Abstract

Jember Regency is not immune from the risk of disasters. Information released by BPBD of Jember Regency, in 2018 there have been 224 disasters. This figure has increased more than 100% from the number of events in 2017. Efforts to reduce the risk of existing disasters and prevent new risks can be done by increasing the resilience of the community. From this background the writer through community service activities held a basic training on disaster alert at the Muhammadiyah Modern Pakusari Pondok. In the training the material will be delivered with lectures and demonstrations. With this training the insights of the participants will increase, especially in the field of disaster alertness. In addition participants were also trained to evacuate themselves against the earthquake disaster

Abstract

The quick response (QR) code provides a fast, easy, convenient, accurate and automatic method of transporting data. By freeing applications and popularizing wireless communications and cellular technology, two-dimensional barcode technology has been used for production, logistics, and sales. To order the benefits of technology to the service sector, for this study, we used various QR code applications in the food or beverage menu service management system in restaurants / cafes. The specific purpose is to allow restaurant waiters to quickly and appropriately provide service to restaurant / cafe customers. Experimental results show that the method developed in this study can significantly improve the service menu, prepare waiters and chefs to provide the right service, shorten the time for ordering the menu, and facilitate the resolution of the problem. Research in actual circumstances will be a full support tool for restaurant / cafe menu services. The results of the test prove agreeing from the point of view of efficiency and cost savings, the new system is fast and efficient, improving very competitive with the release of an improved management system.

Abstract

Menarche is the first menstruation that occurs in young women. Knowledge about menarche will be an important provision for young women in facing menarche and the next menstrual period. Dissemination of valid information regarding menarche can be facilitated using information technology in the 4.0 revolution era, one of which is the Simen application. Simen applications, like other applications/software, need to be evaluated. Evaluation will show the advantages and disadvantages of an application, which will become the basis for further development of an application. The evaluation method used is usability analysis with 5 variables (learnability, memorability, efficiency, error and satisfaction). The instrument used was a questionnaire addressed to 20 Simen application users. The results of the questionnaire showed that the variable memorability (average score of the questionnaire was 4.15), the variable efficiency (the average value of the questionnaire was 4.07), and the error variable (the average value of the questionnaire was 4.10) was good. Meanwhile, the learnability variable (the average value of the questionnaire is 3.24) and the satisfaction variable (the average value of the questionnaire is 3.56) is sufficient. Based on these results, the Simen application still requires further improvements regarding the user interface and content.in the abstract.

