Abstract

Pengukuran kualitas pelayanan yang hanya dilakukan oleh lembaga pemberi jasa itu sendiri, maka cenderung menghasilkan ukuran yang biasa. Hal tersebut mendorong lembaga untuk berupaya meningkatkan pelayanannya melalui program pemberian penghargaan, perubahan perilaku, dan perubahan tolok ukur bagi suatu pelayanan yang dianggap baik. Tidak terkecuali pada penyelenggara lembaga pendidikan khususnya Perguruan Tinggi. Studi ini termasuk explanatory yaitu model studi yang bertujuan untuk mencari dan menjelaskan hubungan kausal antarvariabel melalui pengujian hipotesis yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis kualitatif, serta pengujian data menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi. Obyek penelitian adalah layanan pembayaran mahasiswa pada Bank Muamalat Kantor Kas Universitas AMIKOM Yogyakarta. Hasil didapat menunjukan bahwa variable tangible, assurance, emphaty berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, sedangkan variable reliability tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Dimensi kualitas pelayanan yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa adalah variabel tangible sebesar 11,2%.Kata kunci: Kualitas pelayanan, explanatory, Kepuasan mahasiswa.

Abstract

Radio merupakan platform musik yang melegenda, dan selalu menjaga hubungan dengan pendengar melalui frekuensi, program, dan kedekatan dengan penyiar. Munculnya internet dan platform digital dalam pola konsumsi media, relatif mempengaruhi pola distribusi dan bisnis radio. Platform digital menjadi tantangan, sekaligus peluang, yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh industri radio. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai secara lebih spesifik strategi pengembangan bisnis Radio MQFM Jogja di era platform digital, menggunakan Business Model Canvas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan penelitian lapangan. Penelitian ini menganalisa strategi bisnis yang harus ditempuh oleh Radio MQFM Jogja menggunakan Business Model Canvas (BMC), yang dikombinasikan dengan penilaian kesiapan perusahaan menggunakan analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, dan Threats). Hasil analisis setiap elemen tersebut akan digunakan sebagai dasar untuk membuat strategi pengembangan bisnis. Hasil penelitian merekomendasikan Radio MQFM untuk meningkatkan kualitas konten on air, mengubah kemasan konten-konten on air menjadi konten grafis, sehingga dapat diakses melalui platform digital. Konten berbasis platform digital tersebut, akan menambah nilai kemanfaatan Radio MQFM Jogja sesuai misi yang diemban, membuka peluang pasar baru, sekaligus memungkinkan peningkatan omzet atau revenue melalui platform digital

Abstract

Universitas Amikom Yogyakarta adalah universitas yang saat ini sedang berkembang dengan jumlah karyawan yang mulai banyak. Sehingga perlu melakukan evaluasi terhadap keempat factor tersebut. tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan melakukan evaluasi hubungan antara beban kerja, kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian akan digunakan sebagai dasar penentuan keputusan Lembaga dalam penempatan karyawan dan penyeimbangan beban kerja di departemen-departemen terkait. Hasil penelitian akan digunakan sebagai bahan kajian dalam pengambilan keputusan dan pemetaan sumber daya manusia sesuai dengan kinerja masing-masing karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan alat pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner pada 84 responden dilakukan secara acak (Random sampling). Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan kesimpulan bahwa ada hubungan positif antara variable kinerja, beban kerja, kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan intelektual. Hal ini ditunjukkan nilai signifikansi setiap variable < 0,05. Sehingga hipotesis H1 diterima yaitu ada hubungan positif pada keempat variabel.

