Abstract

The world has witnessed a dramatic development in the different areas of life nowadays, and this development has been caused by the application of the scientific and modern technological foundations in the sporting field, and despite this development, further research and studies are to be conducted to reveal the best methods and methods for the development of events Sports. Thus, the importance of research is illustrated by the development of the most important scientific solutions through the kinetic Energy index training and its impact on cruise and motor transport at the moment of advancement to achieve the best achievement.  The researchers noted that the preparation of the kinetic energy index exercises did not take place in the application area during the training programs because it has a significant impact on speed development and the kinetic energy index works by determining the intensity of the training according to the mass and speed of the jumper, and that this requires new solutions to help develop Achievement during the technical performance. Therefore, the researchers have developed a motor energy marker exercise and will take into consideration in its flowchart and motor transport at the moment of upgrading for achievement.The Research ObjectivesPreparation of motor energy index drills for young long-jump players.To identify the impact of the exercises with the kinetic energy index in the cruise and motor transport at the moment of upgrading and the long jump to the youth. The Research HypothesisThere is a positive impact of the exercises according to the kinetic energy index in the cruise and motor transport at the moment of upgrading and the long jump to the youth.As for the second chapter, the researchers referred to the training with the kinetic energy Index and its impact on the flow and motor transport at the moment of advancement and the achievement of the long jump of young people, as well as the previous studies that were relevant to the subject matter of the research. The researchers used the training curriculum with the design of the two equal groups (Control and Experimental), which were designed to fit the nature of the research, where the research community, the players of the governorate of Al- Qadisiyah, identified the youth group for the effective long jump of the sports season (2017 – 2018), which number (15) And they are scattered over seven clubs that will officially participate in the championships of the central athletics Federation, selected in the random manner and in the (10) of the shares, which accounted for (66.7%). From the research community, they were evenly distributed to two female officers and experimental groups, and the remaining (5) were selected as a sample of the pilot study. The most important findings were mentioned in conclusions, which showed the moral differences between the pretest and combined tests of the two groups.The Conclusions are followingThere is a positive impact in the use of motor energy marker training in the technical performance and delivery of long jump effectiveness.Kinetic energy Marker training is instrumental in improving the linkage between proximity and elevation to long-term jump.The use of the kinetic energy index in training during training modules leads to the evolution of motor flow of the final step of proximity and preparation for the advancement of Long jump.Keywords: Training, kinetic energy, motor transport, elevate and achievement and long jump.

Volleyball is one of the sports activities that need to apply the modern scientific methods through the development of the sport training science, which aims to improve the player's physical and functional abilities through careful planning of training courses for the development of its efficiency in the performance of all requirements for volleyball, The importance of research in the study of some chemical components of blood and the changes obtained by the training using special exercises because of its importance in developing the skill of beating overwhelming in the players the researchers used the experimental method to suit the nature of the problem on the players of the Kufa youth sports club for the season of 2018 (12) players, and was adopted a cohesive method of selection in the selection of the sample, the tests used in the research biochemical tests: measuring variables (cholesterol, sugar, And the test of the skill of beating the overwhelming country, after which the researchers carried out the tribal test, and then the exercise and then the post-test The researchers concluded that the exercises used, which were specialized exercises of the type of skill and complex exercises and exercises. The researchers recommended to emphasize the importance of speed of performance and stress on exercise. Specialization in the skill type especially in the volleyball game, the interest in training the ability to develop the strength of the chemical variables and the level of skill performance of volleyball players, and benefit from the measurement of the activity of enzymes and the proportion of sugar and cholesterol contribute to the processes energy and muscular construction in the training of volleyball players at all levels, and conducting similar research in the use of explosive force training exercises to develop muscle strength in the non-oxygen system and identify the biochemical variables of volleyball players.Keywords: Special exercises, Biochemical variables, Spike, Volleyball.

