Abstract

Hasil penelitian PT.Reasuransi Nasional Indonesia berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui kuantitas kerja karyawan di PT.Reasuransi Indonesia berbeda-beda pada setiap bidang. Kualitas kerja karyawan PT. Reasuransi Indonesia secara keseluruhan baik, walaupun masih ada beberapa karyawan yang mempunyai kualitas kerja apa adanya (masih rendah). Ketepatan waktu kerja karyawan PT. Reasuransi Indonesia pada umumnya sudah melaksanaan pekerjaan sesuai dengan yang telah ditentukan, walaupun masih ada karyawan yang masih menunda pekerjaannya atau meninggalkan pekerjaannya. Upaya-upaya yang dilakukan PT. Reasuransi Indonesia dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan antara lain memberikan motivasi baik secara finansial maupun non finansial. Secara finansial yaitu memberikan bonus dan nonfinansial seperti memberikan penghargaan kepada karyawan yang dinilai memiliki integritas dan loyalitas yang tinggi kepada perusahaan. Kualitas kerja merupakan mutu hasil pekerjaan atau sebaik apa harus diselesaikan. Kualitas kerja pegawai dapat dilihat dari adanya kemampuan menghasilkan pekerjaan yang memuaskan, tercapainya tujuan secara efektif dan efisien serta kecakapan yang ditunjukkan dalam menjalankan pekerjaanya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: The influence of the work environment and corporate culture on employee performance at PT. Global Mobility Service Indonesia. The subjects of this study were 21 respondents. The sampling method used in this study is the saturated sample method. The method of data collection in this study is the survey method. The calculation method of validity and reliability analysis, normality test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity, correlation analysis, t test, ANOVA test, and coefficient of determination with SPSS version 25 analysis tool. positive and significant influence between work environment and corporate culture on employee performance with a value of f count = 6.588 which is greater than f table = 3.55. From the results of the t-test of the work environment, the value of t-count = 1.206 is smaller than t-table = 1.734, this shows that the work environment has no effect and is not significant on employee performance. For corporate culture, the value of t count = 1.206 is greater than t table = 2.101, this shows that corporate culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of providing motivation and work experience on employee performance partially and simultaneously or together at PT Suluh Dwipantara. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling with a total sample of 33 respondents. The data used in this study were obtained using a research instrument, namely a questionnaire, then analyzed through validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study obtained the results of the regression equation Y = 12.697 + 0.726X1 + 0.250X2. In addition, based on the results of the F test, it is known that there is an effect between the variable Giving Motivation (X1) and Work Experience (X2) together on Employee Performance (Y) of 79,698 with sig. F 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously it is known that the variable giving motivation (????1) and work experience (????2) has an effect on employee performance (Y) with an Adjusted R – Square value of 0.938, meaning that the variable giving motivation and work experience has an influence of 93.8% on employee performance.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia is currently faced with an unfavorable situation. This problem appears marked by various phenomena of Indonesian people's life which show the weakening of the nation's character and culture which is believed to have been deeply rooted. With regard to education, the collapse of the mentality of the nation's children that can be witnessed today is believed to be the result of an education pattern that ignores the development of the nation's character and culture and the basic values of the state. The author argues that moral aqidah education which is part of Islamic religious education which contains character values, can answer the problem of the weak character of the Indonesian nation by understanding the basic values of the country through moral aqidah education. The purpose of this study was to explain the importance of moral aqidah education in fifth grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Hikmah Haurgeulis, Indramayu. This study is a qualitative research, data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, and documentation, the data sources in this study are primary data and secondary data. The results of the study show that the importance of moral aqidah education in fifth grade (five) students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Hikmah Haurgeulis, Indramayu that, (1) To strengthen children's belief that Allah is the only God who created nature, so that he/she avoids shirk, (2 ) So that children know the nature of their existence as human beings, and (3) Print children's behavior into Islamic behavior with noble character.

Abstract

That many factors determine the success or failure of a learning process, including the method used by the teacher. Methods that have been used and considered to be good may turn out to be less effective than current methods in line with the development of science and technology. Thus it is necessary to constantly evaluate the methods used in the learning process at all levels of education and teaching. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of pictorial media in teaching Tajweed science to fifth grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This study uses a quantitative approach with correlation test analysis in order to determine the degree of relationship between the objects of this study are the fifth grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Asrorul Huda Bekasi in 2020. Data collection techniques use interviews, documentation. The results of statistical tests in Alpha 0.05 show that the hypothesis (H0) is rejected, meaning that there is a difference between the values before using pictorial media and after using pictorial media. The increase in value can be seen in: (1) the fluency value of students in reading recitation, and (2) the value of understanding the meaning of the science of recitation; Thus the use of pictorial media by teachers of the process of teaching tajwid to fifth grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Asrorul Huda Bekasi will contribute to improving student learning outcomes, especially in tajwid.

