Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari tahu pengaruh dari kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan komunikasi terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT Supra Gading Raya Money Changer Jakarta. Rancangan penelitian yang diterapkan adalah kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, yang diukur menggunakan skala likert. Populasi adalah nasabah PT Supra Gading Raya Money Changer Jakarta tahun 2022 sebanyak 257 nasabah. Penentuan jumlah sampel dipergunakan rumus Slovin, sehingga jumlah responden sebanyak 72 nasabah. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi dengan bantuan software SPSS V.26. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan (1) Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah. (2) Harga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah. (3) Komunikasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of service quality on purchasing decisions, to find out the effect of price on purchasing decisions, to find out the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, to find out the effect of price on customer satisfaction, to find out the effect of customer satisfaction on purchasing decisions, to find out the influence of service quality on purchasing decisions through customer satisfaction, and to determine the influence of price on purchasing decisions through customer satisfaction among undergraduate students at the Indonesian College of Economics, Jakarta. The research method in this study uses a survey method, the type of data used is quantitative data, the data source used is primary data. The population in this study were students at the Jakarta Indonesian College of Economics who were registered in the Statistical Data Processing program at LMPM for the 2018-2023 period, namely 160 respondents. The total number of samples is taken, but if the population is greater than 100 people, then 10-15% or 20-25% of the population can be taken. Respondent data was taken from 2 study programs, namely Accounting and Management. So the sample in this study amounted to 100 people. The data collected from the questionnaire was aggregated, then processed using the Path Analysis model. This analysis was assisted with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study concluded that there is no influence of service quality on purchasing decisions, there is no influence of price on purchasing decisions, there is an influence of service quality on customer satisfaction, there is an influence of price on customer satisfaction, there is an influence of customer satisfaction on purchasing decisions, there is an influence of service quality on decisions purchasing through customer satisfaction. There is an influence of price on purchasing decisions through customer satisfaction. Keywords: Service Quality, Price, Customer Satisfaction, Purchasing Decisions Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian, untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan pelangan terhadap keputusan pembelian, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui kepuasan pelanggan, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui kepuasan pelanggan pada mahasiswa S1 di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia Jakarta. Metode penelitian pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei, jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif, sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia Jakarta yang terdaftar di program Data Olah Statistik pada LMPM periode tahun 2018-2023, yaitu sebanyak 160 responden. Jumlah sampel diambil secara keseluruhan, tetapi jika populasinya lebih besar dari 100 orang, maka bisa diambil 10-15% atau 20-25% dari jumlah populasinya. Data responden diambil dari 2 Program Studi yaitu Akuntansi dan Manajemen. Sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang. Data yang terkumpul dari kuesioner diatbulasi, selanjutnya diolah menggunakan model Path Analysis. Analisis ini dibantu dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan Tidak terdapat terdapat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian, Tidak terdapat pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian, Terdapat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, Terdapat pengaruh harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, Terdapat pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap keputusan pembelian, Terdapat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui kepuasan pelanggan, Terdapat pengaruh pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui kepuasan pelanggan. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation (X1), Work Environment (X2) and compensation (X3) in an effort to improve the work ethic (Y) of employees in East Jakarta and be able to provide empirical evidence on the effect between variables X and Y variables. This study uses an associative research type with a casual relationship with a quantitative approach, which is measured using the SEM-PLS method using Excel and SmartPLS3.0 software. The sample of this study was measured using the Slovin sampling technique with an error rate of 10%, thus obtaining a sample of 100 employees. The data used in this study are primary data with data collection techniques using questionnaires via google form. The result of variable X1 to Variable shows that there is a positive and significant effect, this indicates that the higher and increasing the motivation variable, the employee's work ethic is increasing. Meanwhile, the X2 and X3 variables have a positive or unidirectional effect on the Y variable, but it is not significant. As for the empirical evidence, the X1 variable (Work Motivation) is worth 0.674 67.4% against Y while for the X2 variable (Work Environment) it is 0.169 16.9% against Y and for the X3 variable is 0.169 16.9% on work ethic