Abstract

In an attempt to use modern techniques in learning skills and believing that there is a need to re-examine the method used and provide the potential for the student to obtain information from them to ensure the process of education and to change the methods that are widespread based on memorization and conservation and literal application and replace them with modern methods to ensure the development of thinking and creativity capabilities of teachers and students And to benefit from modern information and techniques , And experimenting through the effectiveness of different teaching methods in accordance with the patterns of the theory of the circle Kolb in the performance of the accuracy of some basic skills in tennis. The aim of the research was to identify the classification of students according to the Kolb theory and the different teaching methods suitable for each classification, and to identify the best groups that were used according to Kolb's theory of performing some basic skills in tennis. The researchers hypothesized that the use of various teaching methods according to "Kolb theory is positively effective in learning some basic skills in tennis. he fields of research were the human field: students of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - Faculty of Education for Girls - University of Kufa, class III / for the academic year (2016 - 2017) .The period field from 1/11/2016 until 1/8/2017, and the spatial field ,in the internal gymnasium of the department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - Faculty of Education for Girls - University of Kufa . The researchers used the experimental method in the two groups (experimental) method. On this basis, the researchers selected the sample of the students from the third stage of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / Faculty of Education for Girls / University of Kufa with (25). After excluding (7) female students from the original society for their participation in the exploratory experiment, the sample was selected by 18 female students in the simple random way , Which was divided into two experimental groups according to the classification form of the theory of Kolb, which classified the sample to the practical and theoretical and according to the qualifications of each student, the first experimental group (the practical) (10) students and applied the method of solving problems in teaching basic skills in tennis , And the second experimental group (theorists) (8) students. The method of mental training in teaching was applied to the basic skills of the tennis game. The special units were prepared for each group after presentation to the experts and the preparation of the tools for experimental procedures such as computer use , video clips and strips educational, rackets and tennis balls, and form evaluating the performance of accuracy, was applied (8) educational units on the two sets of research experimental, by one unit for each week, as it has been implementing the teaching style of solving problems with the first experimental group (practically) and the style of mental training with the second experimental group (theorists), and the conclusions obtained between the results of tribal tests and dimensionality and there is a significant moral differences and in the interest posteriori tests and both sets, and either posteriori tests results were the absence of significant differences between the two groups differences The pilot, and the researchers recommended that the need to use Kolb's theory circle in teaching. Keyword: Methods and methods of teaching, Kolb theory, Learning patterns, Tennis and precision performance.

Abstract

Highly diastereoselective synthesis of γ-lactams 5(a-b) based on the reaction of imines 3(a-b) with phenylsuccinic anhydride is described in this study in moderate yields. The synthesized compounds were tested in vitro for their antioxidant activity. The prepared compounds showed an antioxidant activity. Anticancer activity of the compounds 3(a-b) were tested against breast cancer cells (MCF7), which showed high efficiancy against MCF7 cell lines . The compounds were determined on the basis of the spectral studies using IR, 1H-NMR and13C-NMR.Keywords:  γ-lactams, Antioxidant, Anticancer, MCF7.

Abstract

The catalyst Co3O4-Al2O3 was prepared by co precipitation methods in different ratios (40: 60, 50: 50, 60: 40,70:30) for the mixed oxides respectively, these ratios were calcinated at 550 °C for 4hours and characterized by using powder X-Ray Diffraction, Fourier transform Infrared spectroscopy. These catalytic activity were investigated in photo oxidation of 2-butanol by using 0.2g.of Co3O4-Al2O3 in different times (0, 15,30,45,60 and 75 min). The result showed that the best ratio gives high activity was 40:60 at 25 °C.  The resultant 2-butanone was measured spectrophotometrically at λ maximum=285nm and estimate this concentration depending on the calibration curve of 2-butanone.Keywords: Cobalt Oxide, Photooxidation of 2-butanol.

