Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has made many business sectors experience difficult times, both in small, medium and large industries, so this study aims to find out and analyze whether there were differences in revenue and profit before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study were 50 UMKM respondents in Pulo Gadung. Testing the data using descriptive statistics with normality test, and wilcoxon marked ranking test. The results of the first study showed that there was no difference in revenue before and during the covid-19 pandemic, and the second test showed that there was a difference in profit before and during the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The effect of financial literacy, financial behavior, and risk tolerance on investment decisions among private sector employees in South Jakarta City was researched in this study. Questionnaires are used to collect data for research. This research model uses a quantitative approach survey with a purposive sampling method to analyze 107 private sector employees in South Jakarta City. SPSS Version 26 is used for data analysis, which includes multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The findings reveal that financial literacy, financial behavior, and risk tolerance all have a positive and significant influence on the capital market investment decisions of private sector employees in South Jakarta City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance, determine and analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance, and determine and analyze the effect of training on employee performance at PT Satya Haprabu Perkasa. The strategy used in this study is an associative research strategy. While the research method used is a quantitative method. The data obtained are primary data from distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population of this study is all management and outsourcing at PT Satya Haprabu Perkasa totaling 137 people. The type of sampling chosen in this study is random sampling, using the slovin formula calculation, the number of samples in this study is 102 people. The data obtained is processed using SmartPLS 3.0. Statistical analysis of data in this study is descriptive data analysis, outer model analysis, inner model analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of work discipline variables on employee performance. There is an influence of work motivation variables on employee performance. There is an influence of training variables on employee performance at PT Satya Haprabu Perkasa.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of price, e-service quality, user decisions on loyalty and e-WOM as mediation. The strategy used in this research is using an associative research strategy. Associative research is a research problem formulation that asks about the relationship between two or more variables. In this research, an associative research strategy is used to identify the influence of variables As well as Variable Z, namely E-WOM in mediation (intervening variable). The research results prove that (1) Price has an effect on E-WOM, (2) Price has an effect on Loyalty, (3) E-Service Quality has an effect on E-WOM, (4) E-Service Quality has an effect on loyalty, (5) User Decisions influence E-WOM, (6) User Decisions influence Loyalty, (7) E-WOM influences Loyalty, (8) E-WOM mediates the influence of Price on Loyalty, (9) E -WOM mediation the influence.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an explanation of how the independent variables, namely brand image and price, influence the dependent variable, namely repurchase intention with the intervening variable, namely consumer satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires as a sampling. This study was measured using the help of SmartPLS software version 4.0. The population of this study is the East Jakarta community who have consumed Kopi Keliling SJ more than twice. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique, which can be understood as drawing limited or specific samples with certain considerations to obtain samples with the desired characteristics. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires. The results of the study prove that the variables of brand image and consumer satisfaction have a direct effect on repurchase intention, but price does not have a direct effect on repurchase intention. Price has a direct effect on consumer satisfaction, but brand image does not have a direct effect on consumer satisfaction. consumer satisfaction is able to indirectly mediate price on repurchase intention. However, consumer satisfaction is not able to indirectly mediate brand image on repurchase intention.