Abstract

Since the COVID-19 pandemic has occurred throughout the world, all activities and activities have been disrupted, including educational activities. All educational activities that were initially carried out offline must be online or online to control the spread of COVID-19. One way to facilitate teaching and learning activities and delivery of material to students needs an easy and exciting way for students and teachers. Teachers are required to immediately adapt to technology so that the educational process in schools is not disrupted. One of the efforts to upgrade skills is to hold training to develop exciting learning videos that can be tracked at any time, wherever they are. Open Broadcast Software or OBS is one of the open-source tools that can be used to make learning videos easily and not connected to the internet. So that it is more efficient and does not incur additional costs when building, all teachers held this training at MIN 1 Klaten; the participants were very enthusiastic. In general, this training aims to improve the quality and ability in information technology in teaching and learning activities for teachers at MIN 1 Klaten in the 5.0 era. This community service activity is by direct delivery of material or material oration and implementation. At the end of the activity, an evaluation was held in the form of a questionnaire to measure the success of the absorption of the material presented. The activity evaluation results showed that it was satisfactory for all activity participants, easy to understand the material presented and easy to use.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the compensation dimension on the motivation and performance of MSME marketing employees in Yogyakarta. This research was conducted by taking 54 MSME employees in Yogyakarta randomly as many as 54 MSME marketing employees. The calculation technique used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis model and path analysis. Based on the analysis results indicate that there is a significant influence between the dimensions of compensation on motivation; there is a significant effect between compensation on employee performance. Overall indirect effect, then incentive compensation is the variable with the strongest influence on performance through work motivation variables. It can be explained that incentives are the driving variables for increasing work motivation and performance because a lot or less of their income is very dependent on whether or not incentives are good. Simultaneously, the compensation system for salaries, incentives, and benefits has a strong influence on performance through work motivation, with a total determination coefficient is 0.822.

Abstract

Bolu Village is a village located in Seyegan District, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta Province. This village is developing an Agrotourism area as a financial improvement orientation. The use of technology in the form of social media branding is needed as an effort to promote the region. To introduce a new activity, service, or product, branding is an important step that needs to be done so that the wider community is interested in the object. This community service activity was carried out for 2 days involving 10 Karangtaruna members. By utilizing technology and owning a cell phone, this content creator training is able to provide insight for youth in an effort to increase visitors and increase finances. The evaluation results show that 20% of device ownership is still insufficient, and the rest is adequate. On average, all participants understand the basics of material in creating social media content and are able to implement it in the field. Approximately 90% of participants understand the material presented. This training is considered successful.

Abstract

Sebagai salah satu sarana pelayanan kesehatan apotek harus selalu menjaga efisiensi biaya agar dapat bersaing. Persediaan merupakan elemen dari organisasi yang paling dinamis yang selalu bergerak mengikuti jumlah barang masuk yang harus dipesan dari pemasok dan barang keluar pada penjualan kepada pelanggan. Pengendalian persediaan yang tidak terkendali menyebabkan kekosongan barang yang berisiko terhadap kehilangan pelanggan namun jumlah barang persediaan yang terlalu banyak menimbulkan biaya simpan semakin yang besar pula. Diperlukan perencanaan persediaan yang baik yang dapat membantu menentukan waktu dan jumlah pemesanan suatu barang tertentu sehingga memperoleh biaya pemesanan yang optimum. Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) merupakan satu dari beberapa metode untuk optimalisasi biaya pemesanan yang dihitung berdasarkan biaya setiap kali dilakukan pemesanan, biaya penyimpanan dan kebutuhan barang pada kurun waktu tertentu. Abstract

When someone experiences obstacles in making decisions that must be done, they will usually ask for recommendations from those around them. Similarly, when a prospective student has difficulty determining the faculty when they want to continue their education to the higher education level, they will ask for recommendations from those closest to them who have not provided objective recommendations in accordance with their potential, even though a person's potential is very instrumental in making faculty selection decisions so that they can achieve learning success which can be seen from the achievement index. The same happened to prospective students of Amikom University Yogyakarta. It is necessary to build a system of recommendations for faculty selection. The potential of prospective students explored in this study includes school origin, personality expression, and the values of several subjects that have been obtained in high school. Cluster sampling was chosen to determine respondents where the Faculty as a cluster, respondents were selected from the student population who had taken at least 4 semesters with a grade point average of at least 3.00. The application of the Naïve Bayes algorithm in this study shows good accuracy results so that it can be used on research objects, but it would be more perfect if this system is later developed again into a recommendation for the selection of smaller educational units, namely study programs.
