This article aims to promote the use of formulas that can provide information on whether a farm not only profitable but also have gender equality. This paper describes the formula and how to apply them, which is based on a review of secondary data collected from various literatures. Issues highlighted in this paper is the measuring instrument to assess whether a farm run by farmers profitable and gender so that it can farm resilience, developing and sustainable? Based on the application of the formula on a farm that is exemplified in this paper it will be concluded whether a farm has a chance to survive in the face of crisis, growing and sustainable.

Continuing management of tourist destinations, integrating economic and ecological aspects, and involving quadrohelical roles: local communities, tourism businesses, government and universities. This research develops a tourism destination management model that integrates economic and ecological development based on visitor willingness to pay (WTP) attachment with willingness to accept (WTA) of local community, supported by business actor role and government. Colleges play a role in identifying ecological and economic elements, analyzing and formulating alternative development activities that ensure economic improvement for local communities and resource sustainability (natural, socio-cultural) to improve the destination's life cycle. The purpose of this research is to manage the role of quadrohelical tourism in evaluating, developing economic programs / activities for the surrounding community, by prioritizing the sustainability of resource ecosystem. This research was conducted for 10 months in the area of Mahengetang submarine volcano in Sangihe District. This study focuses on identifying existing conditions of economic and ecological elements, analysis and formulation of alternative activities for economic and ecological improvement based on indicators (WTP-WTA). Destination management model based on WTP-WTA with integrated role of quadrohelical system can be adapted and developed in other destination, or in other resource utilization.

This study aims to determine the role of gender in the process of making copra in Lolah Tiga Village, Tombariri Timur District. The study was conducted from May to June 2017. The data used were primary and secondary data. Primary data through interviews using questionnaires to 30 respondents and secondary data obtained from Village Office of Lolah Tiga. This analysis uses descriptive analysis. The research results show that gender role in the process of making the most copra in male labor in the activities of picking, transporting, stripping and selling. While done by female workers. The activity of stripping and separating meat is done by male and female laborers.

This study aims to measure Management Control Systems at BLPT Kaaten Tomohon. This research lasted for 3 months, carried out at Training Center Technical Education (BLPT) Kaaten Tomohon which is located in Matani I, Jln Raya Tomohon-Tondano. The data used are the primary data taken in relation to two kinds of products as a superior product ie table products (dining table and guest table) and chair products (church chairs) in one production process. Data analysis used in this research is quantitative analysis by calculating contribution contribution of Revenue Center, Cost Center and Profit Center of each product, while Investment Center is calculated based on R / C ratio. The result Chairs Dining Table products are profitable products and contribute greatly to the mainstay products at BLPT Kaaten Tomohon.

The objective of this research is to know sosial capital of “Citawaya†farmer group in Village of Talikuran I, Sub-district of Sonder, Minahasa Regency. The study lasted for three months starting from February until April 2017. The data used are primary data collected through interviews on all members of farmer group “Citawaya†which amounted to 20 people as respondents. Secondary data obtained from Talikuran I Village Offices. The analysis used is descriptive through Likert Scale and presented in tabular form. The results showed that “Citawaya†farmer group in the Village of Talikuran I had a very high social capital of trust, social norms, social network, social values, and reciprocity by obtaining social capital index 85%. The highest social capital was trust indicators, then it followed by reciprocity indicators then social network indicators, then indicators of social values and recent indicators of social norms. The high social capital makes the “Citawaya†farmer group able to survive until now and bring a good changing in the group.

This study aims to see the accuracy of the target in the distribution of Family Hope Program of farmers family of Meras village, Bunaken subdistrict, Manado City. The study was conductd from February to April 2017. Thye data used are primary data and second data. This research was conducted by direct interview technique with 11 (eleven) respondents. The result of this study indicate that the implementation of the distribution of PKH in the village of Meras has been runing well, beneficiaries perform the obligations as stipulated by the Departements of Social Affairs related to education and health. After PKH children are more diligent in school, in the field of hyealth has been running well children aged 0-6 years, pregnant women and postpartum women have the assurance of getting adequate nutrition thyrough examination, provision of vitamins, immunization and weight weighing routinely in health center that exist in Tongkaina.

