Abstract

Abstract

The inclusion of halal label certification on food makes it an effective means for consumers to sort halal food more easily and is a form of producer responsibility in doing business and protecting consumers. However, consumers have the right to know and obtain clear and detailed information regarding every composition or material used in the manufacture of products that have been traded. This is also because the products circulating in the community are not necessarily safe, especially for Muslim consumers. This study aims to examine the effect of religiosity and producer understanding of halal labeling certification on food products. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Variable testing was carried out using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis statistical tests through the SPSS 16 program analysis.

Abstract

This study uses a combination of two theories, namely Theory Reasoned Action (TRA) and Theory Push-Pull-Mooring (PPM). This study aims to determine the effect of religious attitude, alternative attractiveness and subjective norm on customers switching intention. The research method used is quantitative. This study uses primary data distributed to respondents with purposive sampling technique. The population in this study are Islamic bank customers who have previously been customers of conventional banks in Central Java who are Muslim. The sample used is 100 respondents obtained through distributing questionnaires. This research uses multiple regression analysis technique with Smart-PLS software. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that religious attitude, alternative attractiveness and subjective norm have a positive and significant effect on customers switching intentions on Islamic bank customers. The result of the highest influence is shown by the subjective norm variable with a regression coefficient value of 0,375 with a significance value of 0,000. This means that a person's intention to perform a behavior can be built through their social environment. The greater the support from the social environment such as family, friends, neighbors and religious leaders can influence the intention of conventional customers to immediately switch to Islamic bank.

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between Islamic philanthropy and Sharia-compliant finance by examining how their integration shapes contemporary Islamic social finance. Using a qualitative literature review, the research synthesizes recent studies on productive waqf, digital zakat, and Islamic crowdfunding. The findings show that the success of these innovations depends not only on financial design but also on alignment with socio-cultural norms, religious values, and community trust. Strong religiosity, supportive cultural traditions, and credible governance encourage public participation, while low transparency and weak technological infrastructure remain key challenges. The study highlights the importance of institutional readiness—especially regulation, digital systems, and human capacity—in strengthening integration. It also shows that technology, when guided by Sharia principles, can enhance transparency and financial inclusion. While conceptually comprehensive, the study calls for empirical research to validate these insights.

Abstract

The phenomenon of the success of the halal industry sector as one of the actors in handling post-contraction economic recovery has received significant attention. The halal industry has been recognized as an important factor in driving economic recovery. Especially after contractions caused by various factors, such as the COVID-19 pandemic. The halal industry offers significant opportunities to restore the economy by optimizing the potential of the domestic market and increasing international trade. The aim of this study is to explore and examine the potential and position of the halal sector in the macroeconomic context to achieve sustainable economic recovery after an economic contraction. This study uses the library research method and uses SWOT analysis. The results of the analysis show that the halal industry sector has a significant role in helping post-contraction economic recovery, and is a turning point in this recovery. The contribution of this sector to economic recovery is known as an important factor in restoring economic balance. It is hoped that with solid development and growth, the halal industry sector can help maintain a balance in economic movements, especially when there is an economic contraction in the future. This will have a positive impact on the real sector and assist in reducing the negative effects of economic contraction. Thus, the development of the halal industrial sector is an important step in achieving a sustainable and stable economic recovery in the future.
