CAPACITAREA: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah jurnal multidisiplin ilmiah yang diterbitkan Sekolah Pascasarjana Universitas Pancasila merupakan jurnal yang memiliki fokus utama pada pengembangan ilmu-ilmu di bidang pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Lingkup bidang pengabdian kepada masyarakat antara lain meliputi pelatihan Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG), kesehatan, pemasaran, keamanan pangan lokal, desain, pemberdayaan masyarakat, akses sosial, daerah perbatasan, daerah kurang berkembang, dan pendidikan untuk pembangunan berkelanjutan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat berisi berbagai kegiatan penanganan dan pengelolaan berbagai potensi, kendala, tantangan, dan masalah yang ada di masyarakat. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian juga melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat dan mitra. Kegiatan pengabdian tersebut disusun dalam suatu kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Tujuan dari publikasi jurnal ini adalah untuk menyebarluaskan pemikiran konseptual atau ide-ide yang telah dicapai di bidang pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Jurnal CAPACITAREA menerbitkan artikel empat bulanan dalam satu tahun yaitu pada bulan Januari - April, Mei - Agustus, dan September - Desember. Kontributor dalam jurnal ini merupakan peneliti, dosen dari perguruan tinggi di indonesia dan luar negeri.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Trading business competition in the City of Surabaya is very competitive, therefore, the best service for customers by providing accurate and fast information needed by customers and suppliers. Partners need the application of a sales accounting information system that uses a parallel-connected user in the reporting of financial statements. The partner in this community service is UD Rino who is engaged in the trade sector. The purpose of this community service is to provide training and assistance in the use of sales information systems, so that the resulting financial reports can be used as information for accurate and fast business decision makers. The results of community service information that partners have successfully operated the sales information system installed on computers in their trading businesses. The results also inform that partners can manage financial information and use it as information for business decision-making. The training and mentoring have been successfully carried out by involving the community service team and partners. The basic contribution to the target audience is the existence of tools that can facilitate partner in managing their finance statement more systematically with the Parallel Connect User approach. In addition, this information system is a medium for the formation of new entrepreneurs who can manage business finances properly and correctly.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Indonesian state guarantees freedom of religion for all its inhabitants. The fact that the initial precepts of Pancasila are spelled out as the basic concept of nation and state shows that this nation still views religion as a necessity. Man instinctively realizes the power in this life that is outside himself. This can be seen when humans face challenges in life, crises, and natural disasters. Man in general regrets and begs for help from whatever almighty is capable of saving him from his predicament. This is something that every human being faces. It is only natural that the Indonesian government should provide places, facilities or protection for every adherent of religion in this country. However, there are several obstacles found related to the desire to perform worship if you are outside the city, the presence of this application is expected to help people in Indonesia in recommending places of worship according to the nearest location.

Abstract

In order to improve the quality of international student exchanges, various related matters must be prepared, also related to cultural harmonization between countries, which of course will determine the synergy and values ​​of unity and solidity among these students, bearing in mind the unification of mindsets and cultural backgrounds of various the state is not a trivial matter, this is what is said to be a phenomenon that must be resolved in order to be able to provide good results in the implementation of the direct learning process between countries on international student learning exchanges which will be held next semester. Given this problem, it is necessary to carry out socialization and assistance regarding the harmonization of the cultures of the two countries (Malaysia and Indonesia) to increase tolerance and synergy in preparation for post-pandemic international student exchanges

Abstract

ABSTRACT Circular economy is an economic concept based on a closed loop in which all processes strive to reuse resources, raw materials, and finished products for as long as possible while producing as little waste or waste as possible. This concept applies the 5R principle, which stands for Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Recovery, and Repair. The economic circular's discussion is closely related to the goals and agreements reached at the G20 meeting in Bali on November 15-16, 2022. In order to implement this circular economy with significant and contemporary economic added value, efforts must be made to accelerate digitization of all channels and aspects of the circular economy. This community service program is carried out through direct and interactive exposure methods to stakeholders supported by information processing through a qualitative literature review. The circular economy will have a positive impact on the environment as well as the financial aspects as a result of this digitization, and its utilization is expected to touch all related elements in an integrated manner. The government and all stakeholders, particularly in Indonesia, face a challenge in gaining a comprehensive understanding of circular economy digitization.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada cara kerja tradisional kita melihat bahwa ranah pekerjaan, keluarga, dan kehidupan pribadi berjalan secara terpisah, namun perubahan yang terjadi setelah pandemi COVID-19 sangat memperlihatkan bahwa semua ranah tersebut menjadi tipis batasannya. Pada penelitian sebelumnya kita memahami bahwa permasalahan di ranah rumah dan kehidupan pribadi dapat mempengaruhi kinerja kita di kantor dan sebaliknya, dan tidak hanya terkait kinerja tetapi pada akhirnya juga dapat menurunkan kesehatan mental karyawan. Saat ini banyak perusahaan yang mulai mencoba menyediakan layanan konseling/ pendampingan psikologis selain layanan kesehatan fisik, namun demikian masih banyak pula perusahaan yang merasa bahwa layanan konseling hanya menjadi beban tambahan pengeluaran. Oleh karena itu penulis memaparkan temuan yang penulis dapatkan selama berpraktek mendampingi para karyawan. Terdapat 157 klien, yang penulis dapatkan dari rujukan perusahaan maupun datang secara pribadi dengan keluhan utama mengenai pekerjaan. Hal ini berarti semua klien penulis dapatkan dengan fokus utama adalah pembahasan mengenai pekerjaannya, walaupun nantinya bisa berkembangan ke masalah lain. Temuan dari analisis ini adalah terdapat 4 kelompok permasalahan utama pada sampel yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerjanya, yaitu pengembangan diri, permasalahan yang langsung terkait dengan pekerjaan, permasalahan relasi pasangan/ keluarga dan patalogi klinis. Evaluasi terhadap layanan konseling yang diberikan menunjukkan bahwa para karyawan merasa terbantu dengan adanya layanan psikologis yang diberikan perusahaan, dimana mereka memiliki wadah yang tepat untuk berbicara mengenai permasalahan mereka dan hal ini memberikan nilai/ citra positif terhadap perusahaan, serta dapat menghindarkan perusahaan dari resiko menurunnya kinerja, konflik dalam tim, berkembangnya gosip dan pada akhirnya menjaga kesehatan mental dan mendukung peningkatan kompetensi dan kinerja karyawan. ABSTRACT Before, we see that the area of work, family and personal life operate separately, but after COVID-19 everything has changed. Right know we realise that boundaries among three areas is unclear. problems in the realm of household and personal life can affect our performance at work and vice versa. Unmanageable problam can reduce employee’s mental health. Currently, many companies starting to provide counseling/psychological assistance for their employee. But, no doubt, still many companies see counseling services are only an additional burden. Threfore, in these paper, author will describe the findings that the authors obtained during the practice of mentoring employees. There were 157 clients, whom the authors obtained from company referrals or came themselves with major complaints about their job. From the analysis, there are 4 main groups of problems that can affect employee performance: self-development, problems directly related to work, problems with partner/family relationships and clinical pathology. The counseling service’s evaluation, shows that employees feel helped by the psychological services provided by the company. It provides positive value/image for the company, and also can prevent the company from problem such as: decreased performance, conflict within team, gossip’s development and ultimately maintain mental health and support the improvement of employee competence and performance.