This study aims to identify the Green Open Space of Manado City and to study the Green Open Space in Manado City by comparing with the determination of green open space based on Law No. 26 of 2007 article 29 on spatial planning. The study was conducted from February to Jully 2017, using secondary data. Secondary data were obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Manado City, and the Office of the Regional Development Planning Board (BAPPEDA) of Manado City. Data analysis used is availability analysis, requirement analysis (by area), and adequacy analysis. The results showed that the availability of public green space in Manado City has not reached the target or 20% for public open space and in Manado City there are only 2283,25 hectares or around 14,51%, while for private Green Open Space in Manado city is very wide as 10223, 57 hectares or around 63,01%, has exceeded up to six times the private Green Open Space target of 10%. For that presumably the government can regulate the spatial related to Green Open Space in an effort to improve environmental quality in Manado City, especially in public green space that is still less than the target.

This research is aimed at 1) obtaining a picture of socio-cultural profile, community economy, natural resources and environment in relation to design agro-tourism development in East Purworejo village as an agro-tourism destination; 2) to analyze and describe community perception and stakeholder in agro-tourism development in East Purworejo Village, and 3) arranging strategy that can be developed to create East Purworejo Village as a sustainable agro-tourism area. This problem is done by qualitative and quantitative descriptive approach also with SWOT analysis and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) method, data collection is based on questionnaire, observation, and in-depth interview on 72 respondents. Results of research indicate that society in East Purworejo Village area is society with good social relation, to become capital for agro development area of East Purworejo Village. The economic activities of the community in East Purworejo Village are dominated by agricultural activities that play an important role in village economic system. The ecosystems around the area of East Purworejo Village range from lakes, active mountain ecosystems, gardens and forests. Geographically, the area of East Purworejo agro is also close to the mountains that have potential to become objects and tourist destinations, such as Tondok Lake and Lake Moaat. The perception value of the respondents' responses to the design of agro-tourism development in East Purworejo area, according to the scale range is at an average of 4.67 for the community and stakeholders of 4.70; so the respondents have a positive perception towards to development of agro Garden Coffee in East Purworejo Village. Policy strategy through SWOT analysis to design agro-tourism development in East Purworejo area, that is internal factor obtained by difference of total score of strength with total score of weakness equal to 27, while external factor obtained by difference opportunity total score with total score of threat equal to 18.

The objectives of the study were to analyze: (1) direct and indirect benefits; and (2) The total economic value of mangrove forests in Dudepo Cape, Bolaang Uki Sub-district, South Bolaang Mongondow Regency, North Sulawesi Province. This research was conducted inside and around the area of mangrove protected forest in Dudepo Cape. The study was conducted for 3 (three) months from January - March of 2016. This research uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data were collected through interviews with the community based on prepared questionnaires. Sampling colection using purposive sampling method. Secondary data were collected including from Bolaang Uki Sub-district Office and Dudepo Village Office. The data collected from the field were analyzed using descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. The study found that (1) the direct benefits earned by the community consisted of the value of forest products and the value of the fishery benefits (the benefits of wood for house construction, the benefits of wood for houses, the benefits of firewood, the benefits of wood for stakes and fences, the benefits of shrimp, and the benefits of crabs). While the value of indirect benefits of abrasion retention and erosion benefits, the benefits of choice, the benefits of existence and inheritance benefits. (2) The total economic value of mangrove forest ecosystem in Dudepo village consists of direct benefit value of Rp. 822,165,000 / year of indirect benefit amount of Rp. 453.792.178 / year, the value of the preferred benefit of Rp. 306.405.000./year, the value of the existence benefit of Rp. 1.372.635 / year, the value of the existence benefit of Rp. 13.353.660 / year. and inheritance value of Rp. 82.216.500 / year. The total economic value of the total benefit of mangrove forest ecosystem in Dudepo village is Rp. 1.677.932.338./ year.

This study aims to analyze the appropriate location and community responses for waste landfill sites and to determine the factors that limit the level of land suitability for waste landfill in Kota Kotamobagu. The study was conducted in the designated area for the development of the Kotamobagu Municipal TPA location based on the RTRW document of Kota Kotamobagu for three months from February to March 2017. This research is observational. Research data is analyzed through quantitative descriptive method. The results showed that in the area designated as the location of TPA development in Kota Kotamobagu there is one candidate location that enter on the category of potential worthy in the area of West Mongkonai Village based on the criteria of the feasibility of SNI 03-3241-1994. Communities around the landfill development / expansion sites for the Small Poyowa TPA tend to accept the presence of waste landfill and for the development site of West Mongkonai waste landfill, people in the area tend to deny the existence of waste landfill sites. The limiting factor of land suitability for the landfill location in Kota Kotamobagu is classified into two namely the main limiting factor that is the social environment of the community in the form of rejection of the landfill location by the community around the landfill site and the physical limiting factor which consists of land permeability, rain intensity and agricultural area.
