Abstract

This study aims to describe the development of studies on Enterprise Architecture (EA) in supporting Digital Transformation. The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method was used to obtain 36,513 studies with manual searches in two databases, and finally 12 primary studies were selected with a time limit of 2018-2022. A total of seven issues/issues were identified and analyzed, namely EA support analysis, EA weakness analysis, Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) benefit analysis, EA evolution, EA method development, and EA model development. EA's contribution is explained with a description of the problems / issues that have been identified, and the research sectors analyzed include Small and Medium Enterprises in Mechanical Engineering, manufacturing, health, and Small and Medium Enterprises in general, and some studies that do not limit their research sectors. The results show that studies on EA in supporting Digital Transformation have decreased in the last five years. Studies related to the benefits of EAM still show EA's weakness in supporting Digital Transformation. The limited research sector consists of SMEs and health. This review provides some guidelines for future researchers who want to research on this topic.

Abstract

When someone experiences obstacles in making decisions that must be done, they will usually ask for recommendations from those around them. Similarly, when a prospective student has difficulty determining the faculty when they want to continue their education to the higher education level, they will ask for recommendations from those closest to them who have not provided objective recommendations in accordance with their potential, even though a person's potential is very instrumental in making faculty selection decisions so that they can achieve learning success which can be seen from the achievement index. The same happened to prospective students of Amikom University Yogyakarta. It is necessary to build a system of recommendations for faculty selection. The potential of prospective students explored in this study includes school origin, personality expression, and the values of several subjects that have been obtained in high school. Cluster sampling was chosen to determine respondents where the Faculty as a cluster, respondents were selected from the student population who had taken at least 4 semesters with a grade point average of at least 3.00. The application of the Naïve Bayes algorithm in this study shows good accuracy results so that it can be used on research objects, but it would be more perfect if this system is later developed again into a recommendation for the selection of smaller educational units, namely study programs.

Abstract

Coloring activities are one of the activities most liked by early childhood, by coloring they can express their abilities based on their unlimited imagination. On the other hand, rapid technological developments actually make young children prefer to play smartphones by watching videos or playing games that are not beneficial for growth and development. Based on the problems above, the authors developed an application prototype for smartphones where this application can be integrated with mammal coloring books. This application uses Augmented Reality technology so that later there are virtual objects that appear as if they were in the real world. Using design and production methods users can see colored objects in 3D and look as if they were real. This application was made for Android mobile devices, and is expected to be especially useful for increasing children's creativity in the field of coloring, on the other hand it also encourages children who are addicted to smartphones to use smartphones for more useful activities. The test results stated that the interactive coloring book design could run smoothly as planned.

Abstract

LP2M is an institution that manages research activities and the implementation of community service by lecturers at a tertiary institution. The process of research and implementation of community service is carried out in the order of sending proposals, evaluating them, and determining whether they are accepted or not. In this case the problem found is the lack of efficiency in documenting lecturer research data. At the ITB Asia Malang, LP2M already has procedures in submitting research and community service. However, the process is still manual or not systematic in its implementation because researchers send proposals via email. The weakness faced is that it is difficult to read any proposal document or report. The author intends to build a web-based application as a forum for tidying up documents on lecturer research activities at ITB Asia Malang. The process of receiving and selecting proposals through information technology must be improved. The final result of this research is an information system application for research by ITB Asia Malang lecturers that was built using the PHP programming language and data processing with MySQL. This system has been tested and it can be concluded that the features in the system have functioned as needed.

Abstract

An expert system is a system that is used to find a solution to an existing problem by using the knowledge base that is stored in the system. Expert systems are not used to replace existing experts, but rather aim to help the work of experts. With this system, ordinary people can solve certain problems from simple to complex without the need for experts in that field. As for experts, this system can be used as an experienced assistant. The expert application that is being developed in this task aims to detect the psychology of child development based on the symptoms that are observed. This application uses the Cosine Algorithm as a calculation formulation. All symptoms will be displayed, and those selected will be automatically processed using the cosine algorithm to obtain disease results. When the symptoms are selected again, the data will be recalculated from the beginning based on the selected symptoms. Based on the results of the trials that have been conducted, it has been shown that while the calculation using the cosine algorithm is somewhat complex, the accuracy of the cosine calculation is high in determining the child's psychological condition based on the selected symptoms.
