Abstract

Marketing is one of the activities to maintain the continuity of a business, aiming to develop the business that is run and obtain a profit from the sales. Online media marketing or commonly called digital marketing can be said as a solution for running a promising business today, especially during the covid 19 pandemic. This service activity was carried out for MSME cake production in Gesang village- Lumajang with the theme "Program for Entrepreneurial Empowerment of Community Affected by Covid -19". The purpose of this activity is to improve product quality and also optimize online marketing, so that it is hoped that MSMEs can adapt during this pandemic and continue to grow in the future. The activity is carried out with the preparation stage in the form of observing problems and potentials, as well as the implementation stage in the form of problem solving stages and conducting online marketing training. The results of online marketing can increase visits on social media from 31 to 50. Sales in August increased every week, namely 14; 13; 20; and 30 pieces were sold. Digital marketing has proven to be able to optimize marketing.

Abstract

Community service activities are a form of tridharma in which information and skills are disseminated to the community. When the Covid-19 epidemic struck, individuals became highly concerned about their health, particularly about maintaining a healthy immune system to avert virus attacks. Various herbal products are widely utilized and freely available on the market. Herbal products are thought to be useful in reducing concern regarding the body's immunity. Aromatherapy candles are one of the efforts performed. Making aromatherapy candles out of coffee was one of the service activities carried out in Dusun Krajan. The goal of this study was to establish the respondents' level of autonomous application as a type of post-training evaluation. A descriptive strategy was adopted, with the target audience filling out a questionnaire. According to the findings of the analysis, 60% of the targets completed the application of creating aromatherapy candles independently after training, while 40% had not completed the application independently. Obstacles to obtaining raw materials and infrastructure were still felt by the respondents. Respondents believe there are no substantial impediments in terms of abilities.

Abstract

About 1-3% of children aged 0-5 years in the world experience Developmental delay. Many factors can hinder children's motor development, including nervous disorders, vestibular or balance disorders, and sensory disturbances. Apart from internal factors in the body, children's development is also influenced by environmental (social) factors. The role of parents is crucial in achieving the child's normal growth and development. PAUD Belimbing is a place for early childhood education located in Jatiroto village, Lumajang, East Java. Early childhood development detection activities have never been carried out in PAUD Belimbing. In addition, the understanding of people who know about children's growth and development is still lacking. This service has a strategy of optimizing the role of parents in supporting the success of the maximum growth and development of each child, especially PAUD Belimbing students in Jatiroto village, Lumajang, East Java. The purpose of this optimization activity is expected to increase the knowledge and skills of parents on toddler growth and development. The method used in this service activity includes counselling with IEC media (presentations and giving modules), the practice of child development assessment, discussion, and evaluation. The final result of the evaluation obtained from counselling and practice is an increase in good knowledge of child growth and development. It is expected that parents will be able to apply the knowledge in everyday life and spread this knowledge to friends, relatives, and the surrounding community.

Abstract

Programming is not just making a computer program, it can even create and control a computer according to the wishes of the maker. In its manufacture requires a certain language, one of which is the Java programming language. To become a reliable programmer, it should be learned first is about programming fundamentals. The goal is to learn programming fundamentals so that prospective programmers have a strong foundation in building a complex program. The major in vocational schools that study programming is the RPL (Software Engineering) major. To produce graduates who are skilled in programming, what must be taught first is the fundamentals of programming. So in class X, vocational school students are taught the fundamentals of programming with the Java programming language. In its implementation, this community service activity is divided into 4 stages, namely preliminary (field studies and signing of cooperation agreements), preparation of materials, training and quizzes, and evaluation. This training activity uses problem-based learning and project-based learning methods so that students are accustomed to solving problems that occur in the form of computer program projects. Training activities are carried out online through Zoom Meetings, while offline training is carried out at schools during visits at the beginning, middle, and end of the semester. In addition, there are also groups via Telegram as a medium for giving quizzes and discussions. Quiz is made in several models, namely in the form of multiple-choice, guess the output of program code, puzzles, and case studies that must be solved by programming. Each activity is given assessment points, namely online presence, offline activity, quiz answers, completion of challenges, and test scores.

Abstract

The Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic has had a major impact not only on health issues but changes in people's habits also had a national and global economic problem. Indonesia has a big focus on handling the impact of the pandemic, the decline in the number of micro-businesses is due to sales competition experienced by the community. The government's policy in dealing with the pandemic by working from home is also one of the obstacles felt by business actors. This problem is felt by all Indonesian people, including a resident who has a frozen pempek business in Gunung Anyar, Surabaya city, East Java. Through the KKN BTV UNEJ program, it is hoped that it can help develop the potential of UMKM and increase sales by utilizing digital marketing technology. It is overcome by education, training, and mentoring. Education is carried out with basic knowledge of social media, online sales techniques amid during a pandemic, creating creative content, education about effective sales by utilizing social media. Not only education is carried out but also implemented in training and assistance in product manufacture, good packaging, effective sales by utilizing social media and it is hoped that business actors can optimize sales to survive during the pandemic. Evaluation is carried out to find out the results of the work program carried out according to plan through direct discussions and interviews.
