Abstract

The emergence of the jargon of religious counselors as the spearhead of the Ministry of Religion is a logical consequence of expanding the role of  counseling in the community. In the midst of the rapid dynamics of the development of Indonesian society in the disruptive era, religious counselors have a strategic role in building mental, moral and piety values and also encouraging the improvement of the quality of life of religious communities in development. The Directorate General of Buddhist Community Guidance is challenged to have qualified human resources for Religious Counselors and to make Religious Counselors as a profession. In order to increase the competency and professionalism of human resources for Buddhist counselors, one of the strategic steps that can be taken is to involve the role and contribution of Buddhist Higher Education as the initiator of providing Professional Religion Counselors Education. This research is aimed to analyze the strategic for increasing the competence and professionalism of Buddhist Counselors through the initiation of the implementation of the Professional Education of Religious Counselors in the Society 5.0 era. The analysis used is SOAR analysis using the IFE-EFE matrix calculation. SOAR analysis is used as an analytical knife to examine external and internal factors that influence the readiness of Buddhist Higher Education as the initiator of implementing the Professional Education of Religious Counselors. Based on the results of the SOAR analysis, State Buddhist Religious Higher Education is in the OA strategy quadrant, namely benchmarking and designing the creation of an LMS (Learning Management System) which is the center for integration of all knowledge management and learning in PTKB and the development of Blended Learning in the context of implementing an independent learning education system Keywords: The Role of Buddhist Counselors; Competence; Higher Religious Education; Professional Education; SOAR Analysis; IFE-EFE Matrix.

Abstract

Indonesia is a very plural country in terms of ethnicity, race and religion, including the origins of the pilgrims and Umrah pilgrims, therefore a manasik model solution is needed that accommodates all orients towards the principle of religious moderation. Articles are findings from a type of literature research with a qualitative approach, then analyzed inductively. The research concludes: that religious moderation-based rituals of pilgrimage can be pursued by the six-way guidance method, including: duties, parenting, knowledge, personal change, brotherhood, and devotional leadership. This path is practiced in a Hajj and Umrah guidance in order to absorb the nine values ​​of religious moderation: the middle, perpendicular and proportional, tolerance, deliberation, pioneering, improvement, anti-violence, and culturally friendly. Abstract

The threat of radicalism in schools is very frightening, so it is necessary to prevent it from an early age, starting at the elementary school level (madrasah ibtidaiyah).  This study is a literature review.  The results of this study indicate that the management strategy for promoting religious moderation in the Free Learning program (Merdeka Belajar) at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) must be addressed appropriately: 1) planning, ie.  planning with collaborative moderation values, as well as selection of documents under the curriculum, 2) implementation, namely, the application of moderation values ​​documented in the curriculum education module, 3) control, namely, having to consider the suitability of implementing religious facilities in the curriculum, and 4) assessment, so  it can run well in accordance with the learning objectives and desired learning outcomes.  The implication of this research is that teachers can formulate prevention and suppress extreme and radical views in madrasah, especially Islamic elementary schools with a strategy of strengthening religious moderation in the independent learning curriculum. Abstract

The education budget is a support system for achieving educational goals which lead to improving the quality of human resources, one of which can be represented through HDI achievements in the education dimension. This mixed method research with the exploratory sequential design aims to conduct an in-depth study of the relevance of the education budget in three regions in the West Nusa Tenggara region (East Lombok, Central Lombok, and Mataram) towards HDI achievements in the education dimension. The research data were obtained from documentation studies, focused synthesis, and responses to questionnaires, analyzed with a qualitative approach and followed by quantitative analysis. The results showed that the relevance of the education budget to HDI achievement in the education dimension was in the less category (East and Central Lombok) and irrelevant (Mataram). It is suggested that educational planners can adjust budget planning with the grand design of education development, increase the proportion of direct spending on education, and be creative and innovative in implementing educational programs and activities. Abstract

Sebagai negara dengan keragaman suku, budaya, bahasa, dan agama yang dibalut dalam satu konsep Moderasi Beragama menjadikan Indonesia layak mencanangkan diri sebagai pusat Industri Halal Dunia. Dengan mengimplementasikan sebagai refleksi moderasi beragama yang merupakan cara pandang manusia untuk melihat, menerima dan mengimplementasikan konsep keberagamaan dimanapun berada pada lingkungan yang heterogen, maka melalui spirit toleransi untuk membangun kedamaian, kemajuan, kesejahteraan, keadilan, dan kemakmuran rakyat menjadi sebuah kekuatan yang sangat strategis bagi pemerintah dalam mendukung pertumbuhan perekonomian dan produsen Industri Halal di Indonesia. Strategi untuk mewujudkan Industri Halal di Indonesia melalui sertifikasi halal, pengembangan dan penguatan produk pangan halal serta pengembangan kawasan industri halal. Kata Kunci : Moderasi Beragama, Industri Halal, Produk Pangan Halal.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to describe the synergy of the implementation of zakat management and empowerment between the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Bengkulu Province and BAZNAS of Bengkulu Province. Study uses a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that zakat is a mâliyah ijtima'iyah worship which has a very important, strategic and decisive position, both in terms of Islamic teachings and in terms of developing the welfare of the people. The Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Bengkulu Province has the responsibility to provide guidance in the field of zakat empowerment, including to zakat management institutions in Bengkulu Province as working partners. One of the zakat management institutions is BAZNAS Bengkulu Province. The form of synergy in zakat management is that UPZ Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Bengkulu Province has collected zakat, infaq and shadaqah funds from all Civil Servants (PNS) through a salary deduction system, held activities in collaboration with BAZNAS Bengkulu Province, held monitoring activities for zakat fund management at BAZNAS City Regency throughout Bengkulu Province, Guidance for Amil Zakat Bimtek, and provision of Provincial BAZNAS Operational assistance in accordance with the provisions and availability of funds every year.
