Abstract

This study This study aims to determine how a company's capital structure, growth and profitability impact its value on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2020. This study looks at 27 companies and 17 companies as a sample. Data were processed using the spss 22 program. Data were examined using the coefficient of determination (R2), partial test (t), and linear regression with two lines. To find out how the independent variable influences the dependent variable in terms of the level of prosperity, a hypothesis test is carried out.

Abstract

This study aims to ascertain the impact of operating cash flow, Capital intensity, profitability, and company size on financial distress in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) between 2019 and 2021. The population used in this study consisted of 213 individuals, and 42 samples were collected over the course of three years, yielding 126 observation data points. The purposive sampling technique was followed when applying the collected samples. Logistic regression analysis is the data analysis method that is applied. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that while operating cash flow and Capital intensity do not have an impact on financial distress, company size and profitability do. Subsequently, Financial distress is influenced concurrently by operating cash flow, Capital intensity, profitability, and company size.

Abstract

This exploration recounts the tale of the connection between the actual workplace, responsibility and preparing at Al-Azhar 1 Medan Private Grade School. The factual strategy utilized is different relapse with a quantitative clear methodology utilizing traditional supposition tests first. The number of inhabitants in this review were educators and representatives at Al-Azhar 1 Medan Private Grade School, adding up to 37 respondents, determined from the quantity of laborers at Al-Azhar 1 Medan Private Primary School, so the absolute example in the review was 37 individuals. The consequences of this exploration show that to some extent the factors Actual Workplace (X1), Responsibility (X2) and Preparing (X3) meaningfully affect the Presentation of Educators and Representatives at Al-Azhar 1 Medan Private Grade School (Y), while at the same time the Climate is great Actual Work (X1), Responsibility (X2) and Preparing (X3) affect the Exhibition of Instructors and Representatives at Al-Azhar 1 Medan Private Primary School (Y).

Abstract

This research investigates factors that influence corporate behavior in tax compliance by using a quantitative approach to analyze companies from various industries listed on the IDX Growth/Value sub-classification. The multiple linear regression analysis determines the strength and significance of relationship between the variables studied. The research population was taken from the IDXG30 and IDXV30 indices which contained 88 enterprieses from 2019 until 2021 with the amount of sample size of 45. The results of this research showed that the independence of the board of commissioners and political connections had a practical and a noteworthy impact on tax evasion. Meanwhile, size of firm, profitability and leverage demonstrate a strong and negative correlation with tax evasion. Overall, the factors studied show a significant influence on tax avoidance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of price, promotion and product quality on repurchase decision of Teh Daun Gambir Sondel in Pakpak Bharat Regency. The population of this study consisted of people from Pakpak Bharat Regency who were regular purchasers of Teh Daun Gambir Sondel. The sample used consisted of 97 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The research data was collected using quantitative methods using a questionnaire whose validity, reliability, assumptions and classical hypotheses were tested using data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study partially show that price, advertising and product quality have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. At the same time, price, promotion and product quality simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on the repurchase decisions of Teh Daun Gambir Sondel in Pakpak Bharat Regency

Abstract

This test looks at the relationship between non-actual workplaces, hard work attitudes and work discipline on the efficiency of instructors and staff at Al-Azhar 1 Medan Private Elementary School. The population in this audit are educators and representatives at Al-Azhar 1 Medan Private Elementary School, with a target of 40 remaining workers at Al-Azhar 1 Medan Private Elementary School being 40 people. The research results show that non-actual workplace (X1), hard work attitude (X2), work discipline (X3) have a fundamental influence on the efficiency of educators and representatives at Al-Azhar 1 Medan Private Elementary School. Meanwhile, non-actual workplace (X1), hard work attitude (X2) and work discipline (X3) influence the efficiency of teaching staff and representatives at Al-Azhar 1 Medan Private Elementary School (Y).

Abstract

The focus of this research is to determine how the influence of operating cash flow and accounting profits of a company has an impact on stock returns on the Indonesia Stock Exchange BEI in 2018-2020 for investments in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the manufacturing, food and beverage sectors. . A total of 27 businesses were selected as research subjects, and 10 businesses were selected as samples. SPSS 22 program, data were analyzed using the following methods: multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination test (R2), partial test (t), and simultaneous test.

Abstract

this study was to determine the effect of motivation, discipline and work loyalty on the performance of teachers at Al-Azhar Senior High School Medan. The sample of this research is the teacher at the Al-Azhar Senior High School Medan with 51 samples of respondents. The statistical method used is multiple linear regression (multilinear regression analysis). The results of this study prove that partially motivation (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance (Y), with a t-count value of 7.149 and a significance level value of 0.001, partially Discipline (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance (Y) , with a t-count value of 9.191 and a significance level value of 0.003, partially work loyalty (X3) has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance (Y), with a t-count value of 12.307 and a significance level value of 0.000, Simultaneously Motivation (X1) , Discipline (X2) and work loyalty (X3) have a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance, with a calculated F value of 57.182 and a significance level of 0.000. With a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.883 (88.3%).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Work Facilities, Training and loyalty on the Work Productivity of Al-Azhar Medan Junior High School Teachers. The research sample consisted of 57 teachers of Al-Azhar Medan Junior High School, and the data used was raw data. This study analyzes the effect of work facilities, training, and loyalty on teacher productivity using multiple linear regression statistical methods (multiple regression analysis) and qualitative methods using instrumental data testing, classical hypothesis testing, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that work facilities (X1), training (X2), and loyalty (X3) partially had a positive and significant effect on teacher work productivity (Y). The work facility (X1) has a calculated t value of 9.832 and a significance level value of 0.000. Training (X2) has a calculated t value of 6.077 and a significance level value of 0.000. Loyalty (X3) has a calculated t value of 4.449 and a significance level value of 0.018. Simultaneously, work facilities (X1), training (X2), and loyalty (X3) have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Al-Azhar Medan Junior High School teachers with a calculated F value of 49,708 and a significance level value of 0,000. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.959 (95.9%).
