Abstract

Analysis of Inflation Control Efforts in the Covid-19 Era in Indonesia. Indonesia as one of the countries affected by Covid is experiencing economic problems, namely high inflation rates and declining currency rates. This study aims to analyze efforts to control inflation both in terms of fiscal and monetary policies. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods sourced from secondary data from literature studies and scientific articles. The results of this study indicate that fiscal and monetary policies can control inflation by improving the real sector of the economy.

Abstract

The Covid19 outbreak has had an overall effect on all sectors of life, especially the economic sector. This study aims to analyze the impact and strategies in overcoming rising unemployment during the covid19 period. This study uses a qualitative method, namely a literature study, studies obtained from relevant literature and news related to the unemployment rate during the Covid-19 period. The results of this study indicate that the Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on increasing unemployment and strategies for dealing with unemployment are carried out by the government and individuals.

Abstract

The aims of this study to analyze the significant effect of celebrity endorser on word of mouth, to analyze the significant effect of brand image on word of mouth, to analyze the significant effect of celebrity endorser on brand image, to analyze the significant effect of celebrity endorser on purchase decision, to analyze the significant effect of brand image on purchase decision, to analyze the significant effect of word of mouth on purchase decision. to analyze the significant effect of celebrity endorser and word of mouth on purchase decision, to analyze the significant effect of brand image and word of mouth on purchase decision, to analyse the significant effect of celebrity endorser, brand image and word of mouth on purchase decision. The data collection in this study was by distributing questionnaires to 200 customer respondents in DKI Jakarta using MS Glow. In analyzing the research data, the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach was used with the Lisrel application version 8.8. The results of this study are there is a positive and significant effect on e-satisfaction on electronic word of mouth, there is a positive and significant influence on e-trust on electronic word of mouth, there is a positive and significant influence on electronic word of mouth on repurchase intention, there is a positive influence and significant on e-satisfaction on repurchase intention, there is a positive and significant effect on e-trust on repurchase intention, there is a positive and significant effect on e-satisfaction on repurchase intention through electronic word of mouth, there is a positive and significant effect on e-trust on repurchase intentions through electronic word of mouth.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to empirically test the effect of financial literacy, financial stressors, and risk tolerance for the financial satisfaction of the millennial generation in Jakarta using digital wallets. The data analysis method in this study uses Partial Least Square - Structural Equation. This study used a sample of 130 respondents. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire distributed to the millennial generation in Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between financial literacy and financial satisfaction, then there is a positive and insignificant relationship between financial stress and financial satisfaction, and then there is a positive and insignificant relationship between risk tolerance and financial satisfaction at millennial generation in Jakarta digital wallet users.

Abstract

Persoalan kemiskinan bersifat multidimensi atau sangat kompleks, dimana dalam memahami kemiskinan perlu melihat dari berbagai dimensi dan berbagai sisi. Angka kemiskinan di Kabupaten Sragen pada tahun 2021 berkisar 13,83%, kemudian pada tahun 2022 berhasil turun menjadi 12,94%. Pemerintah daerah memiliki peran penting dalam pengentasan kemiskinan. Salah satu strategi yang perlu dilakukan untuk menekan angka kemiskinan melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat. Konsep pemberdayaan masyarakat dilakukan dengan pendekatan nilai-nilai lokal, dengan menggali sumber daya alam dan potensi diri yang ada pada masyarakat. Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dalam mendukung pengentasan kemiskinan merupakan wujud pemberdayaan dan penggerakan potensi ekonomi desa yang dapat mendukung kebijakan makro pemerintah dalam upaya pengentasan kemiskinan khususnya di pedesaan dan menjadi pilar kemandirian masyarakat yang sekaligus menjadi lembaga yang menampung kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa.

