Abstract

Rumah Sakit X telah melaksanakan pengendalian peminjaman dan pengembalian berkas rekam medis rawat inap secara komputerisasi menggunakan microsoft excel. Namun pada proses pengembalian berkas rekam medis, masih belum sesuai dengan SPO (Standar Prosedur Operasional) yang ada. Presentase keterlambatan pengembalian berkas rekam medis rawat inap pada bulan Januari 2021-April 2021 sebesar 74,87%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun sistem peminjaman dan pengembalian berkas rekam medis rawat inap untuk mengatasi permasalahan keterlambatan pengembalian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan prototype. Dalam proses perancangan sistem ini menggunakan flowchart sistem, contex diagram, data flow diagram, entity relationship diagram, serta mengimplementasikan program menggunakan visual studio code versi 1.46.0. Hasil penelitian ini ialah sistem reminder berbasis website yang dapat membantu proses pengendalian peminjaman dan pengembalian berkas rekam medis rawat inap sehingga dapat meminimalisir kejadian keterlambatan pengembalian. Hasil penilaian pengguna terkait sistem yang dihitung menggunakan metode skala likert sebesar 85,09%. Artinya sistem sudah sesuai dengan keinginan dan kebutuhan pengguna. Kelebihan dari sistem ini ialah terdapat notifikasi peminjaman untuk petugas rekam medis sehingga tidak perlu menginput ulang data peminjaman. Dan untuk petugas rawat inap terdapat notifikasi pengingat terkait pengembalian berkas rekam medis rawat inap yang secara otomatis terkirim setiap 2 x 24 jam dan seterusnya hingga status peminjamannya berubah menjadi kembali.

Abstract

To understand Arabic, it is necessary to study nahwu theory. Nahwu theory is the study of structure of Arabic sentences. By learning nahwu, being able to distinguish subjects, predicates and objects in sentences. One of the fields in the computer that studies about human language processing is NLP (Natural Language Processing), which is natural human language processing through syntactic analysis of sentences structure. One method to analyzing syntactic of sentences is stemming. One variant of the stemming algorithm is Light Stemming algorithm. Light Stemming algorithm is an algorithm that only removes prefix and sufix. Based on the tests conducted, the light stemming algorithm is able to detect nahwu with an accuracy rate of 82.22%. The 17.78% failure rate occurs because words that do not have an affix will be detected automatically the type is fi’il (verb), even though the fact may be that the type is isim (noun), and the failure of the detection results is also due to not being able to stemming the words that have affix in the middle (infix), because indeed the process of light stemming only eliminates the sufix and prefix.

Abstract

Jember Regency is not immune from the risk of disasters. Information released by BPBD of Jember Regency, in 2018 there have been 224 disasters. This figure has increased more than 100% from the number of events in 2017. Efforts to reduce the risk of existing disasters and prevent new risks can be done by increasing the resilience of the community. From this background the writer through community service activities held a basic training on disaster alert at the Muhammadiyah Modern Pakusari Pondok. In the training the material will be delivered with lectures and demonstrations. With this training the insights of the participants will increase, especially in the field of disaster alertness. In addition participants were also trained to evacuate themselves against the earthquake disaster

Abstract

The purpose of virtual reality is to enable a motor and cognitive sensor activity ofsomeone in the artificial world created digitally to become imaginary, symbolic orsimulate certain aspects in the real world [1]. This technology is applied to the mediaintroduction of the solar system using the Luther method. The Luther Method consistsof 6 stages, namely Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing, andDistribution. Luther method has advantages compared to other methods because thereare stages of material collecting which is an important stage in the development ofmultimedia and this Luther method can be done in parallel or can go back to theprevious stage [2]. At the Assembly stage the implementation uses the Unity Engineand Google VR SDK for Unity, the result is a virtual reality application that can displaythe solar system with 3-dimensional objects and an explanation is available on eachobject. While testing the blackbox on a variety of Android devices with differentspecifications. From the results of the application of the Luther method, it is verystructured and can run well in the development of multimedia applications, while theresults of testing, this Android-based virtual reality application cannot run on devicesthat do not have Gyroscope sensors and can run on devices with a minimumspecification of 1GB RAM will but the rendering process on 3D objects is slow.

Abstract

String matching is an algorithm for matching a text to another text or also known as a text search. There are several algorithms that can be used for string matching, including the Boyer-Moore algorithm and the Brute Force algorithm. The Boyer-Moore algorithm is a string matching algorithm published by Robert S. Boyer and J. Strother Moore in 1977. This algorithm is considered the most efficient algorithm in general applications. The Boyer-Moore algorithm starts matching characters from the pattern on the right. While the Brute Force algorithm is an algorithm that matches a pattern with all text between 0 and n-m to find the existence of a pattern in the text. These two algorithms have different patterns in the search process. In this article, a comparative analysis of the performance of the Boyer-Moore and Brute Force algorithms is carried out in a case study of the search for the Big Indonesian Dictionary (KBBI) based on Android. The search process is carried out by searching based on words and word descriptions. The results of this study indicate that the criteria for running time, the Brute Force algorithm is faster than the Boyer-Moore algorithm with the total running time of the Brute Force algorithm is 168.3 ms in words, 6994.16 ms in word descriptions, while the Boyer-Moore algorithm for running time reached 304.7 ms on the word, 8654.77 ms on the word description. In the testing criteria based on related keywords, the two algorithms can display the same list of related keywords.

