Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang is a state hospital has done it is job and function, but in 3rd class of pavilion room, the number of patient decrease dramatically. It is concerned with quality of this hospital. To answer this problem, research was done using Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Quality Function Deployment is a tool which design some needs include customers represented as a voice of customer and including some competitions and also groups some activities that usually called affinity graphic ang getting a benchmarking for it is competition. From the result analysis can be showed that main attribute for patience is a accuracy. And from House Of Quality can be found that getting a periodic meeting to evaluate this hospital and also increase a service can be made 20 concept

Abstract

The role of competent trainers as an important part in creating an organizing  system of the  qualified training program. To improve the competencyof trainers to match the expected criteria, trainers evaluation of performance as the basic tools are needed. The purpose of this study is to determine the criteria or parameters that used in evaluating trainers performance. Determination of criteria is using the groupdecision-making techniques, namely nominal group technique (NGT).  The NGT participants are trainer and planner. Successful criteria in consensus are established by the suitability of substance with the competence attended training, training participant satisfaction in classroom teaching ability, and the achievement of credit points. The criteria can be used as a reference for the evaluation and the results can be used for the appropriate competencies development that suitable with trainers requirement. The use of NGT is more effective to generate many ideas and determination of evaluation criteria.

Abstract

PT. Eterindo Nusa Graha is a company engaged in basic chemical industry that produces synthetic resins and glycerine. One of the raw material for production of synthetic resins is DOP produced 45,000 tons/year. One adjuvant DOP is sodium hydroxide liquid. The raw material is supplied by several companies so that in choosing a major supplier to supply sodium hidroxide is important. Sodium hydroxide liquid supplied by Manunggal indah, Toya indo, and Surya Makmur. In reality the quality of raw materials are sometimes less suitable and delays in delivery have an impact on the production process. So that needs to be measured to determine the supplier's performance. Supplier selection is expected to suit the needs of PT. Eterindo Nusa Graha. This study aims to determine the criteria and sub-criteria supplier selection according to the needs of companies and provides the results of decision-making for the selection of the supplier company. The method used in this study is used AHP weighting of the criteria and sub-criteria and TOPSIS. The results of the research produced 6 criteria and 14 sub-criteria. Of AHP, the weight of the biggest criteria is Quality (0.38651) and Delivery (0.17208), while from TOPSIS method produces major supplier PT. Manunggal indah with positive ideal distance value 0.008558653 and negative ideal distance value 0.04522.

Abstract

PG Tjoekir is a sugar manufactured by PTPN X BUMN, sugar production trough 6 phase where  each has many problem about physic environment ( health and comfort). Each room has environment with noisy level a 85 dBA, exposure level a 200 lux and temperature level a 36°C. So these problem has need design repair for environment physic with Green Building methods. This methods can be reduce noisy level, exposure level and temperature level. For  arelaize health abd comfort workroom to emloyees. The result of reserch has obtainable a design 4 exhaust fan, 4 exhaust, 3 turbin ventilation, 4 LED lamp and 3 Regupol vibration metal. About the design realize can reduce of temperature room 0,73 m/s and 44 dBA for noisy level.

Abstract

PT. Petrokimia Gresik is a company producing fertilizer with raw material reactive chemicals. In the production process required adjuvant to speed up the process. On the other hand, the company also wants to realize its mission to the environment in accordance with goverment regulations. So that the company’s activities will reach a point of balance between the economy an the environment. The goal of this research is to help the company in determining the criteria and sub-criteria are influential in selecting green suppliers with Fuzzy AHP method, and helping to choose the best alternative green supplier with Fuzzy TOPSIS method. There are 9 criteria and 19 sub-criteria and 4 alternative supplier in this study. Based on the calculation method of Fuzzy AHP, the criteria that affect are the quality and environmental management system, whle for sub criteria are green image and the PPM levels. Based on the calculation method of Fuzzy TOPSIS obtained the best alternative solution for the company is supplier 1 from 4 alternative supplier

Abstract

Lapor.go.id is a website to aspirate and complaints were easily accessible and integrated in order to increase community participation in monitoring programs and the performance of the government to implementation of public development and services. This research was descriptive quantitative approach using WEBQUAL dimensions namely usability, information, and service interaction that were assessed based on the perspective of performance and importance. Besides that, this research was conducted to investigate the user satisfaction on the website’s performances. Based on the research result shows that users are satisfied with the website’s performance with the satisfaction index value of 73.02%. Beside that, It is known that the website’s attributes of poorly performing and need to be improved are attributes related to the website’s interfaces, website’s competency, updated informations, detailed informations, and information that is easily understood.
