Abstract

ABSTRACKIn this study the author will discussion of Inflation, BI Rate, Tax Rate and Profitability that can affect the Company's Capital Structure. The purpose of this study is (1) To determine the effect of inflation on capital structure (2) To determine the effect of SBI interest rates on capital structure (3) To determine the effect of tax rates on capital structure (4) To determine the effect of profitability on capital structure.This type of research is Causal Associative. this study took samples from the population using purposive sampling techniques. Case study of lofam sub-sector manufacturing companies and the like for the period 2014-2017. Using two types of variables, namely Dependent Variables and Independent Variables. The results of this study are (1) Inflation has no significant effect on capital structure (2) BI Rate does not affect the capital structure (3) Tax rates have a significant effect on capital structure (4) Profitability does not affect the capital structure.Keywords: Inflation, BI Rate, Tax Rate, Profitability, Capital Structure.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of dividend policy, financing policy, and agency costs on company value partially or simultaneously. The population of this data is that banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2017 period amount to 43 banks. Sampling in this study with a purposive sampling technique of 10 banking samples. Analysis used using Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the analysis of this study show that dividend policy has no significant negative effect on firm value, financing policy has a significant negative effect on firm value, and agency costs have a negative and not significant effect on firm value. Keywords: Dividend Policy, Financing Policy, Agency Cost, Firm Value.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aim to determine and analyze the influence of trust, security, price, service quality, and perception of risk on purchasing decisions on E-commerce consumers both partially and simultaneously. The population and sample in this study were 85 people who were all students at UNISMA. Data collection through quetionnaires. Data analysis in this study using the help of SPSS version 14 with data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, normality test, classic  assumption test, normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linier regression analysis, and testing the research hypotesis. The results of the analysis show that security and service quality partially have no significant effect on purchasing decision while trust, price and perceived risk have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously it shosw that trust, security, price, service quality, and perceived risk influnce the purchasing decisions of E-commerce consumers through the Shopee site.Keywords: Trust, security, price, service quality, perception of risk and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine and analyze the influence of brand image, brand trust, brand awareness and product quality on Sari Roti brand loyalty both partially and jointly. The population and samples are consumers of Sari Roti Malang Islamic University Students totaling 99 people. Data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 16. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling technique and data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient research determination.The results of the analysis show that (1) the brand image variable is tested partially by using the t test to produce a value of t count of 0.386 <t table 1,985 and a significance value of 0.700> the significance rate is 0.05. Based on these results indicate that the brand image variable has no significant positive effect on brand loyalty. (2) the brand trust variable is tested partially by using the t test to produce a value of t count equal to 3.038> t table 1.985 and a significance value of 0.003 <significance level that is 0.05. Based on these results indicate that the brand trust variable has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty. (3) the brand awareness variable was tested partially by using the t test resulting in the value of t arithmetic of 1.818 <t table of 1985 and the significance value of 0.068> the significance rate of 0.05. Based on these results indicate that variable brand awareness has a positive and not significant effect on brand loyalty. (4) the product quality variable is tested partially by using the t test to produce a value of t count of 3.792> t table in 1985 and a significance value of 0.000 <the significance rate of 0.05. Based on these results indicate that product quality variables significantly influence brand loyalty. (5)Keywords: Brand Image, Brand Trust, Brand Awareness, Product Quality and Brand Loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRACT               This research aimed to describe the results of the business feasibility analysis creative economic products in financial feasibility aspect. This product is a products on the distribution of Powernoise Merch. The case study of this study is the Powernoise Merch distro business in Malang district. The results showed that Break Even Point Rp. 43.044.011 or 478 onpieces, Payback Period 2,11 years, Net Present Value Rp. 196.663.587, Profitability Index 2,8 , Average Rate of Return 49 % and Internal Rate of Return 36%. Based on finansial feasibility, Powernoise Merch is feasible to be developed. Keywords:Business Feasibility Analysis, Creative Economic Products, Financial Feasibility.

Abstract

 Abstract This reseach was conducted with the aim of analizing the influence of the work environtment, organizational culture and work dicipline on employee performance at PT HERO Supermarket Tbk, Giant Ekstra Kebonsari Malang City.The population used in thi study were all employes of Giant Ekstra Kebonsari, which the total is 41 employees in September to Januari 2018. The sample used is the entire population called saturated samples. The method used is multiple linear regresion analysis with hipothesis testing using the t test and F test.The results of this study produce answers that have been processed that thesimultaneously the work environtment, organizational culture and work dicipline affect employee performance and anwerd . Work environtment does not affect employee performance partially and not answerd the  . Organizational culture deos not partially affect employee performance and not answerd the . And work discipline influences employee performance partially anwerd . Keywords : work environtment, organizational culture, work dicipline, employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at Malang Kanjuruhan University both partially and simultaneously. “The population and sample are all employees totaling 58 people. Collecting data through questionnaires. Data analisis in this study using SPSS 16.0. The sampling technique using the Likert Scale method and the data testing techniques used in this study include validity, reliability, multiple linear regression and classical assumptions and testing the research hypothesis”.“The results of the analysis show that partially work motivation and work discipline do not affect employee performance. While the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to analyze the impact of Sales Promotion and Store Atmosphere towards Impulse Buying through consideration of Positive Emotion at Superindo Tlogomas Malang. This research will be conducted by distributing questionnaires to 99 respondents which are consumer of Superindo. Quantitative analysis with path analysis analysis model method were used for the technical analysis.The results of this study indicate that the sales promotion influence positively and significantly related to impulse buying, store atmosphere affect positively and significantly related to impulse buying, positive emotion in a positive and significant impact on impulse buying.Keywords: Sales Promotion, Store Atmosphere, Impulse Buying.