Detect indications of differences to environmental awareness among students depending on the variable gender (male, female) 3. detect indications of differences to environmental awareness due to the variable competence (knowledge, human) research has been determined by the College of education for the academic year 2017 research goals requests creation of a tool to measure the level of awareness Ecosystem then ascertain its truthfulness and consistency through displayed on a group of experts in psychology and ecology researchers applied the scale on a sample of (400) then the data were analyzed using statistical case for Social Sciences (SPSS) results: environmental awareness among students Average education. No statistical differences in the level of environmental consciousness according to heterosexual (male, female). There are differences in the level of environmental awareness due to the variable competence (knowledge, human). Based on these results, we offer a number of al astenta. 1. to adopt environmental sciences department at Faculty of science scientific strategies to promote environmental awareness through many seminars and set up seminars and awareness and educational lectures for all cadres in the University as well as the various strata of society. 2. Activate the role of the media, working on achieving compliance with laws and regulations and avoid all illegal means to be environmentally friendly. Abstract

The research included the separation and determination of flavonoids from the extract of Centraurea Cineraria gray using the high-performance liquid chromatography technique. Cirsilineol, Jaceosidin, Melitensin, Apigenin and Prunasin were found to be identical to the standard compounds used in chromatography analysis. The flavonoids found in the extract were detected using qualitative chemical analyzes. The effect of the gray catheter extract containing the flavonoids mentioned above was studied in five bacterial species (Escherichia coli, Streptococcus pneumonia, Klebsiellaspp Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa) using Agar well diffusion method and then added concentrations (100,75,50,25 mg / Ml of the extract and the measuring sieve. The transparent zone of the bacterial growth inhibitor showed a concentration of 100 mg / ml inhibitory capacity with a zone of 17 mm inhibition for Klebsella.

Abstract

A new ligand 3-hydroxy-2-(3-(4-nitrobenzoyl) thiouriedo) propanoic acid (NTP) where synthesized by reaction of 4-nitro benzoyl isothiocyanate with serine amino acid. The ligand was characterized by FT-IR, NMR spectra and the elemental analysis. Abstract

Background: Osteoarthritis (OA) is a leading cause of physical disability, morbidity and lessened quality of life, mainly in elderly people. It characterized by inflammation, breakdown, and consequent loss of cartilage of the joints. OA usually associated with obvious risk factors, like obesity, age, inflammation and joint injury, in addition to quality of diet and some metabolic factors. Purpose: To evaluate the role of obesity and different metabolic factors on the incidence and severity of symptoms in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods: Fourth patients with painful knee OA were randomly selected at the outpatient clinic of Baghdad teaching hospital. All patients diagnosed with OA in one or both knee joints. The patients were allocated into two groups: Group A: Include 20 non-obese patients diagnosed with knee OA. Group B: Include 20 overweight and obese patients diagnosed with knee OA. A validated, self-administered questionnaire method known as Western Ontario Mac Master Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC) which includes evaluation of pain, stiffness and physical function, were done. FBG, TC, LDL, TG, HDL cholesterol, in addition to serum leptin, IL-1β and TNF-α were measured for both groups to be statistically evaluated. Results: The results showed a significant differences (P<0.05) between group A and group B regarding to BMI, serum leptin, TG, LDL, IL-1β and TNF-α (less values in group A), in addition to WOMAC score and serum HDL (more values in group A). However, no significant differences (P<0.05) seen for FBG and TC between both groups.  Conclusion: This study clearly demonstrated that increasing body weight with the presence of other metabolic factor can strongly enforce and accelerate many process involved in the pathogenesis of OA, including inflammatory response, cartilage degradation and bone remodeling.Keywords: Osteoarthritis, Obesity, Metabolic syndrome, inflammation, WOMAC.

Abstract

Shallot or violet onion (Allium ascalonicum) bulbs are well known for their biological activity resulting from the presence of sulphur compounds. The health and nutritional benefits of shallot have led to their increased demand and hence production. Shallot harvest handling must be done immediately after harvest because these commodity are easily damaged. Plastic food packaging causes serious environmental problems. Edible coatings offer various physicochemical advantages for fruit and vegetable in preservation. Objective of this study focused on the effectiveness of different coating materials such as chitosan, CMC, xanthan gum, carrageenan, sodium alginate to the quality of shallot bulbs. Results showed that after 6 month storage by 3.0% chitosan at ambient temperature, shelf-life of shallot bulbs remained its stability. Edible coating could maitain shallot quality by controlling respiration rate as well as decay. It’s not only as an effective strategy for the product but also friendly environment.Keywords: Shallot bulb, Allium ascalonicum, Chitosan, Coating, Storage, Shelf-life.
