Abstract

Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilakukan berdasarkan hasil penelitian potret perilaku remaja di pare. Dimana hasil dari penelitian tersebut masih tingginya tingkat bullying di kalangan remaja khususnya SMA/Sederajat dari hasil penelitian pelaku yaitu teman sebaya, siswa ternyata masih belum paham bahwa tindakan yang dilakukan tersebut memasuki katogori bullying. Perilaku yang ditunjukkan siswa di sekolah terlihat biasa saja sehingga dari hasil penelitian tersebut membuat sekolah menjadi lebih perhatian agar tindakkan tersebut bisa diatasi. Penyuluhan edukasi ini memberikan gambaran dampak negative dari potret perilaku remaja khususnya bullying dapat membuat brand image dan brand trust siswa, orang tua bahkan masyarakat dipandang negative,sehingga branding sekolah menajdi menurun. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk membantu sekolah baik kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa untuk memahami makna bullying serta bagaimana membuat program kegiatan yang menjadi alat sebagai strategi marketing dalam branding sekolah, sehingga brand image sekolah akan meningkat dan jumlah siswa ke depannya akan meningkat. Subjek pengabdian pada masyarakat ini melibatkan narasumber dan tim penelitian adalah dosen dari Universitas Islam Jakarta, kepala sekolah, guru, wali kelas dan osis. Metode pengabdian pada masyarakat dilakukan Small Group Discution, Problem Based Learning, penyuluhan.. Hasil pengabdian ini pemahaman mengenai bullying, membuat program pencegahan dan penangulangan bullying sebagai strategi marketing sekolah.

Abstract

Harapan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian, adapun faktor-faktor yang di maksud adalah kualitas pelayanan, harga dan brand ambassador terhadap kepurusan pembelian di aplikasi belanja omline (e-commers) lazada pada mahasiswa di jakarta, metode penelitian yang di gunakan oleh peneliti adalah metode survei dengan koesioner yang di sebarkan melalui google form, sedangkan alat analisis yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis SEM AMOS dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi yang d libatkan dalam penelitian ini dalah pengguna Lazada yang pernah melakukan pembelian melalui Lazada di wilayah Jakarta. Sampel yang berhasil di raih sebanyak 100 respoden. Hasil penelitian ini berpengaruh positive secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan secara parsial variabel kualitas pelayanan harga dan keputusan pembelian juga berpengaruh posotif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah suatu kegiatan yang memadukan pelaksanaan tri darma perguruan tinggi yakni pendidikan, pelatihan dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan ini di laksanakan di desa Pasirjambu kecamatan Pasirjambu kota Bandung. Dimana dibahas mengenai optimalisasi pelayanan prima melalui analisis SWOT dalam meningkatkan kepuasan anggota koperasi, dimana penulis berperan untuk membantu memberikan jalan keluar atau masukan agar keluar dari permasalahan tersebut tanpa mengurangi bentuk sosial dan budaya dengan metode wawancara serta diskusi yang di lakukan dengan pihak koperasi Sejahtera sehingga mendapatkan solusi yang didasarkan dari potensi masyarakat desa serta memaksimalkan peran pemerintah desa sebagai wadah dalam pelaksanaan kegiataan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence job satisfaction, motivation, and leadership style have on employee performance at the Indonesian Ministry of Health. The research method used is a quantitative method with 51 respondents. The data collection techniques used are company observation, interviews with one of the company's employees, and distributing questionnaires using google form. in the calculation Data analysis is carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using Smart PLS version 4 software. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, Structural Model Test test, and hypothesis.  From the results of the study, it shows that job satisfaction, motivation, and leadership style have a significant effect on employee performance at the Indonesian Ministry of Health. from the tabulation data and diagrams of the final results of the questionnaire, the majority of respondents agreed with the statement that job satisfaction, motivation, and leadership style affect employee performance at the Indonesian Ministry of Health

