Abstract

The study in this article aims to produce a model of research moderating impact of strategic vision to the relationship of strategic involvement with perception of environment uncertainty, perception of competitive strength, job involvement, and organizational commitment.  This article is a review of the literature, so that method being used is a literature review. This study is conducted by studying theories that have been established. The study also sourced and based on the results of previous research, especially empirical research results related to the variables that were studied in this article. In addition, if it is continued in empirical research, the study population are Head Master and Vice Head Master of SMU and SMK in Kecamatan Cileungsi Kabupaten Bogor. This article study produces a research model that explains the moderating impact of strategic vision to the relationship of strategic involvement with perception of environment uncertainty, perception of competitive strength, job involvement, and organizational commitment. Hypotheses include the following; moderating impact of strategic vision to relationship strategic involvement is positively related and significant to perception of environment uncertainty, perception of competitive strength, job involvement, and organizational commitment. Strategic vision moderate the relationship of strategic involvement with perception of environment uncertainty, Strategic vision moderates the relationship of strategic involvement with perception of competitive strength, job involvement, and organizational commitment.

Abstract

Fishery resources produced amounted to 12.5 million tons/year with an economic value of $2.04 billion USD. From 2016 - 2020 Indonesia's fisheries export sector continues to experience a positive trend by continuing rises with an increase of 5.72% and in 2020 the value was reached of $5.205 billion USD. The export sector who dominates is with fishery products have code 0303, and fishery commodities types shrimp, tuna, skipjack, seaweed, squid-octopus, crabs, etc. There are several obstacles i.e strict on standards of trade rules in the EU, the absence of Indonesia's free trade agreement with the EU, producers that tend to change frequently and the low quality of fishermen's human resources and not yet in accordance with the quality standards of fishery products produced. In increasing exports of Indonesia's fisheries and marine sector, several strategies are needed, i.e;1) Optimization of the potential of fish resources to increase export activities; 2) Enhance cooperation with other countries and with international institutions related to the production and quality supervision of fishery products; 3) Improved WPP-based national fisheries management; 4) Empowerment and optimization of catches of small fishermen by applying international quality standards; 5) Coaching on handling export standard fishery products; 6) Improvement of infrastructure, facilities, especially to carry out C3Q. 7) Optimization of SLIN system; 8) Increased role of government in maintaining food safety and ecolabelling; 9) Promote the principle of sustainable fisheries management; 10) Establish a special institution to coordinate the implementation of fishery product safety research and risk analysis of fishery products as a basis in determining food safety goals; 11) Synergize between government as a regulator and employers as a executor.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation, Communication, and Workload on Job Satisfaction of Employees of PT. Pusaka Graha Teknik. Determination of the sample in this study amounted to 54 samples using the census research method through the distribution of questionnaires. The analysis used is multiple linear analysis with this research is a research with causality with quantitative techniques. The data processing program used is the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 21 program. The results obtained that simultaneously Compensation, Communication, and Workload have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and partially Compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction while communication and workload have no positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of earnings per share, world gold prices, inflation on share prices of mining sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the Covid-19 pandemic. The population in this study there are 47 mining sector companies listed on the Stock Exchange using purposive sampling method in sampling. Researchers set certain criteria in taking research samples and obtaining 32 companies as samples. This research was conducted during the Covid-19 pandemic during 2020. The data collection technique in this study used the documentation method by studying the company's financial statement records, stock price data, world gold price data, and inflation. The data analysis method in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25 program. The results showed that in the F-test simultaneously earning per share, world gold prices, inflation had a significant effect on stock prices of mining sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the Pandemic. Covid-19. Meanwhile, the t-test results show that partially earnings per share (EPS) has a significant effect on the share price of mining companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the Covid-19 pandemic. On the other hand, partially world gold prices and inflation have no significant effect on share prices of mining sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Human resources is one of the keys to the success of an organization, this is because human resources makes company work properly. Good employee performance will support the achievement of organizational goals and one of the triggers is the level of employee job satisfaction. Many factors can affect job satisfaction, some of them are leadership, work environment, and job stress. This research aims to find out and analyze the effect of leadership and work environment on job satisfaction with job stress as an intervening variable. The sample used in this research is all employees at PT Wasteforchange Alam Indonesia. The method used in this research is Path Analysis with SPSS 2.4 software as a tool for data processing. The results showed that leadership had a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, work environment has significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, and job stress has significant negative effect on job satisfaction. Leadership has significant negative effect on work stress and work environment has significant negative effect on work stress. Leadership has a direct effect on employee job satisfaction without going through work stress, and work environment has a direct effect on employee job satisfaction without going through work stress.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on profit growth. The population in this study were all basic and chemical manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample of 32 companies. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The type of data in this study uses secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on profit growth is 30%. Partially Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have no significant effect on profit growth, while Total Asset Turnover (TATO) has a significant effect on profit growth in basic and chemical manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017 period. – 2020.

Abstract

This study aims to find out empirically the effect of independent commissioners, institutional ownership and debt levels on firm value as proxied by Tobins Q. The sample used was 120 samples from 30 Infrastructure companies listed on the IDX for the period 2017 to 2020 and met the criteria. The method of determining the sample is based on criteria or purposive sampling. The data using the classical test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing simultaneously and partially as well as a test of determination. The results of simultaneous research on the Independent Board of Commissioners, Institutional Ownership have a significant effect on firm value. Partially, Institutional Ownership has a significant effect on firm value, while the independent Board of Commissioners and Debt to Asset Ratio have no effect on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of word-of-mouth promotion, brand image and service quality on the decision to choosing the training of prakerja at Pintaria. The population in this study were all Prakerja participants of Pintaria. The sample in this study amounted to 50 respondents. The design used in this study is a Causal. The method used in this study is a quantitative method and the result of the study are based on respondent answer using the Likert Scale. The data analysis method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Test, F Test, t Test and Coefficient of Determination with the help of SPSS 24. The result showed that simultaneously (F Test) there was a significant effect between the variables Word-Of-Mouth Promotion (X1), Brand Image (X2), and Service Quality (X3) on decision to choosing (Y). Partially (t Test) Word-Of-Mouth Promotion (X1) has a significant effect on decision to choosing, and Service Quality (X3) has a significant effect on decision to choosing, while Brand Image (X2) has no effect and is not significant to decision to choosing (Y).
