Abstract

Victims of criminal acts only get inner satisfaction from the punishment imposed on the perpetrators but do not get anything that has a direct impact on them. The codified concept of Indonesian punishment in the Criminal Code (KUHP) regulates more aspects related to perpetrators of criminal acts and sentencing. Not much regulates the rights of victims of criminal acts. This paradigm shift began to occur after the enactment of Law Number 13 of 2006 concerning the Protection of Witnesses and Victims, where in this Law the rights of Witnesses and Victims began to be considered. Victims are individuals who are harmed materially or immaterially for the occurrence of criminal acts that they receive. In cases of sexual violence against children, it results in losses suffered by child victims in the short and long term which require recovery of the child's condition. Law Number 13 of 2006 juncto Law Number 31 of 2014 concerning Protection of Witnesses and Victims has accommodated restitution. In Law Number 31 of 2014 concerning Protection of Witnesses and Victims, the victims of criminal acts have the right to obtain restitution rights in the form of compensation for loss of property or income, compensation for losses caused by suffering directly related to the crime, and/or reimbursement for medical and/or psychological treatment costs. However, at present the implementation of restitution for victims of crimes against children is considered not optimal, especially regarding the implementation of restitution that can be given to victims.

Abstract

Phlebitis is a major problem faced throughout the world and this incidence continues to increase. Phlebitis that occurs mechanically occurs when the type of fixation of the sterile gauze plaster is not strong enough or is not sticky enough, causing a change in the position of the catheter or friction in the internal area of the blood vessel which results in inflammation. Efforts to prevent the occurrence of phlebitis can be done by using a transparent dressing which can minimize bacteria entering through the attached vein, thereby reducing the occurrence of phlebitis. The aim of this research is to analyze the comparison of the use of Transparent Dressing with gauze on Phlebitis rates in RUMKITBAN 05.08.03 Sidoarjo. The design of this study is a comparative study, knowing the use of transparent dressings with conventional dressings. The number of samples taken using consecutive sampling was 73 patients. data collection method using an observation sheet instrument, the independent variables are Transparent dressing and conventional fixation, while the dependent variable is Phlebitis. Abstract

Nurses are health workers who play a very important role in health services. Therefore the workload of a nurse is very heavy. A nurse who has to carry out her duties for the patient's recovery, on the other hand, the nurse's own psychological state must be maintained. These conditions can cause feelings of depression and stress in nurses. The heavier the workload of a nurse, the higher the level of work stress. The type of research used is correlational analytic with cross sectional approach. The population of 58 respondents and a sample of 50 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The independent variable is role overload and the dependent variable is work stress. Collecting data using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Spearman rank test with a significance of p <0.05.The results showed that most of the respondents had a heavy workload as many as 36 respondents (72%). Most of the respondents had moderate stress as many as 27 respondents (54%). Based on the Spearman test, it is known that the significance value or Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000, because the value of Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 < less than p=0.05, it means that there is a significant relationship between workload and work stress. It was concluded that there was a relationship between role overload and work stress on nurses at Muhammadiyah General Hospital Bandung Tulungagung . It is recommended for further researchers to look at the workload not only from the patient aspect, but also other aspects such as the level of expertise of nurses, organizational aspects and the work environment of nurses in order to obtain a more comprehensive picture of the workload of nurses.
