This type of research is Classroom Action Research using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research procedures are planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, tests and non-tests. The research subjects were teachers as observers, researchers as practitioners, and 25 fifth-grade students. The results showed that the lesson plan for cycle I obtained an average of 86.46% (B), and an increase in cycle II of 93.75% (SB). Implementation of the first cycle of the teacher aspect obtained an average of 86.9% (B), increased in the second cycle by 96.42% (SB). Implementation of the first cycle aspects of students obtained an average of 83.33% (B), increased in the second cycle to 92.85% (SB). The learning outcomes of the first cycle obtained an average of 73.66 (C), increased in the second cycle to 86.01 (B). It was concluded that the use of the Problem-Based Learning model could improve the learning outcomes of geometric volumes and cube and cube roots in Class V SDN 12 Padang Besi

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of variety of learning resources used in schools and not fully utilizing technology in its development. The aim of the research is to develop valid and practical digital-based modules using the Flip PDF Professional application to support the successful implementation of "Integrated Thematic Learning" in class V SD. This type of research is a 4D model development research (R&D). The 4D model has 4 stages: definition, design, development, and deployment. After the digital-based module has been designed, validity and practicality tests are carried out. The results of the validity test came from 91.7% learning material experts, 93.7% linguists and 95% media experts. The average validation score is 93.47% with a very valid category. The practicality test was carried out by giving questionnaires to teachers in trial schools 92.8%, students 94.8%, research school teachers 96.4%, and students 94.1% in the very practical category. Thus, the results of the study indicate that the digital-based module teaching materials developed using the Flip PDF Professional application are very feasible and practical to use in fifth-grade elementary schools.

Abstract

Development research was carried out against the background of the unavailability of learning media for flat and wide roving material by utilizing the Storyline 3 articulate application which can help students understand the concept of perimeter and flat area effectively. The research aims to create reliable and useful media based on the ADDIE approach carried out in grade IV SDN 12 Bukit Cangang and SDN 01 Benteng Pasar Atas. Data collection was carried out through validity sheets and response questionnaire sheets consisting of teacher and student responses using Likert scales. The learning media developed obtained validity test results with very valid categories and practical test results with very practical categories. As a result, the Articulate Storyline 3 application-based learning media developed has been considered feasible and valid for educational purposes. Students are very enthusiastic about using digital learning media because they are curious and enjoy playing with learning media. Problem-based learning has an impact on students because they become active and self-directed in solving problems immediately. So it becomes a unique experience for students.

Abstract

This study intends to show how the Snowball Throwing cooperative model has improved integrated theme learning outcomes for class V SDN 05 Padang Pasir. Classroom action research (CAR) is this kind of study. Which is a form of research that combines both qualitative and quantitative techniques. 26 persons, including instructors and fifth graders, were the study's subject at SD Negeri 05 Padang Pasir Padang. (1) The lesson plan increased from an average proportion of the initial cycle of 86.11% with a very good predicate (B) to an average percentage of the second cycle of 91.66% very good (SB). (2) From cycle I which has an average of 86.11% with a good predicate (B), cycle II's very strong predicate (SB) of 94.44% for cycle II results in the assertion that the use of learning through aspects felt by the teacher is increasing. While the aspects seen in students increased from cycle I on average 87.50% good (B), to cycle II, namely 91.66% very good (SB). The Snowball Throwing cooperation model, it may be argued, can enhance fifth grade kids' learning processes at SDN 05 Padang Pasir in integrated thematic learning in Padang City.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the results of observations found in elementary schools that there has been no development of instructional media using the Macromedia Flash 8 application to improve initial reading skills in integrated thematic learning in grade II SD. This research is a Research & Development research with the ADDIE development model with the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The results showed that: (1) the results of the validation test of learning media as a whole by three validators, namely aspects of material, language and media obtained with a very valid category, (2) the results of the practicality test of learning media by teachers and students in the very practical category, and (3) the results of the initial reading in the Very Good category. With cognitive levels adjusted to low class levels between C1, C2, and C3. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the learning media using the Macromedia Flash 8 application are valid and practical to use in integrated thematic learning in class II elementary school.

Abstract

The low learning outcomes of teacher-centred learning activities are the impetus for this study. The justification behind this review is to further develop understudy learning results by using the Jigsaw learning model in grade IV. This kind of research employs both qualitative and quantitative approaches. Cycle I had two meetings, whereas Cycle II only had one. The subsequent cycle is utilized to direct research. There are four stages for each cycle: arranging, executing, noticing, and reflecting. Twenty fourth-grade teachers and students served as the study's subjects. The findings revealed that the lesson plans for Cycle I averaged 85% and increased to 92.5 percent for Cycle II. The teacher's assessment of the primary cycle had an average value of 86%, with a 93% increase in the second cycle. While the second pattern's average value was 93 percent, the main pattern's average value was 88.5 percent. In cycle II, student learning outcomes rose from an average score of 74 to an average value of 83. The Jigsaw cooperative student learning model can be interpreted as enhancing learning outcomes.
