Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income of lowland rice farming in Kayuuwi Village, West Kawangkoan District, Minahasa Regency. This research was carried out within 4 months, from September to December 2021. The data collected in this study were primary data obtained from direct interviews with members of lowland rice farmer groups using a questionnaire. Secondary data were obtained from the Kayuuwi Village Office, as well as data taken from agencies related to this research, namely BP3K, West Kawangkoan District, and West Kawangkoan District Office. Sampling was done by means of a simple random sample (simple random sampling) as many as 29 samples. The results showed that the income from respondent farmers with a land area of 9.49 ha was Rp. 152,734,985, - then the average income of farmers was the result of the total income of Rp. 152,734,985, - minus the total cost of Rp. 97,938,284, - was Rp. 54,796. 701, - with an average of Rp. 5,774,152, - per hectare. Lowland rice farming in Kayuwi Village has the feasibility of farming because it is relatively profitable, with an R/C value of 1.55.

Abstract

This research was conducted to clustering Siau nutmeg based on the characters of fruit weight, fruit length, fruit width, flesh thickness, seed weight, seed length, seed width, and mace weight. The research was conducted using the Survey Method. The survey was conducted in nutmeg gardens owned by farmers in the village: 1) Dompas, 2) Kanawong, 3) Tanaki, 4) Deahe, 5) Bahu, 6) Lagaeng, 7) Dame, 8) Batusenggo, 9) Batubulan, and 10) Pangilolong . Determination of village based on harvested area. The data were analyzed in clusters using the SPSS Statistical Analysis Program. The grouping was done using the agglomerative method. The two most similar populations of nutmeg will be grouped into one, then will be grouped again with other populations that are most similar. Based on the character of the fruit, seeds, and mace, Siau nutmeg can be grouped into three groups. Group 1 consists of Bahu, Lagaeng, Dame, and Batusenggo populations. Nutmeg in these villages has a fruit weight of 55.7 g, an average seed weight of 9.9 g and a mace weight of 1.5 g. Group 2 consisted of Dompas, Kanawong, Tanaki, and Deahe populations. Nutmeg in these villages has a fruit weight of 46.2 g, an average seed weight of 8.3 g, and a mace weight of 1.7 g. Group 3 consisting of Batubulan and Pangilolong populations. Nutmeg in these villages has a fruit weight of 35.80 g, a seed weight of 6.6 g, and a mace of 1.04 g.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the public's perception of the services of Agen46 Partner of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) tbk in North Minahasa Regency. The analysis used in this research is Likert scale analysis. This type of research is qualitative research. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study is 46 BNI agents in North Minahasa Regency with a total of 50 agents46. The research sample was 11 BNI 46 agents who were taken by purposive sampling method with 55 respondents who used the services. The research time is for 3 months from February to April 2022. The results show that the index number of public perceptions of the services of agents 46 partners of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia tbk is very good at helping people in the North Minahasa district to reach financial services and more and more community groups in various regions in Indonesia including North Minahasa District are using banking financial services.
