Abstract

That the multiplicity of skills and plans offensive individual and collective handball players was also accompanied by the development of defensive aspects, which led researchers to use and experimenting methods that are highly influential on the performance of individual defense and collective and offensive, so the importance of research by finding some exercises, The ball directly, but also affect the competitor and push him to commit errors and legal irregularities to benefit from the contribution studied in the increase of penalties and progressive suspension cases . In this case, the problem of research was not to exploit the imposition of individual and individual punishments imposed by the law, but to limit the interest in directing the players not to make these irregularities and mistakes to avoid penalties. Therefore, exercises were put in place for forcing the players of the opposing team to commit violations and legal errors. The effect of some exercises in forcing the opposing team players to commit mistakes and legal irregularities the researchers hypothesized that there were significant differences between the tribal and remote tests of the two groups and for the benefit of the remote tests. There were also significant differences between the tests of the two groups of research and for the experimental group. The researchers used the experimental method. The research community was determined by the players of the Karbala University team for the academic year 2011/2012 and for the Karbala youth handball players for the handball at the age of 18-20 years. A sample of (30) players from this society were selected and divided equally into two control groups. The results came in favor of the experimental group, and the researchers concluded that the special exercises used were of interest to the players in forcing the opposing team to commit legal errors and irregularities. This type of exercise has a great positive impact on the outcome of the game and thus achievement especially for players of age groups. The researchers recommended that trainers adopt this type of exercise in their training and use it for younger age groups, which are likely to have greater results because they are less aware of the law and its applications. Keywords: Vital exercises, force, opposing team, commit mistakes and legal irregularities.

Abstract

The aim of this work is to analyze and systematize data on efficacy, safety, and quality assurance for NSAID isomers – dexketoprofen and dexibuprofen. Studies were conducted using databases on the Internet: PubMed; Food and Drug Administration, European Medicines Agency. It has used retrospective, logical, systematic and analytical methods. The results of a multifaceted analysis of sources of data of clinical use proved the high analgesic efficacy of dexketoprofen and dexibuprofen in acute and chronic pain of various etiologies, such as toothache, dysmenorrhea, pain after surgery, muscle pain, headache, back pain, pain from bone metastases, etc. To achieve the effect obtained with the use of 1 dose of racemic NSAIDs, half the dose of their active isomers is sufficient. The high clinical effectiveness of dexketoprofen, dexibuprofen combines with their relative tolerance, in particular from the gastrointestinal tract. In large part, the safety of dexketoprofen is due to the presence of only the active S (+) - enantiomer of ketoprofen, dexibuprofen is due to the presence of only active S (+) - ibuprofen, which eliminates the side effects associated with the influence of the R (-) - enantiomers. The results of the analysis of quality assurance of generic dexketoprofen (class 1 of biopharmaceutical classification system) and dexibuprofen (class 2 of biopharmaceutical classification system) during the biowaiver procedure are systematized. It has been shown that not only high permeability and high solubility, but also the composition of the drug excipients are important for pharmaceutical equivalence in vitro. Based on the results research findings presented, it is possible to optimize the technological process and analytical methods, which allows taking into account critical factors and ensuring the quality of the medicine and its bioequivalence to the reference drug.

Abstract

The aim of this study was designed to evaluate whether Cleistocalyx nervosum (C. nervosum) extract improved depression-like behaviors induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) in post-stroke-depression (PSD) rats. Right MCAO procedure was performed on day 1 in male Wistar rats. C. nervosum was thereafter administered (250, 500 and 750 mg/kg), daily for 28 days. Neurological functions after ischemia were determined by the forelimb grip force and the hot plate tests. Tail suspension (TST) and forced swimming (FST) tests were used to assess depression-like symptoms. Plasma corticosterone (CORT) level, and brain oxidative status, and scavenging enzymes were also investigated. Our results showed that three doses of C. nervosum treatment were able to diminish neurological impairments and exert antidepressant effects in PSD rats. This was accompanied by the decrease in stress hormone level and brain oxidation indices, and increase in antioxidant enzymes activities. It suggested that C. nervosum could improve the depression-like emotional status and promote recovery of motor and sensory functions in PSD, and can be applied as a complementary agent for treatment of PSD.
