Abstract

The process of disseminating information on environmental security or patrol schedules, information about events in the village community as well as information on important situations occurring in Klambir Lima Kebun village, the delivery process of which is carried out by attaching the patrol schedule to security posts or village offices, information dissemination is sometimes still word of mouth. word of mouth and the public often miss the latest environmental information. The conventional method would be better if it was proposed to design an information system that could be used as a place for information related to environmental safety that can be accessed anytime and anywhere by the community. The web-based environmental security information system (SISKAMLING) in its design uses UML (Unifield Modeling Language) which describes a responsive system that will greatly support the process of accessing information about environmental security in the village of Klambir Lima Kebun. The web is a means of sharing information digitally. The web is one of the media that really supports human life, especially in today's internet era.

Abstract

The binayah foundation is an educational foundation for early childhood that is characterized by Islam or raudhatul athfal. In organizing his education, Raudhatul Atfal instills the values of faith and piety to students in kindergarten (TK). As an educational foundation, Binayah Kindergarten requires innovation in presenting its teaching materials. This form of innovation is by utilizing technology that can create interesting and fun learning alternatives. This research designs and builds Android-based early childhood learning applications. The reason this application was built based on Android is because this application can provide knowledge in a different way that can be utilized by parents or kindergarten teachers by using smartphones android as a container for application installation. This application contains introductory material about hijaiyah, hadith, daily prayers, prayer readings, selected surahs, alphabets, numbers, and themes (professions, colors, animals, fruits and transportation).

Abstract

The conventional attendance process takes a long time during attendance and also during recording. Absenteeism recapitulation helps teachers monitor student attendance in class. In addition, attendance recapitulation can be one of the considerations in the assessment. The information system can help the conventional attendance recapitulation process become automatic. Vocational High School (SMK) Negeri 9 is a school located in Medan City, North Sumatra. SMK Negeri 9 Medan has 5 majors with a total of 2077 students. Attendance management still uses conventional methods so it is necessary to conduct research related to the development of student attendance information systems. The methodology used in this research is problem identification, system requirement identification, data collection, system analysis and development. This study aims to facilitate the attendance process and attendance recapitulation. System development uses the Use Case Diagram model and Entity Relationship Diagram. The Use Case Diagram helps answer the functional requirements of the system desired by the school. While the Entity Relationship Diagram describes the database model. The model can be corrected to get the best results in database development.

Abstract

The village of klambir lima kebun is a village in one of the villages subdistrict silver exspance deli serdang regency, north sumatra province the family hope program (PKH) is a goverment program in which the village of klambir lima is experiencing difficulties in determining who is eligible to reiceve assistence. Therefore the authors are interested in conducting research to provide assistence in making desicions thet can overcome existiing problems so that the selection procces for prospective recipients of the family hope program (PKH) can be produced precisely and accurately. The hope family program, whitch will be called PKH is a program provision of social assistance to the poor who remain as a family PKH beneficiaries. As poverty allevition since 2007 the goverbment indonesia has implemented the PKH social peotection progrom whict is aslo known in the international community with the term conditional  cast transfers ( CTT ) is sufficient faced by these countries especially the problem of chronic poverty. As a conditional social assistance program PKH opens access for poor famies, especially pregnant women and children school to take advantage of varios health service facilities ( fankes ) and facilites educationl service ( fasdik ) aveilable around them also benefit from PKH initially encoraged to include person with disabilities and the elderly with maintaining the level of social welfare in accordance with the mandate of the constitution an nawacita

Abstract

Intelligent content refers to various digital learning materials developed by Artificial Intelligence with various types of applications. Smart content implies different types of virtual content, which includes digital guides from textbooks, images, graphics, audio, video, spreadsheets, and interactive. The motive of this studies is to create an utility of highbrow studying content material primarily based totally at the case method. This research is development research (R&D) according to the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). The subjects of this study were students of the Accounting Education Course of the Business Feasibility Course. Product validity is shown from the results of expert validation by achieving very valid criteria for learning content application media. The practicality of the product is measured using the response instruments of lecturers and students, and the effectiveness of the product is seen from the results of the posttest conducted during field trials. As a result, the application of intelligent learning content based on the case method was shown to be effective, practical, and effective in enhancing learning effectiveness. This proves that the application of a case method-based intelligent learning content is effectively used.

Abstract

The purpose of train detection systems is to check the clearness-relation in track section of vehicles before a train passes through a route. A train detection system has an important role in ensuring the safety of train traffic. There are mainly 2 commercially used train detection systems. They consist of an axle counter and a track circuit. The problem with both systems is the high-cost installations and related equipment management. Several solutions have already been presented either on previous research with various methods, such as using Infrared and computer vision/image processing. Most of them want to make the system more effective and less cost maintenance than commercial use. To solve the issues, we propose a new method for train detection based on the usage of an Inertia Measurement Unit (IMU) with embedded artificial neural network module mounted on the sleeper's train in the following section. We utilize the method of train detection by involving an appropriate data acquisition method and a convolution operator as a time series processing algorithm. This idea equips the system to recognize the difference between train and gangway at the speed of 30 km/h. Several experiments conducted on actual rails demonstrate the method's dependability, suggesting its adoption in an automatic track warning system. So, in this proposed train detection system, we propose the train detection system using IMU with Artificial Neural Network Algorithm.

Abstract

This research aims to develop web and cloud-computing-based chatbot services that can enhance academic services at Panca Budi University. The study highlights the importance of information and communication technology in education and the challenges universities face, such as less interactive academic services and long waiting times. The proposed solution is the development of a web and cloud-computing-based chatbot that can provide quick and accurate responses to student inquiries. Cloud computing in chatbot management also offers additional benefits, such as efficiency and continuous service availability. The research methodology employed a waterfall-based development approach, outlining the stages of chatbot development. Implementing the web-based chatbot utilized Amazon Lex services and integration with other AWS services. Testing results showed that the chatbot improved accessibility to academic information, reduced waiting times, and enhanced the quality of student interactions. The adoption of AWS cloud computing services enabled the chatbot to be accessed online 24/7. The successful development of the chatbot will help meet student needs and enhance academic services at Panca Budi University

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has experienced a very rapid development, where AI has become a part of daily life. One of the applications of AI that has been widely implemented is the Voice Gender Recognition service. With the help of AI, it can be used to find out the gender of the voice sample uploaded to the application. Speech recognition is not something easy to do. Not a few did not manage to get the desired result.  This study is the first step that sound becomes a way of authenticating a person. Applications are built using the R language. CART models are used to make decision-making easier. A sample of 20 respondents was taken with various conditions when recorded. Abstract

Rapid advancements in data and communication technology are evident, especially when it comes to data's crucial role in modern life. The internet serves as the primary medium for data transmission, facilitating easy access to information like job vacancies through specialized websites. Without data, securing desirable opportunities, such as employment, would prove exceedingly challenging. As professions significantly impact individuals' lives, obtaining relevant professional data can be arduous for some, while simultaneously, industries may struggle to swiftly find suitable employees possessing the required skills. To address this issue, a web-based job vacancy application called a web search program was developed using the waterfall method, utilizing PHP programming language and MySQL database. This application aims to simplify the process of job seekers finding relevant job vacancy data while assisting industries in promptly identifying skilled candidates who match their requirements.