Abstract

In determining outstanding students (a case study at MTs. Al-Ishlah Jenggawah Jember) there are several criteria to be assessed. The criteria contained in student achievement in MTs. Al-Ishlah includes the average report card, behavior, discipline, neatness and attendance. For the sake of subjective assessment, an appropriate method is needed, namely the Technique for Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) and Weight Product (WP). The purpose of this study is to compare the accuracy of TOPSIS and WP, ​​where each assessment in this case is that all students are compared with one another, thus providing an output of priority values ​​that produce a rating value for each student. After comparison and analysis, the accuracy of both methods was obtained, namely the TOPSIS method was 84% ​​while the WP method obtained an accuracy value of 87.5%. This means that in the case study, the determination of outstanding students is carried out at MTs. Al-Ishlah Jenggawah Jember showed that the WP method was better than the TOPSIS method.

Abstract

Sars-Cov-2 atau Coronavirus adalah virus yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya penyakit Covid-19 yang menular. Covid-19 berasal dari Cina dan memiliki gejala seperti batuk, sesak nafas, demam, dengan masa inkubasi 5-14 hari. Jember adalah salah satu kabupaten di Jawa Timur dengan jumlah kasus Covid-19 yang cukup tinggi dengan 753 kasus positif, 53 kematian per tanggal 21 September 2020. Kemuning Lor merupakan desa binaan POLIJE yang ada di kecamatan Arjasa. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat dalam membuat hand sanitizer sesuai standar WHO. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat adalah penyuluhan dan simulasi. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah tim satgas Covid-19 Kemuning Lor. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah masyarakat mengetahui dan telah mampu membuat hand sanitizer sesuai standar WHO. Hal ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan personal hygiene masyarakat dan menurunkan penularan Covid-19.

Abstract

Technological advances have an impact on health services, one of which is the use of hospital management information systems in the research unit of the Dr Sardjito hospital. However, the implementation of the system encountered obstacles, including the absence of notification of the maximum loan limit and the absence of case classification based on disease in the borrowed medical record file. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the hospital management information system in the research unit. This research was a qualitative research with respondents 3 officers in the research unit. Data collection through in-depth interviews and observation. Data were analyzed using content analysis method. The results showed that the system does not have a notification if the number of files borrowed exceeds the maximum limit, the system produces loan data and medical record return data accurately, but the system can be accessed simultaneously on different computers. This study suggests to hospitals to add a notification feature if the number of files borrowed exceeds the maximum limit and add a medical record borrowing feature based on disease classification.

Abstract

The outpatient registration process at Asembagus Hospital Situbondo consists of offline and online via the WhatsApp. The problem that often occurs in offline is the accumulation of patients at the registration counter because the number of patients visiting and the number of officers are not comparable, while online often occurs when patient messages register that are buried, which results in patients not being served properly. The impact that can be generated from these things is the perception of patients and families on the quality of hospitals that have not been organized and are not good. The purpose of this study was to design and build an online outpatientThis study used the FAST method with qualitative research and data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and literature study in designing an online outpatient registration system online outpatient.

Abstract

Programming is not just making a computer program, it can even create and control a computer according to the wishes of the maker. In its manufacture requires a certain language, one of which is the Java programming language. To become a reliable programmer, it should be learned first is about programming fundamentals. The goal is to learn programming fundamentals so that prospective programmers have a strong foundation in building a complex program. The major in vocational schools that study programming is the RPL (Software Engineering) major. To produce graduates who are skilled in programming, what must be taught first is the fundamentals of programming. So in class X, vocational school students are taught the fundamentals of programming with the Java programming language. In its implementation, this community service activity is divided into 4 stages, namely preliminary (field studies and signing of cooperation agreements), preparation of materials, training and quizzes, and evaluation. This training activity uses problem-based learning and project-based learning methods so that students are accustomed to solving problems that occur in the form of computer program projects. Training activities are carried out online through Zoom Meetings, while offline training is carried out at schools during visits at the beginning, middle, and end of the semester. In addition, there are also groups via Telegram as a medium for giving quizzes and discussions. Quiz is made in several models, namely in the form of multiple-choice, guess the output of program code, puzzles, and case studies that must be solved by programming. Each activity is given assessment points, namely online presence, offline activity, quiz answers, completion of challenges, and test scores.
