Abstract

The formulation of performance indicators is good and meaningful must meet the criteria CREAM (clear, relevant, economic, adequate, and monitorable). In practice, it is often found performance indicators can not be applied because it has a variety of interpretations in the criteria of measurement. The problem is discussed using focus group method (FG). The results of the discussion have succeeded in identifying and consensusing the six criteria for measuring the key performance indicators (KPI) for the implementation of competency-based training, ie training needs analysis, syllabus curriculum, modules, training implementation guidelines, evaluation of training, and evaluation of training implementation (satisfaction and learning). The use of the FG method in this study is effective enough to generate many ideas and the participation of internal stakeholders in solving the problem. The success of FG is highly dependent on pre-discussion planning, especially the deepening of the issues studied and the determination of data sources or participants, who understand the issues being discussed.

Abstract

Logic model is a tool for telling the program in order to facilitate the evaluation. In a simple way, this model consists of the interrelation among the input-activity-output-outcome elements. This research aims to analyse the development of logic model for evaluating the human resources develoment in energy and mineral resources sectors related to the gender mainstreaming issue. It is developed through left-toright approach or forward logic. The result of study is the initial model based on the model development iteratively to achieve such outcomes the closest to the real conditions in gender-responsive human resources development. Expected program outcomes with increasing women?s participation in the following human resource development activities such as training, technical assistance, and the communication forum are increasing competence and role of women in the management of energy and mineral resources sector. This model can be used to evaluation process and enhanced in accordance with the needs and inputs from the stakeholders.

Abstract

The role of competent trainers as an important part in creating an organizing  system of the  qualified training program. To improve the competencyof trainers to match the expected criteria, trainers evaluation of performance as the basic tools are needed. The purpose of this study is to determine the criteria or parameters that used in evaluating trainers performance. Determination of criteria is using the groupdecision-making techniques, namely nominal group technique (NGT).  The NGT participants are trainer and planner. Successful criteria in consensus are established by the suitability of substance with the competence attended training, training participant satisfaction in classroom teaching ability, and the achievement of credit points. The criteria can be used as a reference for the evaluation and the results can be used for the appropriate competencies development that suitable with trainers requirement. The use of NGT is more effective to generate many ideas and determination of evaluation criteria.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe level of women's participation in gender-responsive training programs is still low. Improvement of gender-responsive training programs within the framework of improving performance in the subsequent implementation. In general, the findings of the evaluation using several assessments have resulted in several alternative improvements. The purpose of this study is the priority goal of program improvement. This study uses a quantitative request by applying the TOPSIS procedure. TOPSIS as one of the decision-making methods many criteria are easy to use. Based on the results of the assessment of the planners who worked on and evaluated the evaluation of the work unit within the Education and Training Agency, they received priority improvements, namely information dissemination to various parties that had not been optimally carried out. The use of TOPSIS in this study can be used to improve priority programs to become more directed towards continuous improvement. ABSTRAKTingkat partisipasi perempuan dalam program pelatihan responsif gender masih rendah. Perbaikan program pelatihan responsif gender dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja pada penyelenggaraan selanjutnya. Pada umumnya temuan dari hasil evaluasi menggunakan beberapa kriteria menghasilkan beberapa alternatif perbaikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan prioritas perbaikan program. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menerapkan prosedur TOPSIS. TOPSISsebagai salah satu metode pengambilan keputusan banyak kriteria mudah digunakan. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian dari perencana yang melakukan dan memahami evaluasi dari unit kerja di lingkungan Badan Diklat ESDM diperoleh prioritas perbaikan, yaitu penyebaran informasi kepada berbagai pihak yang selama ini belum optimal dilakukan. Penggunaan TOPSIS pada penelitian ini dapat digunakan untukpenentuan prioritas perbaikan program lainnya agar menjadi lebih terarah perbaikannya.

