDI and inflation have a significant effect on economic growth. The fiscal deficit has a positive effect, meanwhile FDI and inflation have a negative effect on economic growth. (2) In the short run, fiscal deficit in lag 1 and FDI in lag 1 and lag 2 have a significant effect on economic growth, but inflation have no significant effect both in lag 1 and lag 2. However, in the long run, economic growth will return to its equilibrium.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the relevance of organizational culture in creating corporate effectiveness at Reshare Rabbani Malang Branch. Reshare Rabbani has an unique strategies that different from other companies. By using qualitative research, through in-depth interview, documentation and observation, data were analyzed descriptively with a case study approach. The results of this study indicate that the culture adopted by Reshare Rabbani is a strong culture, depicted by the values that are deeply embedded in the members of the organization, based on the value of Tawheed, grateful, never giving up, continuous improvement, caring in every circumstance and high responsibility. Organizational culture at Reshare Rabbani is relevant to the creation of company effectiveness’ indicators; a production system that focuses on quality, created satisfaction, intertwining harmony between employees, adaptation, growth and fulfillment level of efficiency.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the direct effect between customer perceived value (CPV), trust towards satisfaction on customer of sharia banks in Jambi province. The development of Sharia banking in Jambi is quite slow compared to other provinces in Sumatra Island. This research was conducted in Jambi Province. The design of this study used a quantitative method with a survey approach to obtain primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires to 140 customers in six Sharia commercial banks in Jambi province by using purposive sampling method in determining the sample. Determination of the minimum sample size in this study refers to the statement of Hair et al. Then the quantitative data was processed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS 3 software. The findings of this study found that an exogenous latent variable Customer Perceived Value affects customer trust and satisfaction. This research was expected to make practical contributions to the management of Sharia banks and related parties as information to determine the marketing strategy of Sharia bank products in Jambi province, in effort to increase customer satisfaction of sharia banks in Jambi province.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to map the economic potential of the development of halal tourism in West Sumatra, and analyze the opportunities and challenges of developing halal tourism in West Sumatra. This research uses mixed methods. The location of the study was conducted in West Sumatra Province. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation data. The data analysis technique uses SWOT analysis. The results of the study show that West Sumatra has a very potential halal tourist destination. Tourist attractions in West Sumatra are one of the most popular tourist destinations in Indonesia. Supported by a variety of facilities supporting the halal tourism industry including the availability of good sharia-compliant hotels, comfortable worship facilities, and the availability of halal culinary centers. Tourism is one of the contributors to local revenue sources (PAD).