Abstract

The Rumah Sehat Keluarga Clinic is one of the clinics in Jember that has just implemented electronic medical records (RME) at the end of October 2020. Based on observations made on January 4, 2021, at the Rumah Sehat Keluarga Clinic, it is known that there are several obstacles in implementing the electronic medical record system. outpatient treatment indicating that analysis is necessary. This study aims to analyze the application of outpatient electronic medical records at the Rumah Sehat Keluarga Clinic. Identification of problems using the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) method by reviewing aspects of external variables, aspects of perceived usefulness, aspects of perceived ease of use, and aspects of behavioral intention to use. This type of research is qualitative with data collection methods, namely interviews, observation, documentation and brainstorming. The subjects of this study are the head of the clinic and the medical record officer. The results showed that based on aspects of external variables, several constraining factors were obtained including the absence of guidelines for using RME for new or old users and there was a diagnosis menu that had not been integrated with the ICD 10 database. Aspects of perceived usefulness, namely the use of electronic medical records in the clinic made the work of the officers faster and more efficient. The perceived ease of use aspect showed that receiving electronic medical records is considered easy to understand, flexible enough with the work of officers and easy to use to help work. Based on the aspect of behavioral intention to use, even though there are several obstacles in its application, outpatients show interest in RME and they will use it in the future. Abstrak: Klinik Rumah Sehat Keluarga baru menerapkan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) pada akhir Oktober 2020. Berdasarkan pengamatan terdapat kendala dalam penerapannya yang menunjukkan perlu dilakukan analisis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis penerapan rekam medis elektronik rawat jalan Klinik Rumah Sehat Keluarga. Identifikasi permasalahan menggunakan metode TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) dengan meninjau dari aspek variable luar (external variable), aspek kebermanfaatan (perceived usefulness), aspek kemudahan (perceived ease of use), dan aspek minat (behavioral intention to use). Jenis penelitian ini kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan brainstorming. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala klinik dan petugas rekam medis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan aspek variabel luar (external variable) diperoleh faktor kendala diantaranya tidak adanya panduan penggunaan RME bagi pengguna baru atau lama dan terdapat menu diagnosis yang belum terintegrasi dengan database ICD 10. Aspek kebermanfaatan (perceived usefulness) yaitu penggunaan rekam medis elektronik di klinik membuat pekerjaan petugas menjadi lebih cepat dan efisien. Aspek kemudahan (perceived ease of use) menunjukkan dalam penerimaan rekam medis elektronik dinilai mudah dipahami, cukup fleksibel dengan pekerjaan petugas serta mudah digunakan untuk membantu pekerjaan. Berdasarkan aspek minat (behavioral intention to use) yaitu petugas rawat jalan menunjukkan minatnya terhadap RME serta berencana menggunakannya di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Medical records at The X Community Health Center are easily torn due to overfilled filing racks, making it difficult to retrieve medical record files. Forcing the files out can result in torn records. Approximately 7.35% of medical records were found to be damaged. The aim of this study was to analyze the factors causing damage to medical records based on the 7M aspects. The research was qualitative, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of 1 registration officer, 1 filing officer, 1 administrative staff member, 1 head of administration, and the Head of the X Community Health Center. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the damage to medical records was caused by several factors, including man (education level, lack of knowledge, and no training), machines (insufficient number of medical record storage racks), methods (no SOP for medical record maintenance), materials (medical record folder materials), media (physical environment), motivation (no rewards or punishments), and money (insufficient budget for procuring medical record folders). It is recommended that The X community health center provide medical record maintenance training and develop and implement SOP for medical record maintenance.

Abstract

Indonesian: Indonesian SIBI has been widely reviewed by researchers using different types of cameras and sensors. The ultimate goal is to produce a strong, fast and accurate movement recognition process. One that supports talk of movement using sensors on the MYO Armband tool. This paper explains how to use raw data generated from the MYO Armband sensor and extract integration so that it can be used to facilitate complete hand, arm and combination movements in the SIBI sign language dictionary. MYO armband uses five sensors: accelerometer, gyroscope, orientation, euler-orientation and EMG. Each sensor produces data that is different in scale and size. This requires a process to make the data uniform. This study uses the min-max method to normalize any data on the MYO Armband sensor and the Moment Invariant method to extract the vector features of hand movements. Testing is done using sign language Movement statistics both dynamic signals. Testing is done using cross validation.

Abstract

The Quick Response Team (TRC) of BPBD Jember plays an important role in disaster management. Among their emergency response activities are the mobilization of personnel for victim assistance and the distribution of aid to disaster victims. The nature of TRC's work demands both physical and mental effort. This poses a risk of work fatigue, one manifestation of which is microsleep, which can lead to traffic accidents as experienced by the TRC in 2019. The objective of this community service activity is to implement artificial intelligence that can monitor driver activity to reduce the risk of traffic accidents. The method of this service activity involves the installation of a sleepiness early warning system (EWS) in TRC BPBD Jember vehicles. The device is mounted on the dashboard, facing the driver, and powered by a 12-volt car battery. Based on interviews, the implementation of the sleepiness EWS in the operational vehicles of TRC BPBD Jember has been able to enhance driving safety by providing warnings to drivers when they begin to lose concentration, whether due to fatigue or distractions. Although there were challenges in implementing the device, such as slow response time and limited detection range, the community service team overcame these issues by recalibrating the device's response time and selecting drivers with similar anthropometric measurements to avoid the need for frequent adjustments when changing drivers.

