Abstract

The importance of the existence of human resources in organizations originates from the increasing need for human resources functions for the implementation and development of organizations. The human resources function originates from the management function and strategic function. Organizations view it as important to make efforts to develop human resources because currently employees are a very important asset in achieving the stated goals of an organization. Human resource development is an activity related to increasing employee skills for sustainable growth within the organization. Human resource development is important to improve employee performance.

Abstract

The greater the convenience offered, the support and facilities that have been prepared, it is hoped that many people will be motivated to build businesses, especially the millennial generation. Of course, every individual will have an interest in entrepreneurship based on different causal factors. Therefore, this research was carried out, which aims to analyze the influence of social support and entrepreneurship education on interest in entrepreneurship. This research method uses a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The population was taken from students of the undergraduate nutrition study program at University The results of this research show that the social support variable (X1) and the entrepreneurial education variable (X2) together have an influence on the entrepreneurial interest variable (Y) by 22.6%. Apart from that, it was also found that social support (X1) and entrepreneurship education (X2) separately also had a positive effect on interest in entrepreneurship (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the profitability of Sharia Banks in Indonesia. The research variables consist of: murabahah, musyarakah and ijarah financing. The test results showed that the F test showed that the values in the regression model of the murabahah, musyarakah and ijarah variables together had an effect on the profitability variable with a sig value of 0.000. Sig value. 0.000 < 0.05 and Fcount value 12.826 > Ftable 2.74. Likewise, with the partial test, murabahah, musyarakah and ijarah financing partially influence the profitability of sharia commercial banks in Indonesia. To increase bank profitability, efforts are needed to increase murabahah, musyarakah and ijarah financing. However, the principle of prudence and risk control is required for each of the burdens incurred. So that the profitability target will increase in the future.
