Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of personal selling and digital marketing on easy wadiah savings at KC 2 Makassar Bank Syariah Indonesia (Tbk). The research data was derived from the responses of 319 Kc 2 Makassar Bank Syariah Indonesia customers to a questionnaire about their decisions to save on easy wadiah savings in 1 month. The data collection method employs a questionnaire that has been validated and reliable. The results of this research indicate that (1) personal selling and direct marketing have a 0.723 effect on decisions. Personal selling and direct marketing can represent 72.3% of the variety of saving decisions in this case. (2) A simultaneous test of the hypothesis on the effect of personal selling and direct marketing on saving decisions yields a F test statistic of 416,739 with a probability of 0,000. (3) A t-test statistic of 4,695 with a probability of 0 is obtained from partial constant testing of the hypothesis on the decision to save. (4) A t-test statistic of 4,302 with a probability of 0 is obtained by testing the hypothesis partially on personal selling on saving decisions. (5) Testing partial direct marketing hypotheses on saving decisions yields a t-test statistic of 10,511 with a probability of zero. This researchers reported that (1) personal selling has a positive and significant effect on saving decisions. (2) that direct marketing has a significant and positive impact on saving decisions.

Abstract

This explanatory research was done on purpose to test the hypotheses of the variables of budget planning, human resource competence and also the use of information technology on budget absorption performance, either directly or passing through organizational commitment that becomes the moderating variable. The research was located at the Faculty of Medicine, Hasanuddin University and it has sample of 55 respondents. Data was taken through method of survey by giving set of questionnaires which then calculated using multiple regression and moderated regression analysis. The results shows that budget planning, human resources and information technology have a positive and significant impact toward budget absorption performance. Organizational commitment moderates budget planning.

Abstract

Creating quality human resources, teachers are at the forefront, because teachers directly deal with students in delivering the learning process. the teacher is one of the human components in the teaching and learning process, which plays a role in efforts to form potential human resources in the field of development. Therefore the teacher who is one of the active and elements in the field of education must play a role in placing his position as a professional, in accordance with the demands of an increasingly developing society. The importance of Organizational Citizen Behavior (OCB) for all forms of organization, because Organizational Citizen Behavior (OCB) can increase organizational effectiveness. All forms of organization will be in dire need of employees who go beyond their job description. One form of organization is educational institutions, namely teachers, therefore this study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, organizational commitment, job satisfaction through Organizational Citizen Behavior (OCB) on the performance of private school teachers in Makassar, South Sulawesi. This research is quantitative and the data collection method using a questionnaire of 105 samples. Methods of analysis using validation, reliability, analysis, pathways, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment, job satisfaction through Organizational Citizen Behavior (OCB) had an effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Population, Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), poverty, and economic growth in Makassar City. This research is quantitative research. The type of data used in this study is secondary data in the form of annual time series starting from 2009 to 2018 wich are quantitative data. Data analysis was done using multiple linier regression statistical analysis with path analysis type. The results of this study show that population and GRDP have no significant influence on poverty and population and GDRP has no significant influence on economic growth and poverty has a significant influence on economic growth in Makassar City.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine an empirical evidence in the form of Electronic Word Of Mouth (e-WOM) variables on Purchase Decisions mediated by Brand Trust. This study's sample consisted of all consumers of Wardah brand cosmetics in Jayapura. Sampling in the study used Probability Sampling, research data were obtained utilizing a questionnaire distributed online via Google form as a study instrument to respondents containing 13 statement items as measured using an interval scale. The data analysis method used in this study is Structual Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study show empirical evidence that Brand Trust significantly mediates Electronic Word Of Mouth (e-WOM) on Purchasing Decisions. The contribution of the results of this study can obtain empirical evidence regarding the factors that influence purchasing decisions, which can provide information to the holders of the Wardah cosmetic brand so that they can maintain quality and improve the quality of Wardah brand products.