Abstract

The best apllying practice of performance management can lead to increase business competitiveness. The objective of this study was to describe of how performance measurement systems that has been conducted at PG Subang West Java to achive success areas of sugarcane factory. The systems was built to adopt from integrated dynamic performance systems (IDPMS) model. The models integrates of four functional areas : corporate management, plant management, shop floor, and process improvement teams (bina sarana tani and lab. QC). Each fungsional areas were linked through the specification, reporting, and dynamic updating of the defined areas of success, performance measure, and performance standard. Understanding  interrelationships of performance measurements provides the foundation for more focused improvement efforts

Abstract

Customary village is small group of people who still survive and consistently preserve the culture and belief of their ancestors. Local cultural values deserve to be promoted to the application of character education in school. The qualitative research understanding the life and local cultural values is carried out in the people of Kampung Adat Cirendeu in West Java. The local culture of the Kampung Adat Cirendeu people holds the principle of ngindung ka waktu and mibapa ka jaman which has the meaning of maintaining identity but still keeping abreast of the times. One of the local cultural values that still preserves until today is the culture of cassava-based food as a substitute for rice. This culture has been going on for a century and become an inspiration for the national food diversification program. One of the preservation efforts is through the example of their ancestors. Promotion and granting food culture values to the character education in schools involve various educational stakeholders (teachers, educators, governments, people, and customary peoples) that should give an example to the students. The most effective method is to form students with character and in the end they will be familiar with local food culture and does not depend on rice. Keywords: Character education, Kampung Adat Cirendeu, Exemplary. PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER NILAI-NILAI BUDAYA LOKAL MAKANAN DI MASYARAKAT KAMPUNG ADAT CIRENDEU JAWA BARAT MELALUI KETELADANANDesa adat adalah sekelompok kecil orang yang masih bertahan dan secara konsisten melestarikan budaya dan kepercayaan nenek moyang mereka. Nilai-nilai budaya lokal layak dipromosikan untuk penerapan pendidikan karakter di sekolah. Penelitian kualitatif yang memahami kehidupan dan nilai-nilai budaya lokal ini dilakukan pada masyarakat Kampung Adat Cirendeu di Jawa Barat. Budaya lokal masyarakat Kampung Adat Cirendeu memegang prinsip ngindung ka waktu dan mibapa ka jaman yang memiliki makna mempertahankan identitas tetapi tetap mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Salah satu nilai budaya lokal yang masih dipertahankan hingga saat ini yaitu budaya makanan berbasis singkong sebagai pengganti beras. Budaya ini telah berlangsung selama satu abad dan menjadi inspirasi bagi program diversifikasi pangan nasional. Salah satu upaya pelestariannya yaitu melalui contoh dari nenek moyang mereka. Promosi dan pemberian nilai-nilai budaya makanan untuk pendidikan karakter di sekolah melibatkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan pendidikan (guru, pendidik, pemerintah, masyarakat, dan masyarakat adat) yang harus memberikan contoh kepada siswa. Metode yang paling efektif yaitu membentuk para siswa dengan karakter dan pada akhirnya mereka akan terbiasa dengan budaya makanan lokal dan tidak bergantung pada beras. Kata kunci: Pendidikan karakter, Kampung Adat Cirendeu, teladan.

Abstract

The relationship between science and religion in its development in the West is contradictory, giving rise to the typology of science and religion to describe the relationship. One form of typology is an integration that affects the education sector. This qualitative research aimed to describe the concept of the relation between science and religion and to describe the integrated learning system in one of the integrated boarding schools in West Java. The result of the study showed that science and religion in the view of Islam are integrated so that they cannot be separated because they are one science from Allah SWT. Regarding its application in learning in boarding school, it was found that learning did not separate between general science or science and religion in school subjects and daily activities to create students with noble character.

Abstract

Rencana pengembangan sekolah merupakan dokumen perencanaan strategis untuk membimbing sekolah dalam menciptakan nilai organisasi. Rumusan strategi diterjemahkan dari visi dan misi sekolah, terdiri dari tujuan dan sasaran strategis, indikator kinerja, dan program inisiatif. Rumusan strategi ini tidak bersifat mandiri, tetapi saling memiliki keterkaitan sebab akibat. Dalam model Balanced Scorecard, seluruh strategi diseimbangkan dan dikaitkan dengan hubungannya untuk saling mendukung antara startegi jangka pendek dengan janga panjang, strategi pendorong dengan strategi hasil. Penerapan BSC pada sekolah Islam dalam rangka untuk mencapai tujuan strategis seperti peserta didik yang berakhlakul karimah, dan unggul dalam berprestasi. Nilai strategis ini didorong oleh beberapa sasaran strategis yang mewakili setiap perspektif dan dimodelkan ke dalam peta strategi yang mudah dipahami oleh para pemangku kepentingan sekolah.
