Abstract

System application to procces website improvement reported by client PT. Inti Karya Teknologi to IT Support Team only using email and no one program application has supported for this work process. In this study research author discussed analysis of the problem covered analysis of the problems of the system running the previous PT. Inti Karya Technology and provide a solution that can solve the problem that had occurred and to provide proposed new system, the process of analysis is done both in terms of IT Support Team at Work PT.Inti Technology and client PT Inti Karya Technology. The method used in this study using the method of observation and documentation as well as the author also uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) as Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram. Results to be achieved is by analyzing systems running earlier can be created an application that can be a container between IT Support and clients in the work process improvement website petition filed by the client and the process improvements made by the IT Support team more effective and efficient.Keywords: Website improvements, IT Support, Clients.

Abstract

File management application documents used in PT Tirto Jakarta currently quite helpful in completing the task of document management in the system application is pretty good in terms of data security, quality performance and also allows the user to make the process of document management and are expected to make it easy for any user to operate and facilitate the lending transaction documents, Development loan documents on PT. Tirto Jakarta is not effective and efficient lending system because the document has not been terkompouterisasi. Absence standard operating procedure (SOP). which aims to provide facilities for the implementation of activities in terms of lending documents and search for documents that could tell which documents are void or are still in the borrower documents. Abstract

Advances in technology have Introduced computational and storage of data with ease into a device, the which can store large amounts of digital data. Documents are a source of vital information needed in the industry. Print high-quality documents is no longer a difficult, task for the document. The latest evolution of digital printers has opened up new research opportunities in the field of document and document engineering industries. Information security risk management is one of the ways the organization maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information resources. Dibutukan document management and supporting the data if it is to maintain the relevance / linkages contents of a document. The problems are the weaknesses (vulnerabilities) that would pose a threat (threats) such as loss of data, corruption of data, theft and interception of critical data. The threat of misuse of insider documents is a common problem in an organization. So that motivates Researchers to devise a mechanism to reduce the risk of the spread of digital document information by addressing the problem of illegal insider or insider threats. With the construction of the document storage application program, is expected to documents that exist in each department can be secured from start to manufacture, Accessing, reading, copying, and document destruction by people who do not include. Sistem have set a document management application in soft copy of the which will be stored into the application file. Abstract

Along with advances in network technology and computer today it becomes role with various groups likes students, academics, and offices. Usage of network technology and computer will be more intensive with many kind of devices connects to the servers. As we knows that servers have important roles within network, otherwise we need tools to determine performance of the servers. PT Jaring Synergi Mandiri is company that provide services such as call center services for 24 hours. With IT support as administrator of systems to ensure business process to running well continues. Application network monitoring and server at this time just effective when IT support at the office. The problems will be occur when IT support at the outside office, server and network status can’t be known so that repair process will be hampered. Based on these condition, researchers will give recommend to build application network monitoring for smartphone (Android) as tools to review remote monitor using VPN so it can be access from anywhere and anytime. The researchers had obtained data to be analyzed and described as UML using software Modelio. Abstract

Technology is one of the important aspects of life in today's global era. One of the technologies that are now growing rapidly is information technology. In the world of information technology, computer networks is essential for human life, both in institutions, educational, corporate, and others. One of the factors in a company that is very important is the level of speed and stability of the network structure in the sending and receiving of data, this is due to the increasing amount of data usage and support the performance and productivity that will be generated. So it should be able to maximize and optimize the width of the data path and the rate of speed of delivery. This will certainly streamline the time and productivity of the company as well as the process becomes stable and smooth work. In the process of this network structure, they often unstable and slow network in the delivery and reception of data, it is in value is not effective in the use and distribution of bandwidth. Thus making more bandwidth lines irregular and risk weakening the structure of the existing network. In this study, will be built a new network structure by using a type of network VLAN (Virtual Local Area Network) using PPDIOO and solutions to problems are conducted using techniques ECMP load balancing method on UPSPLL Jakarta. Abstract

The development of the fast growing information technology needs of the times following the very need for speed and accuracy in all respects. User Acceptance Tests consist of a set of test steps, which verify if specific requirements are working for the user. If the customer and the supplier agree on the product, the software development is done. Legally. And practically. The development follows the terms of the hardware, software and in terms of human resources to operate. At this time almost all areas of life need information technology and human behavior are used to operate the application of information technology in everyday life. With computers we can manage data and data storage can be more effective and efficient. This clinic provides the drugs to be taken by Pertamina workers. Currently the process of recording reservations, purchases to suppliers as well as data recording medications taken by the patient still manually record all data recording medication to book resulting data are not neatly arranged so that it will run into difficulties when searching the necessary data. To overcome these problems, would be built applications that can be accessed only by pharmacists these applications using the programming language PHP and MySQL database. The method used is the waterfall. After testing, the application will run as a web application in Polyclinic Primary. The author hopes this application can provide convenience to Clinic Primary. Companies can operate like any other company if inside there are the production and operation. Production and operation of an activity creating goods and services that the company offers to consumers. There are obstacles in the course of the project with technological limitations connected computerized network for media booking needs of the project in the "trusted" in the ordering of project requirements in terms of materials and more time consuming. Abstract

This time the use of smart phone is very popular among every circle of society, especially Android base device. Start form low end society to mid high society are so familiar with Android base smartphone. One of feature that is use by many Android users is Instant Messenger. Instant Messenger is favored because it speed to transmit message and cost that relatively low, it count base on size of data that transmitted. As many user that use this service secrecy feature to ensure safety of text that is send is became main attention of users. Cryptography is one solution that can be use and develop to keep secrecy of instant messenger. With encryption, secrecy and safety of text can be made.  Cryptography have many technique to do encryption of text or message, one of those technique that have high security and hard to decode is RSA algorithm. Implementation of RSA algorithm to Instant Messenger application is to encrypt message using public key before message is transmit. On receiver side using private key that generated to decrypt received message. Purpose of this this is to make sure message can only be read by intended receiver. If message is receive by unintended receiver then send information will be hard to understand, because message that is received only show number of codes that hard to described. Message that is send is receive by server application and be continued to intended receiver.Keywords: Android, Instant Messenger, RSA
