Abstract

Fine motor is the use of a group of small muscles such as fingers and hands that often require precisionand coordination by hand, a skill that involves the use of tools to work on an object. The development offine motor skills aims to stimulate fine motor abilities according to the stage of child development. Origamiand Plastisin (wax) is a play media that can improve the smooth motor development of children. The aim ofthis study was to determine the comparison of effectiveness playing origami and plastisin (wax) to theimprovement of fine motor development of preschool children aged 4-5 years. This study was quasiexperimental method with pre-test and post-test without control group design. The sample in this study 40respondents divided into 20 respondents intervention group 1, 20 respondents intervention group 2 withsimple random sampling technique. The result of this study was mannwhitney and wilcoxon test, obtained pvalue 0.000 (<0,05) there was difference of mean rank result in intervention group 1, intervention group 2,after treatment. The conclusion of this study, there was comparison of effectiveness of play origami andplastisin (wax) to improvement of fine motor development of preschool age 4-5 years at KindergartenAisyiyahBustanulAthfal 1 PagatanKecamatanKusanHilir Tanah Bumbu. Suggestions from this study toapply origami and plastisin (wax) as a means of learning and simultaneously for children's play activitiesthat can be used media to stimulate improvement of fine motor development of children.

Abstract

This research aims to see and measure the performance of the supply chain management implemented by PT Semen Tonasa in Pangkep. This research was conducted based on the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method using primary data. The Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method is based on five components, namely reliability, responsiveness, flexibility, cost, and assets that are assessed and tested whether they are aligned or not as the best way to achieve business goals. It is found that Perfect order fulfilment (POF), Order fulfillment cycle time (OCFT), Upside supply chain flexibility (USCF), Supply chain management cost (SCMC) dan Cost of good sold (COGS) were in high level of performance (excellent positions) with a gap value of 0%, 0%, 0%, 20% and 3% respectively. Meanwhile Return on supply chain fixed asset (ROFA) and Return on working capital (ROWC) re only in a moderate level by indicating result (gap value) around 10% and 9% respectively. It is, however, Cash to cash cycle time (CTCCT) still in the average position with a gap value of 0%. It can be concluded that all supply chain components have been manage properly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research). Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil sebagai berikut: (1) Penggunaan model make a match dalam Tema Keluargaku dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa. Aktivitas belajar siswa, menunjukkan rata-rata persentase pada siklus 1 sebesar 64,29 %. Pada siklus II, aktivitas belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan, yaitu menjadi 82,14 %. (2) Penggunaan model make a match dalam Tema Keluargaku di kelas I SDN Semangat Dalam 3 dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil belajar siswa pada siklus 1 adalah 73,67 pada siklus II menjadi 92,5. Ketuntasaan belajar secara klasikal siswa meningkat, pada siklus I adalah 70% dan meningkat pada siklus II mencapai 93%.

Abstract

This study aims to analize the result of quality mapping of vocational schools as a part of the educational quality assurance in Aceh province in 2017. The school mapping has been conducted nationally for the past two years since 2016 to 2017, which in Aceh has been involving all schools in 23 districts. The quality mapping is conducted using web based instruments for respondences teachers, head teacher, students and school committee. This analysis is a comparative description of the result based on the 8 national standards of education, using five categories to meet the highest level of the standards. The results of this research showed that the quality of vocational schools in Aceh is below the national standars; including the graduates, the content of curriculum, teaching and learning process, management, teachers and education personels, infrastructure andequipment, evaluation, and finance. The content of curriculum showed the highest score 5.04, comparing with nasional 4.87. It means that the quality of vocational school in Aceh is better that the average quality of vocational schools in Indonesia, despite this is remain below the expected national standard. Nevertheless, the lowest score is the standard of teachers and education personels; 3.33. Comparing to the average score of national 2.98, the quality of vocational school of Aceh in general is better, despite this is remain below the expected quality according to the national standard.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas strategi penguatan kapasitas Sekolah Dasar dalam mitigasi bencana gempa di Kota Banda Aceh melalui pendekatan In-Service Learning dan On-The-Job Learning berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka. Tiga tahapan utama dilaksanakan, yaitu In-Service Learning 1 (IN1), On-The-Job Learning (OJL), dan In-Service Learning 2 (IN2). Pada tahap IN1, pelatihan intensif berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman guru dan pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan prinsip sekolah aman bencana. Tahap OJL menandai implementasi langsung strategi mitigasi di sekolah, termasuk pelaksanaan simulasi evakuasi dan sosialisasi kesiapsiagaan, serta pembentukan Tim Pengembang Sekolah (TPS) Kebencanaan yang memperkokoh kesiapsiagaan. Evaluasi komprehensif tahap IN2 dengan Model Kirkpatrick menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada tingkat reaksi, pembelajaran, perubahan perilaku guru, serta hasil nyata kesiapsiagaan sekolah. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan berkelanjutan yang sistematis dan partisipatif efektif memperkuat kesiapsiagaan bencana berkelanjutan, mendukung integrasi Kurikulum Merdeka dan pengembangan karakter siswa di wilayah rawan gempa seperti Banda Aceh.Kata kunci: Hasil Belajar Matematika, Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Scramble dengan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL).
