Abstract

The Primadona Tuban is a CSR program that aims to solve environmental, economic, social, and community welfare problems. This research describes the impacts that occurred in society after the implementation of the Primadona Tuban Program. Discussion of impacts is carried out using a sustainable compass analysis consisting of nature, economic, society, and well-being. Researchers operate a sustainability compass using 17 SDGs indicators. The research results show that the Primadona Tuban Program has had an impact on nature in the form of planting 3 types of trees, carbon absorption of 483.2 g/hour, managing vegetation cover, and handling climate change. The economic impact that occurs is improving the group's economy through tourism activities and marine product management, infrastructure development, increasing marine protein consumption by 25%, and collaboration between groups to achieve goals. The social impact of this program is gender equality with the involvement of 2 groups of women in public spaces, access to clean water and proper sanitation, reduced inequality through access to entrepreneurship for vulnerable groups, safe settlements from disasters and strong institutions in managing Panduri Beach. The wellbeing that arises from this program is a reduction in poverty, no hunger, and a healthy and prosperous life.

Abstract

Indigenous people are one of the communities affected by global climate change. As a group of people who depend on nature to meet their daily needs, increasingly erratic weather changes are one of the factors that change the pattern of meeting their needs. In addition, as one of the communities at the site level, indigenous communities have a fairy high vulnerability index to climate change. One of the indigenous communities affected by climate change in Moi Lemas Tribal community who inhabit District Seget, Sorong Regency. Therefore, strategies are needed to respond to the impacts of climate change among indigenous communities. To increase the capacity to adapt and mitigate climate change to The Moi Lemas tribal community group, 10 local groups called The ProKlim (Program Kampung Iklim) groups were formed which are spread across 10 villages and hamlets in District Seget since 2022. It is known that the program implemented by ProkLim group succeeded in reducing the vulnerability index of the indigenous Moi Lemas tribe in District Seget to level 8, from before the program it was at level 14.

Abstract

The community-based conservation program with the Foster Village Model and Conservation Partnership in the Cycloop Mountains Nature Reserve (CAPC) has not gone well, requiring the development of a more effective strategy for its implementation. This paper aims to analyze public perceptions, measure community participation, describe and assess implementation, identify supporting and inhibiting factors, and formulate development strategy directions. This paper was conducted using a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. The results of the writing show that 1) community perceptions of community empowerment programs are in the "good" category, 2) community participation in community empowerment programs is in the "consultation" stage, and 3) implementation of community empowerment programs is generally considered quite good and successful. 4) Factors: factors that support the implementation of community empowerment consist of strengths and opportunities; 5) factors that hinder the implementation of community empowerment consist of weaknesses and threats; 6) the direction of the community empowerment strategy is to increase the capacity of human resources assistants so that assistants are able to build partnerships and more business networks and are able to improve coordination with related agencies.

Abstract

In implementing the company's CSR program, namely community development, it is not only about fulfilling regulations and formalities, but also providing benefits to the community recipients. Various kinds of improvements such as economic, capacity, welfare and sustainability must be accepted by the community because that is the aim of implementing community development carried out by the company. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative to describe Sustainability in the Resilience Grass Resources (Re-Grass) program by CSR PT Bio Fama. The research aspect used by researchers uses the Sustainability Compass method which has 4 aspects, namely Nature, Economy, Society and Wellbeing, which is an analytical tool to invite the public to understand the sustainability of an activity that helps monitor the CSR program process. The research results show that the Resilience Grass Resources (Re-Grass) program by CSR PT Bio Fama which was given to the Bale Sawargi livestock group had a positive impact and experienced an increase in 4 aspects, namely Nature, Economy, Society and Wellbeing.

Abstract

This research describes the content of messages in the #AllEyesOnPapua movement on Instagram social media. #AllEyesOnPapua is an environmental campaign that helps the Awyu and Moi tribes to seize their traditional forests which will be used as oil palm plantations by PT Indo Asiana Lestari. This research uses a qualitative method with a message content analysis approach. This research aims to analyze what kind of messages are conveyed through the #AllEyesOnPapua movement. In posts that include #AllEyesOnPapua, there are several styles of messages conveyed, such as education and invitation, the use of Instagram features also helps in conveying this movement. The conclusion of this research is that the messages from the #AllEyesOnPapua movement are able to attract public attention.

Abstract

The telecommunications market in Indonesia is proliferating to become the backbone of the national economy. PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. Alternatively, (Telkom) has undergone a significant transformation from infrastructure management in the Dutch Colonial era to a leading digital service provider in Indonesia and even the global market. From a concessionary strategy of international expansion, as well as multinational collaborations, Telkom increases its competitiveness and supports Indonesia's digital economy. Telkom invests in global infrastructure, such as the Sea Cable Communication System (SKKL), and operates various international business schemes through its subsidiary, Telkom Indonesia International (Telin). This paper is analysed using the Network Approach concept to compare patterns of industrial cooperation between countries. The findings in this paper are that private involvement and the role of government are needed to overcome market failure in a country. Telkom's transformation includes changes in ownership and cooperation that enable adaptation to evolving market dynamics, strengthening its position as a leader in the regional and global telecommunications sector.

Abstract

This study aims to describe communication management activities in the policy implementation of the Monica application for the targeted distribution of 3 kg LPG subsidies in Palembang City. The research method used is qualitative, employing in-depth interviews and observations of research objects consisting of base respondents, consumer communities, and agents, followed by drawing specific messages or conclusions. The results show that the communication management required to ensure the implementation of this policy involves several cycles of management principles, so the Monica application policy can be fully applied in the targeted distribution of 3 kg LPG subsidies. The implication of this communication management is the successful achievement of the government's policy objectives in applying targeted 3 kg LPG subsidies to the community.