Abstract

Moral learning is very important because later it will shape the attitude, behavior and identity of a child because the formation of high morals is the main goal in Islamic education. Morals are closely related to the mindset, attitude of life and human behavior. Bad morals have the potential to trigger negative behavior. If the character of a child is bad, it will give birth to various behaviors whose impact can be detrimental to himself and others. Good morals can lead to positive values so that they can form a Muslim personality who is obedient to Allah. The purpose of this study was to find out how the application of morality lessons in Islamic Community Education Elementary School (PUI) Haurgeulis Indramayu. This study uses descriptive qualitative research, in qualitative research data collection is obtained by means of interviews, documentation, and observation. The results showed that: The application of moral learning in SD PUI Haurgeulis uses lesson plans in accordance with the 2013 curriculum. In the implementation of learning, teachers use the lecture method, which is still very dominant in the learning process carried out. Likewise with the use of media, moral teachers adjust the media according to the material to be studied and for practice every day the faith teacher holds a congregational prayer program at noon, always says greetings when meeting with teachers, parents, and other fellow students.

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs in the school environment and in the community is that there are still many school-age children who use regional languages as the language of daily communication, from this phenomenon the author wants to examine the learning interest of class V students towards learning interest in Indonesian at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Sukajati Haurgeulis problems in research This is how the interest of grade v students towards Indonesian language lessons, what factors influence the interest of grade V students towards Indonesian language lessons. This research method uses descriptive qualitative by using a qualitative naturalistic approach. The object of this research is the fifthgrade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Sukajati Haurgeulis 2018/2019, totaling 22 students and Indonesian Language Teachers. The data sources of this study use primary data and secondary data. Research procedures or data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires The results of research at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Sukajati Haurgeulis can be concluded that the learning interest of grade V students towards Indonesian language lessons still needs to be improved or not optimal. The lack of optimal is due to the lack of variation in learning methods and motivation from parents so that students are less interested in Indonesian language lessons

Abstract

Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi tentang penyelenggaraan pendidikan jasmani dan kaitannya dengan pembentukan konsep diri. Sedangkan tujuan khususnya adalah untuk memperoleh informasi tentang sejauh mana penyelenggaraan pendidikan jasmani di SDN Brangkal 1 telah mampu mencapai sasarannya, khususnya dalam hal pembentukan konsep diri siswa kelas v SDN Brangkal I Kecamatan Parengan Kabupaten Tuban. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Ex Post Facto. Hal ini dikarenakan tidak adanya pengontrolan (pengendalian) terhadap variable bebasyang ada pada subyek telah berjalan sebagaimana adanya, yaitu siswa melakukan aktivitas pendidikan jasmani sebagaimana mestinya penyelenggaran pendidikan jasmani dilaksanakan di sekolah tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini sebagai anggota populasi adalah siswa kelas V Unggulan di SDN Brangkal I Kecamatan Parengan Kabupaten Tuban yang terdaftar dengan jumlah 34 siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penetian populasi, karena penelitian tidak mengambil sampel atau tidak dilakukan pada sampel. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan angket (kuesioner) dan analisis dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi Product Moment dari Karl Pearson. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa anak yang memiliki konsep diri tinggi mempunyai nilai di atas rata-rata sebesar 171. Sedangkan anak yang memiliki nilai di bawah ratta-rata anak yang memiliki konsep diri rendah. Anak yang memiliki konsep diri tinggi sebesar 62% dan anak yang memiliki konsep diri rendah sebesar 38 %. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh gambaran bahwa aktivitas pendidikan jasmani mempunyai peran penting dalam pembentukan konsep diri pada kelas V unggulan SDN Brangkal I Kecamatan Tuban.

Abstract

This study discusses the application of the demonstration method in class IV prayer lessons at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Sukajati Haurgeulis. Demonstration is a very effective method, because it helps students to find answers on their own based on the correct facts or data. The demonstration method is a method of presenting lessons by demonstrating and showing students about a process, a certain object situation, either actual or just an imitation. This study aims to determine how to apply the demonstration method to prayer lessons and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in prayer lessons using the demonstration method in class IV Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Sukajati Haurgeulis. The subjects of this research are all fourth grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Sukajati Haurgeulis, and the object of this research is 30 students. This research is a qualitative descriptive research by taking location in Sukajati Village, District, Haurgeulis, Indramayu. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this research is the exploration stage, entering the field, determining focus, selection, and compenential analysis. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation. The results showed that the application of the demonstration method in class IV prayer lessons at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Sukajati Haurgeulis, namely with students accepting the movements taught by the teacher so that the situation in the class was no longer as messy as usual, the application of the demonstration method also made it easier for students to understand and accept the prayer movements that were carried out. exemplified by the teacher. Factors supporting the demonstration method in prayer lessons are adequate facilities for practicing demonstrations, such as prayer rooms and prayer equipment. Behind the supporting factors there are inhibiting factors, namely the less time and the different backgrounds of students.

Abstract

The intructional of Indonesian language and its literature are aimed to improve the sudnts’ ability for both verbal and written comunication. It includes four aspects of skill. Those are listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The use of pictures media is the solution for improving writing skills particularly in writing poetry. The aim of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of pictures media. This research was conducted at 4th grade primary school of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Haurkolot Indramayu in 2nd semester the theacademic year 2018/2019. The methodology used in this study was experimental. The subject of the study were sixteen students of fourth grader (eight studnts for each males and females). The data collection techniques applied were observation, interviews and poetry writing test. This research showed that before the experimental treatment of applying the pictures media for learning Indonesian lguage, there were only two students from sixteen or 12,5 % obtained hihgh score however after te treatment, eleven students or 68,75% acquired good score. The study concuded that the utlization of pictures medi I writig poetry was effective.
