Penegakan hukum menjadi harga mutlak bagi presiden mendatang untuk ditegakkan. Namun, ada banyak mata rantai yang mengitari sulitnya penegakan hukum. Berbicara hukum, seolah mengurai benang ruwet. Kecerdasan spiritual dalam penerapan hukum sangat dibutuhkan, ketika seorang penegak itu benar-benar memperhatikan aspek-aspek urgen dalam penerapannya. Pembuatan hukum yang baik sangat dipengaruhi oleh mental pembuat hukum tersebut itu sendiri. Poverty have become the phenomenal problem along with the history of Indonesia as a nation. The number of poverty in 2009 is estimated to be 41,1 billion people (21,92%). In narrow sense, poverty is known as condition of having not enough money and stuffs to ensure the continuing of life. In broader sense, poverty is a multifaces and multidimentional phenomenon. Furthermore, it has variation of its own manifestation and it has limited society's rights. The main pillars of to overcome poverty are pro the poor fund, good governance and social development, and process of empowerment on micro economy as pilar of development.

PERKEMBANGAN ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi (Iptek) yang luar biasa cepatnya harus diakui membawa dampak positif luar biasa besar dalam bidang komunikasi masyarakat. Sekarang, pola komunikasi dan penyampaian informasi setiap orang bisa dilakukan di mana saja tanpa takut terhalang jarak maupun waktu. Kondisi itu berkat ditemukannya alat komunikasi -- seperti handphone maupun internet -- yang membuat setiap orang semakin praktis dalam berinteraksi maupun berkomunikasi dengan orang lain, meski berbeda kota, pulau, maupun negara sekalipun. Dengan munculnya teknologi informasi yang sedemikian canggih tersebut, juga turut berimbas pada penyampain berita yang dimiliki media massa (cetak maupun elektronik) kepada masyarakat. Jika dulu koran, radio, dan televisi, selalu berpatok pada aturan baku yang membuat informasi disampaikan secara kaku mengikuti kaidah manual yang sudah berjalan apa adanya seperti itu, maka kini hal itu tak bisa terus diterapkan.

The development of agriculture still bear on three broad agendas, those are firming of food tenacity, escalation of competitive potency, and farmer's welfare. Those three are not the new agendas in development of agriculture, but parts of president's promise that is unproved yet. Now, agriculture society waits and asks for the realization of what the elected president had promised of caring the agriculture aspect. Care means giving facilities, service, protection, advocate, empowerment, and support to agriculture sector and the farmer. The promises are only ca be realized by a president who has vision on it.

Indonesia has a big problem related to owning debts. Every year, the number of the debts always increase because the country development. Besides, a way to solve the crisis still depends on the debts. Indonesia does not have independency to build its economic system based on people of interest. So, there is no real development in Indonesia because it prefers to have growth than justice. The development is the catching up fallacy. Moreover, in the presidential election of 2009, we hope that we can find the leader who want to bring out Indonesia from this "debt trap".

Global crisis has forced many countries thinking how to survive to face it. There are many strategic ways to maintain their financial crisis, from doing recovery until recontrolling the industries. In Indonesia, creative industry is one of the great sector in our gross domestic product. Since 2004 to 2008, there was a positive trend. So, there were many opportunities for this sector. In addition, movie is the one of this sub-sector. If the goverment has a good and great strategy in empower the culture, this sector can support our gross domestic product. Thus, it can become a lucrative sector in the future.

The Millennium Development Goals (MGDs) consist of quantitative objectives to be achieved within a certain period of time, especially the issue of poverty reduction by 2015. These were drawn from the Millennium Declaration and Indonesia was one of the 189 signatory countries in September 2000. Eight Millennium Development Goals also explains the objectives of human development, which can also directly impact the extreme poverty eradication. Each goal consist of the MDGs targets that have a minimum limit of achievement that must be met by Indonesia in 2015. One of target goals is achieve universal primary education. In 2015, all Indonesian children both male and female will be able to complete their primary education. The Indonesian Government is committed to meet this target with the 9-year compulsory education program. This policy has been proved to improve access to primary education.

Although Indonesia has been independent since 1945, this does mean that this country has economic autonomy. In term of economy, Indonesia highly depends on foreign powers and it is even exploited by those powers. Economic autonomy is a central issue in its relation with a nation's sovereignty. Apart from economy, another central pillar is political autonomy and independence. This article explores a strong desire to present indigenous and traditional economic and political values owned by Indonesia as a sovereign nation. Presenting these values is important in the midst of the intensification of ideological clash. This article highlights the urgency of Indonesia being economically and politically autonomous using globalization as main setting.