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusia, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas pada PT. Arkana Teknik Indo. Variabel dependen pada penelitian ini adalah Produktivitas (Y) dan variabel independen adalah Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (X1), Budaya Organisasi (X2) dan Motivasi Kerja (X3). Sampel penelitian adalah 55 karyawan pada Perusahaan PT. Arkana Teknik Indo. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui Software SmartPLS 4.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) pengaruh kualitas sdm terhadap produktivitas positif dan siginifikan (H1 diterima); (2) pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap produktivitas positif dan tidak siginifikan (H2 ditolak); (3) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas adalah positif tetapi tidak signifikan (H3 ditolak)

Abstract

Abstract- This study aims to determine the effect of workload, employee engagement and work environment on work life balance. This study was conducted on students at STIE Indonesia Jakarta in employee classes or students who work. The number of samples was 146. This research method uses a survey method, by distributing questionnaires to respondents, the type of data used is quantitative data, the data source used is primary data, the data obtained is processed using the SEM PLS 4.0 method. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive effect of workload on work life balance and there is a positive effect of employee engagement on work life balance, and there is no effect of the work environment on work life balance

Abstract

In today's competitive era, universities must adopt strategies to improve the quality and value of the company. Employee performance and loyalty are important drivers for the sustainability of the company, and human resources (HR) play an important role in driving goals. This study aims to determine the effect of competence, work motivation, and work environment on employee job satisfaction at STEI Indonesia. This study uses an associative research strategy to determine the effect of three independent variables, namely Competence, Motivation, and Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction. This quantitative research is supported by a survey method based on positivism, using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. This study shows that competence does not directly increase job satisfaction. However, higher work motivation will result in higher job satisfaction. This study also highlights the significant impact of the work environment on job satisfaction. The better the work environment, the higher the job satisfaction. These findings provide valuable insights for institutions to understand the factors that influence employee job satisfaction and apply them to improve employee welfare and productivity

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of democratic leadership style, training, and compensation variables on athletes' performance in enhancing futsal achievement. The research employs a quantitative approach, with data collection conducted through questionnaires with a sample of 75 futsal athletes from Bekasi City. The research method utilizes the path analysis model to represent latent variables. The stages of PLS analysis in this study include outer model analysis, inner model analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that democratic leadership style, training, and compensation significantly influence athletes' performance in enhancing futsal achievement in Bekasi City. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance, determine and analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance, and determine and analyze the effect of training on employee performance at PT Satya Haprabu Perkasa. The strategy used in this study is an associative research strategy. While the research method used is a quantitative method. The data obtained are primary data from distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population of this study is all management and outsourcing at PT Satya Haprabu Perkasa totaling 137 people. The type of sampling chosen in this study is random sampling, using the slovin formula calculation, the number of samples in this study is 102 people. The data obtained is processed using SmartPLS 3.0. Statistical analysis of data in this study is descriptive data analysis, outer model analysis, inner model analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of work discipline variables on employee performance. There is an influence of work motivation variables on employee performance. There is an influence of training variables on employee performance at PT Satya Haprabu Perkasa.

Abstract

Vocational high school (SMK) students, as part of the younger generation with strong physical and mental potential, must be equipped with productive knowledge to become independent and not a burden to their families or the government. This community engagement activity focused on developing an entrepreneurial mindset by presenting successful and failed business case studies and strategies to build and sustain a business. The activity used interactive methods: lectures, discussions, and Q&A sessions. These approaches created an engaging learning environment, encouraging students to ask questions and explore business topics more deeply. Lecturers from STIE Indonesia delivered contemporary business case studies, making the sessions relevant and intellectually engaging. Held on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at SMK Tunas Markatin, Jakarta, the program resulted in high student enthusiasm and understanding of entrepreneurship. Students showed interest in generating creative business ideas and recognized the importance of business planning connected to their school subjects in economics and entrepreneurship. Success indicators included active participation during discussions, students’ ability to create basic business plans, and the school’s commitment to guiding students in continuing entrepreneurship development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, career development, and compensation on job satisfaction in the sales and marketing department of PT Soho Global Health, Alliance Division, in Java. The strategy used in this study was an associative strategy using a survey method. The population of this study was all 60 employees working in the sales and marketing department of PT Soho Global Health, Alliance Division, in Java. The sample collection technique used a nonprobability sampling method with a saturated sampling technique, with a sample size of 60 employees. Data collection used a questionnaire that had been tested for outer and inner models. This study used the smartPLS program version 3.2.9 and Microsoft Excel. The results showed that the variables (1) motivation influenced job satisfaction, (2) career development influenced job satisfaction, and (3) compensation influenced job satisfaction.