Abstract

In 2020-2021 is a historical time for the whole world, this is based on the whole world is experiencing a period of pandemicc covid 19. Pandemic covid 19 that occurs globally, of course, has an impact on various sectors, one of which is the economic sector. The COVID-19 disease has caused an economic shock, both individually, in households, small, medium and large micro & macro companies, not only in Indonesia but even affect the economy of other countries. This has the effect of changing activity patterns shopping that people usually buy needs directly to the store or offline for shopping buying daily necessities to shopping online, current consumption patterns are starting change from buying goods by seeing or trying in person at the shop/place to buy the product only based on sufficient information without trying/feeling the product. The purpose of this study is to provide information about the conditions that occur in changes in consumption patterns in consumer behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially in millennial generation. The research method used is a quantitative method. Research result shows consumption patterns on indicators looking for information on goods or services online. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that there is a change in the consumption pattern of generations millennials during the covid-19 epidemic on indicators looking for information, using and buy on e-commerce services.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian PT.Reasuransi Nasional Indonesia berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui kuantitas kerja karyawan di PT.Reasuransi Indonesia berbeda-beda pada setiap bidang. Kualitas kerja karyawan PT. Reasuransi Indonesia secara keseluruhan baik, walaupun masih ada beberapa karyawan yang mempunyai kualitas kerja apa adanya (masih rendah). Ketepatan waktu kerja karyawan PT. Reasuransi Indonesia pada umumnya sudah melaksanaan pekerjaan sesuai dengan yang telah ditentukan, walaupun masih ada karyawan yang masih menunda pekerjaannya atau meninggalkan pekerjaannya. Upaya-upaya yang dilakukan PT. Reasuransi Indonesia dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan antara lain memberikan motivasi baik secara finansial maupun non finansial. Secara finansial yaitu memberikan bonus dan nonfinansial seperti memberikan penghargaan kepada karyawan yang dinilai memiliki integritas dan loyalitas yang tinggi kepada perusahaan. Kualitas kerja merupakan mutu hasil pekerjaan atau sebaik apa harus diselesaikan. Kualitas kerja pegawai dapat dilihat dari adanya kemampuan menghasilkan pekerjaan yang memuaskan, tercapainya tujuan secara efektif dan efisien serta kecakapan yang ditunjukkan dalam menjalankan pekerjaanya.

Abstract

Universities are very important places in individual development, not only in terms of academics but also in the development of non-academic potential. This must be done so that one does not become a student with minimal knowledge, minimal experience, and minimal skills. Student organizations also serve as a platform for the interests and talents of active students on campus. This research aims to identify the roles of motivation, training, and organizational culture in improving the performance of the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Economics at the Islamic University of Jakarta. A qualitative approach, utilizing interviews and observations with BEM members to gain insights into their motivation, training experiences, and the prevailing organizational culture. The findings indicate that a strong motivational framework, relevant training programs, and a positive organizational culture significantly contribute to the productivity and engagement of BEM members. With a qualitative approach, this research involved 4 subjects who were previously active in the BEM FE, conducting in-depth interviews and using thematic analysis. The research results show that these factors play a crucial role in optimizing the organization of the Student Executive Board (BEM) to achieve the organization's goals efficiently and effectively. Through human resource performance, it shows that motivation, training, and organizational culture play a crucial role in enhancing the performance and effectiveness of the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Economics at the Islamic University of Jakarta. By building strong motivation, providing relevant training, and developing a positive culture, the Student Executive Board (BEM) can function as a significant agent of change for students and the faculty as a whole.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) is a major factor in achieving organizational goals, and investment in training and leadership development is a crucial aspect in improving individual competence and organizational effectiveness. This study aims to deeply analyze the effect of training and leadership development on organizational productivity of the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Jakarta (BEM FE UIJ). Using a quantitative approach, this study involved 32 respondents consisting of members of BEM FE UIJ. Data were collected through a survey using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, then analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques using SPSS 25 software. The results showed that training has a positive and significant influence on organizational productivity (Sig. 0.008 <0.05), which indicates that a systematically structured training program can improve the skills and work effectiveness of organizational members. Meanwhile, leadership development also contributes positively to productivity, although it is not statistically significant (Sig. 0.078 > 0.05). Regression analysis shows that training and leadership development simultaneously have a significant influence on organizational productivity, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 52.9%. This suggests that the two variables are able to explain most of the variability in productivity in organizations. Structured training effectively improves competencies, and leadership development adds value. This study underscores the importance of investing in training and leadership development to improve the performance of student organizations.
