Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang is a state hospital has done it is job and function, but in 3rd class of pavilion room, the number of patient decrease dramatically. It is concerned with quality of this hospital. To answer this problem, research was done using Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Quality Function Deployment is a tool which design some needs include customers represented as a voice of customer and including some competitions and also groups some activities that usually called affinity graphic ang getting a benchmarking for it is competition. From the result analysis can be showed that main attribute for patience is a accuracy. And from House Of Quality can be found that getting a periodic meeting to evaluate this hospital and also increase a service can be made 20 concept

Abstract

Occupational health and safety is very important point for a company. CV. XYZ is a company that produces paving and have problem about the occupational accident. There are 4 production procceses that can be couse occupational accidents, which is taking raw materials procces, stirring batter, forming and drying. This case must be analyzed using HEART and JSA method as evaluating effort for occupational accident. The results of HEART method analysing imply that HEP value 0,8632is the most dangerous occupational, that is forpicking gravel from cement mixer machine. After known the value of HEP afterward analyzed using JSA method. The goal is as improvement to occupational accident in the production process in order can be reduced. The result of JSA method analysing are improvement suggestion such us levying mask, hat, design of additional components for machine, additional equipment for pallet and hand pallet, and assigning standart operational procedure.

Abstract

Modern market is growing in Indonesia. In its development, the company strives to provide the best to be superior to existing competitors. Supermarket Lion Superindo is one of the supermarkets in the city of Malang, based on observations, it is known that people are still not familiar with the supermarket, so this study aims to find out what attributes required by customers, the position of the supermarket today and how where to plan the right marketing strategy to increase consumer loyalty. Positioning the company carried out using the method of Multi dimensioanl Scaling, so that it’s known that a competitor who has a lot of similarities with Lion Superindo is Giant Kawi and Loka, attributes that are considered good is the price, while the attributes of a product, place, promotion, employee, service and physical evidence still needs to be repairs / improvements. Planning strategies using Quality Function Development, this method of translating the 19 attributes that consumers desire into 28 technical response given the enterprise, so strategies are made will be in accordance with what consumers need. From planning conducted found 3 strategies that will be proposed is increasing the quality of products and services, pengembanga innovation to the concept of supermarkets and increased media information and promotional activities to consumers.

Abstract

In this article is related to implemented a method in order to solve vehicle routing problem (VRP) for mineral water distribution activity from depot to customers which has particular constraints such as variant of product that has to be load at a vehicle (multiple product), vehicle’s capacity and time window of each customers. One of the company’s vehicle have 64 customers that must be visited in 6 days so there is a few route has been developed (multiple route). The constraint that set up sustained there might be few customers missed to be visited during horizon plan. Sequential Insertion Algorithm which is one of heuristic method for Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Window is choosen to built a vehicle routing solution. The result from this study show that this method in particular conditions and constraints give a better solusion than the company actual routes. Moreover, in this article, the comparasion of distance and completion time between solution route and actual route, and also the saving in cost is also analyzed. The using of Sequential Insertion Algorithm in this article can be used and applied because its perform an optimal result.

Abstract

Regional Water Company (PDAM) Lamongan is a local company with main activity is to serve and provide clean water to communities through a system of pipes. Constraint occurs is in the process of drinking water treatment and wastewater sludge yield potential as a source of environmental pollution. Another problem is still limited because of PDAM services in 2013 is only capable of serving 4.7% of the total number of households (BPS population census of 2010). Taps need to increase the amount of water production in order to serve the wider community Lamongan. The concept of green productivity (GP) can be used in the search for solutions to increase productivity and protect the environment. The study begins by identifying the root cause of a lot of liquid waste and a low amount of water production, setting objectives and targets, choosing the resources and information available to arrange alternative green productivity. There are two alternatives, the selected alternative in this study are alternative 2 merge maximizing the raw water intake (pipe repair, purchase and installation of the intake screen 2 pump intake of government), Repair IPA II, and the use of wastewater that is the use of waste as material raw returned by first applying multilevel aeration technology to reduce levels of COD and BOD5 in wastewater. The productivity of the company in the first year after implementation of the selected alternative to 123%, an increase of 14% compared to the year 2013 and the total value of the EPI index to 18.35 or increased 42.65, which means it meets effluent standards wastewater East Java Governor Regulation No. 72 of 2013. In addition the production of water PDAM also increased 69.8% over the previous year.

Abstract

Scheduling is the process of organizing, selecting and timing of the use of existing resources to produce output as expected within the expected time too. Problems faced by the company is determining the minimal production scheduling, as in the case of the production of the company in March, May and August 2015, delays occurred up to three business days, or approximately 14% compared to normal production time per month. The results of this study indicate if using methods Branch and Bound, the more processing time than the method the company trimmed. for example, in February 2016 when using the method of the company, the turnaround time is obtained 10584.385 minutes, whereas if the company uses Branch and Bound method can be reduced completion time of 789.66 minutes so that it becomes 9794.719 minutes, or 1.8 days faster than using companies.