Abstract

Ruang filing merupakan tempat yang digunakan untuk menyimpan rekam medis. Proses filing rekam medis dapat mengakibatkan potensi kecelakaan kerja. Kecelakaan kerja diakibatkan karena pencahayaan yang kurang terang, tidak adanya tangga kecil yang digunakan untuk mengambil berkas, berkas yang menumpuk pada atas rak dan menumpuk pada lantai, dan tidak terdapat ventilasi udara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis risiko kesehatan dan keselaamatan kerja petugas rekam medis di bagian filing rekam medis dengan metode HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assassment, Risk Control). Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan brainstorming. Subjek penelitian ini 5 orang petugas filing rekam medis, kepala rekam medis, dan Komite Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Rumah Sakit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahaya fisik disebabkan karena ketidaksesuaian pencahayaan, kelembapan, dan kebisingan. Adanya debu pada berkas rekam medis sebagai penyebab bahaya biologi. Bahaya ergonomic disebabkan karena ruangan filing yang kurang luas dan banyaknya staples pada berkas sebagai penyebab bahaya mekanik. Selain itu, bahaya listrik disebabkan karena adanya kabel yang berserakan. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian risiko menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 13 risiko kerja dengan hasil penialian 2 risiko high (tinggi), 4 risiko moderate (sedang), 7 risiko low (rendah). Upaya pengendalian risiko yang dilakukan dengan pembersihan secara general, melakukan desain ulang terhadap ruang rekam medis, menambahkan exhaust fan, dan mengganti bahan berbahaya dengan bahan yang lebih aman.

Abstract

Keterlambatan pengembalian rekam medis rawat inap di RSU Bhakti Husada Banyuwangi mencapai 33,82% hal tersebut masih jauh dari target standart pengembalian rekam medis rawat inap 100% setelah pasien pulang. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis penyebab keterlambatan pengembalian rekam medis rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Umum Bhakti Husada Banyuwangi. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian antara lain 3 perawat, 1 bidan, 1 petugas assembling dan 1 kepala rekam medis. Perawat dan bidan dalam subjek penelitian ini berperan sebagai informan utama yang terlibat langsung dalam proses pengembalian rekam medis rawat inap, sedangkan petugas assembling sebagain informan pendukung yang menerima pengembalian rekam medis serta kepala rekam medis yang bertugas mengevaluasi kegiatan pengelolaan rekam medis. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis keterlambatan waktu pengembalian rekam medis rawat inap yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan perawat dan bidan terhadap standart waktu dan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) pengembalian rekam medis, ketidakdisiplinan dokter dan perawat dalam mengisi rekam medis, ketidaklengkapan pengisian rekam medis pasien rawat inap, belum adanya reward, belum optimalnya pemberian punishment serta kurangnya sosialisasi SOP. Saran dalam penelitian ini yaitu perlu dibuatnya SOP pengisian rekam medis, memberikan pemahaman kepada perawat dan bidan terkait standart waktu dan SOP pengembalian rekam medis melalui sosialisasi, melakukan sosialisasi SOP secara rutin minimal satu bulan sekali setiap awal bulan, mengadakan reward dan mempertimbangkan punishment agar memberikan efek jera kepada perawat dan bidan supaya lebih disiplin dalam mengembalikan berkas.

Abstract

Standar pengembalian rekam medis rawat inap yaitu 2x24 jam setelah pasien keluar. Berdasarkan hasil observasi di RSUD Bangil bahwa rata-rata keterlambatan pengembalian rekam medis rawat inap sebesar 69,79%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab keterlambatan pengembalian rekam medis rawat inap di RSUD Bangil. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan faktor ability yaitu petugas admin ruangan yang tidak memiliki pendidikan minimal D-III rekam medis. Faktor motivation yaitu belum adanya pemberian penghargaan (reward) dan belum adanya pemberian hukuman (punishment) kepada petugas. Faktor opportunity yaitu belum adanya sosialisasi SOP pengembalian rekam medis dan petugas admin ruangan belum pernah mendapat pelatihan terkait rekam medis. Saran yang diberikan peneliti yaitu kepala rekam medis memberikan pelatihan kepada petugas admin ruangan terkait pengelolaan rekam medis, mengajukan diberlakukannya pemberian penghargaan (reward) dan hukuman (punishment), sosialisasi secara berkala mengenai SOP pengembalian rekam medis dan memberikan pelatihan dasar rekam medis mengenai pengembalian rekam medis kepada petugas.