Abstract

Organizational commitment is the force binding individuals to perform an action that is relevant to one or more goals. This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and work environment on the organizational commitment of non-permanent employees of BNI Pare-Pare Branch, either directly or indirectly by using AKHLAK Culture as a mediating variable. This type of research is quantitative research involving 115 respondents to fill out a questionnaire with the results of data processed using SmartPLS 4. Based on the results of data processing and discussion, the conclusion of this study is that when the workload of employees decreases, it does not affect the increase in organizational commitment of BNI Pare-Pare Branch employees, both directly and when AKHLAK Culture is used as a mediating variable. Furthermore, a conducive and comfortable work environment has a significant direct effect on increasing organizational commitment from employees but when it is associated with AKHLAK Culture as a mediating variable, the indirect effect shown has not shown a significant impact.

Abstract

Disruptions that occur in the business world can penetrate into any business sector and industry, including banking, which is known as an industry that has strict regulations and is not easy for newcomers to enter. This study aims to understand the process of disruption in the banking sector, construct the phenomenon of disruption that occurs, find potential opportunities and risks of threats faced by incumbents in the Indonesian banking industry, and answer the question whether incumbents should be worried about the disruption that occurs. The main data collection technique used is in-depth observation of the phenomenon of disruption that occurs by conducting direct and indirect interviews, group discussion forums (FGD) and documentation studies or even a combination of the three (triangulation). Industrial business landscape analysis techniques use the 4C-Diamonds analysis tool and Industrial Business Model Environmental Analysis with a Business Model Generation approach. The results of the research conducted show that the era of disruption in the Indonesian banking industry sector has been clearly visible since 2016, which was triggered by advances in information technology, especially the internet, high-speed microprocessors, smart devices and the rapid development of fintech. The emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic forced banks to accelerate the adoption of technology and digitization in their financial transaction services and other banking services, to match the changing preferences of customers who prefer to do activities through digital channels. Fintech developments and shifts in customer preferences have also been a trigger for the presence of new players or new entrants, including: fintech companies, technology giants, digital banks and neobanks. Incumbents don't have to worry about any disruptions that may occur, if only they are able to meet the requirements for sustainable growth and are able to adapt to -or even create- environmental scenarios for future business models to come.

Abstract

This research aims to see and measure the performance of the supply chain management implemented by PT Semen Tonasa in Pangkep. This research was conducted based on the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method using primary data. The Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method is based on five components, namely reliability, responsiveness, flexibility, cost, and assets that are assessed and tested whether they are aligned or not as the best way to achieve business goals. It is found that Perfect order fulfilment (POF), Order fulfillment cycle time (OCFT), Upside supply chain flexibility (USCF), Supply chain management cost (SCMC) dan Cost of good sold (COGS) were in high level of performance (excellent positions) with a gap value of 0%, 0%, 0%, 20% and 3% respectively. Meanwhile Return on supply chain fixed asset (ROFA) and Return on working capital (ROWC) re only in a moderate level by indicating result (gap value) around 10% and 9% respectively. It is, however, Cash to cash cycle time (CTCCT) still in the average position with a gap value of 0%. It can be concluded that all supply chain components have been manage properly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pendidikan Dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang diperoleh dari menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai negeri yang bekerja di Dinas Pendidikan Dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Luwu Timur Teknik pengampilan sampel menggunakan metode survey dimana semua populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel dengan jumlah 50 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan bantuan SPSS. Kemudian digunakan juga uji sobel dalam upaya mencari pengaruh tidak langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Luwu Timur. (2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Luwu Timur. (3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Luwu Timur. (4) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Luwu Timur. (5) Gaya kepeimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Luwu Timur. (6) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Abstract

This research uses a quantitative research based on the type of approach that aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership, work culture, work discipline on the performance of ASN teachers at State Senior High Schools in the Campalagian District. The population in this study amounted to 57 people with saturated sampling, namely the entire population. This study used the Path Analysis and Sobel Test methods to determine the direct and indirect effects of variables. The research consists of independent variables of leadership and work culture, the dependent variable is the performance of ASN teachers, and work discipline as an intervening variable between the independent and dependent variables. The results of this study indicate (1) leadership has a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of ASN teachers, (2) work culture has a positive and significant effect on ASN teacher work discipline, (3) leadership has a positive and significant effect on ASN teacher performance, (4) work culture has a positive and significant effect on ASN teacher performance, (5) work discipline has a positive effect and significant effect on performance, ASN teachers (6) leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance through the work discipline of ASN teachers. and (7) work culture has a positive and significant effect on performance through the work discipline of ASN teachers at State Senior High Schools in the Campalagian District.
