Abstract

Menarche is the first menstruation that occurs in young women. Knowledge about menarche will be an important provision for young women in facing menarche and the next menstrual period. Dissemination of valid information regarding menarche can be facilitated using information technology in the 4.0 revolution era, one of which is the Simen application. Simen applications, like other applications/software, need to be evaluated. Evaluation will show the advantages and disadvantages of an application, which will become the basis for further development of an application. The evaluation method used is usability analysis with 5 variables (learnability, memorability, efficiency, error and satisfaction). The instrument used was a questionnaire addressed to 20 Simen application users. The results of the questionnaire showed that the variable memorability (average score of the questionnaire was 4.15), the variable efficiency (the average value of the questionnaire was 4.07), and the error variable (the average value of the questionnaire was 4.10) was good. Meanwhile, the learnability variable (the average value of the questionnaire is 3.24) and the satisfaction variable (the average value of the questionnaire is 3.56) is sufficient. Based on these results, the Simen application still requires further improvements regarding the user interface and content.in the abstract.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has been heavily affected by the Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) outbreak. To prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus, the government has taken various measures. The government enforces learning from home (BDR) to prevent clusters of spreading Covid-19 in schools. The many impacts caused by the government's BDR announcing the existence of a learning policy can be carried out face-to-face if the area is a green zone. The existence of this policy needs to be socialized to teachers about the fulfillment of child nutrition to face the preparation of face-to-face learning in Alif Integrated Kindergarten, Jombang Regency. This method of implementing community service, the executor gives a pre-test to all participants, after which they are given material about balanced nutrition as a preparation for face-to-face learning by the community service executors. At the end of the post-test session, it was distributed to find out whether there was an increase in participants' knowledge. Results: there was a significant increase in knowledge from the post test results, namely 78.1% of participants with good knowledge. Conclusion An increase in teacher and school knowledge is expected to be able to be passed on to parents and guardians of students as a form of face-to-face learning preparation. Abstract

Health is highly essential, especially when it comes to issues with dental and oral health. Early dental and oral health care is important so that children develop the behaviors necessary to maintain cleanliness and good oral and dental health. In addition to assessing the children's oral and dental hygiene, this community activity strives to educate the public on the need of maintaining good dental and oral health. Based on community service findings, it was discovered that as many as 9 children (39%) had clean teeth and mouths. With this activity, it is intended that children may use the proper technique for brushing their teeth and can always improve oral and dental health. Additionally, it is intended that the school will be able to monitor kids thoroughly so that it can ensure their general wellbeing. Abstract

Milk production for dairy cows in Jember Regency is quite a lot, marked by a total production per year reaching 2.9 million liters per/year, but the use of fresh milk into processed products in Rayap Hamlet, Kemuning Lor Village, Arjasa District is still lacking, only limited to being used as a dairy product. pure cow's milk drink. Fresh cow's milk that has not undergone processing is easily damaged and has low economic value. Therefore, efforts are needed to be able to increase the economic value, benefits and good shelf life of the processing of fresh milk, one of the processing based on fresh milk is to make yogurt. The nutritional content of yogurt, especially protein and calcium, can meet nutritional needs. Nutrition is needed in every life cycle, starting from the womb (fetus), infants, children, adults, and the elderly. This service is carried out to increase knowledge and skills through education on processing milk into yogurt. This activity involved PKK Kemuning Lor Village women and institutional components from tertiary institutions, namely lecturers as activity assistants and assisted by two students. The output achieved from this service is an increase in knowledge of making yogurt.

Abstract

  Studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan di Desa Wonojati yaitu  5 dari 7 ibu balita memiliki pengetahuan yang rendah tentang gizi balita. Sosialisasi terkait gizi balita juga kurang optimal sehingga pemahaman orangtua terkait gizi seimbang kurang, sehingga banyak orang tua balita belum memahami tentang gizi balita dengan baik. Hal ini akan memiliki dampak pada tumbuh kembang balita karena kurangnya pengetahuan orang tua tentang gizi balita. Pengetahuan gizi merupakan salah satu faktor penting bagi orang tua dalam memastikan bahwa anak-anak mendapatkan gizi yang cukup. Pengetahuan gizi yang baik dapat membantu orang tua untuk mengenali masalah gizi seperti gizi kurang atau gizi lebih pada balita dan mengambil tindakan yang tepat untuk mengatasinya. Tanpa pengetahuan gizi yang cukup, orang tua tidak dapat mengenali masalah gizi yang muncul pada balita mereka dan tidak dapat memberikan dukungan yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kesehatan gizi balita. Pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan optimalisasi pemahaman gizi balita pada orangtua balita Desa Wonojati, dengan kegiatan sosialisasi berupa penyuluhan gizi dengan metode kelompok diskusi. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah orangtua balita. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa setelah penyuluhan, terjadi peningkatan dalam pengetahuan ibu balita tentang gizi seimbang. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini yaitu penyuluhan gizi melalui kelompok diskusi efektif dalam meningkatkan status gizi balita dengan masalah gizi kurang di Desa Wonojati. Kata Kunci: gizi balita, kelompok diskusi, pengetahuan