Abstract

Dalam mengukur kinerja keuangan perusahaan bukan merupakan hal yang mudah. Ada beberapa aspek yang harus diperhitungkan dalam mengukur kinerja yaitu harapan dari pihak yang menginvestasikan hartanya. Para investor tentu mengharapkan tingkat pengembalian yang besar atas modal yang sudah ditanamkannya. Saat ini banyak alat ukur yang digunakan dalam pengukuran kinerja, tetapi alat ukur tersebut tidak dapat menilai kinerja perusahaan yang sebenarnya. Oleh karena itu, pengukuran kinerja yang paling tepat adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan Cash Value Added (CVA). Dengan alat ukur ini perusahaan dapat mengukur keberhasilan dan kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang sebenarnya dengan memperhatikan harapan-harapan dari penyandang dana (investor). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengukuran kinerja keuangan perusahaan Bank Syariah Cabng Ringroad Kota Medan, serta untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan naik turunnya nilai Cash Value. Added (CVA). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data penelitian ini bersumber dari data sekunder yang diambil dari Bank Syariah Cabng Ringroad Kota Medan berupa Laporan Keuangan Bank Syariah Cabng Ringroad Kota Medan tahun 2019-2020. Data diolah dengan metode analisis kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan Bank Syariah Cabng Ringroad Kota Medan setelah diukur dengan menggunakan metode Cash Value Added (CVA) mengalami penurunan dan bernilai negatif. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada tahun 2020 sebesar Rp 1.024.496.611, tahun 2019 sebesar Rp -40.707.153. Artinya kinerja keuangan Bank Syariah Cabng Ringroad Kota Medan Medan belum dikatakan baik karena perusahaan tidak mampu memperoleh nilai tambah. Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan nilai CVA mengalami penurunan dikarenakan nilai Net Operating Profit After Tax (NOPAT) lebih kecil dari pada nilai capital charges.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekonomi makro dan internal korporasi, inflasi, suku bunga, produk domestik bruto terhadap harga saham SIDO dan mengetahui pengaruh suku bunga, nilai tukar, peningkatan GDP dan inflasi terhadap keputusan investasi. dalam stok barang-barang konsumen menurut Metode DEA. Populasi penelitian meliputi seluruh perusahaan yang memproduksi barang konsumsi dan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode “Purposive Sampling”. Sampel diambil dari 15 perusahaan selama 5 periode. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi DEA Solver. Dari hasil analisis diketahui bahwa satu perusahaan memiliki nilai efisiensi tinggi (100%), tiga perusahaan memiliki nilai efisiensi antara 55% sampai 99%, sebelas perusahaan lainnya memiliki nilai efisiensi rendah (di bawah 55%).

Abstract

Penulis memaparkan sebuah gambaran Ibnu Khaldun mengenai perkembangan serta perubahan prekonomian dapat merubah standarisasi mata uang kemasa yang akan datang. Penulis juga telah mengkaji Pustaka untuk memperoleh data yang dimaksud. Perkembangan prekonomian yang selaras dengan perubahan standar mata uang yang dimaksud Ibnu Khaldun yaitu adanya perubahan pada standarisasi mata uang, baik itu dari segi nilai uang yang bisa naik bisa turun, maupun bentuk mata uang itu sendiri. Semakin berkembang prekonomian suatu negara, akan semakin rendahlah standar mata uang nya. Contoh kecilnya, dahulu pada tahun 2005 ke bawah uang Rp.500,00 sudah sangat besar nominalnya untuk dijadikan alat pembayaran, akantetapi seiringnya perkembangan prekonomian negara, uang yang dahulu senilai Rp. 500,00 dapat membeli makanan bnyk hal, mungkin sekarang hanya dapat membeli permen. Begitulah gambaran kecil dari konsep pemikiran Ibnu Khaldun tentang hubungan perkembangan prekonomian dengan standarisasi mata uang.

Abstract

Currently, technological developments in globalization are starting to give birth to new ways of completing several jobs in various sectors. Starting from manufacturing, services, to the banking business. This makes conditions demanded in various sectors through types of human resources that have competitiveness and are creative. It is intended that if the government sector receives human resources who do not have creativity and there is no innovation as a provision, it will cause the performance of an organization to not develop, and give everyone a negative stigma towards the government agency sector. Therefore, it is highly demanded aspects in competing to show the best in order to lead to good performance. Talking about innovation, innovation is a very much confused thing according to the positive side. Innovation is born from the existence of a creativity and curiosity in order to give birth to new studies.

Abstract

Imam Al-Ghazali, a highly respected medieval Islamic scholar, has provided insight into various aspects of human life, including buying and selling activities. This paper raises Al-Ghazali's views regarding profit taking in the context of buying and selling. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative research and data sources are obtained from books, scientific papers and the internet. The results of this study are that Al-Ghazali's views are rooted in Islamic teachings which emphasize the importance of honesty, justice and blessing in all aspects of life. In buying and selling activities, Al-Ghazali emphasized that profit taking must be reasonable and not excessive. He rejects practices that harm others or exploit the needs of others to gain an unfair advantage.
