Abstract

Fase proyek dari perencanaan teknis hingga implementasi pembangunan bendung ini, diperlukan suatu manajemen konstruksi yang mempengaruhi kualitas dan kuantitas proyek. Penerapan manajemen konstruksi baik perkiraan jadwal maupun biaya sangat bermanfaat, karena dapat memberikan peringatan dini mengenai hal-hal yang mungkin akan terjadi pada masa pelaksanaan nantinya. Tujuan skripsi ini adalah melakukan studi tentang penjadwalan pembangunan bendung boreng kabupaten Lumajang dengan menggunakan Microsoft Manager 2016 sebagai aplikasi untuk menunjang proses dan tahapan penjadwalan nantinya. Untuk melakukan studi ini dibuatlah alternatif dengan cara menambah sumber daya setelah optimasi. Evaluasi tersebut mencakup berapa besar biaya dan kebutuhan sumber daya.Metode penggunaan data dalam studi menggunakan data sekunder seperti data kontrak dan data teknis bendung yang diperoleh dari konsultan perencana. Setelah data tersebut dilakukan analisis dengan menghitung alat produktivitas yang digunakan, menganalisis analisis tugas, Rencana menganalisis Anggaran, menentukan durasi pekerjaan, analisa kebutuhan sumber daya, menentukan ketergantungan waktu, membuat jadwal proyek, melakukan analisa percepatan, melakukan perbandingan antara penjadwalan dan biaya yang ada baik sebelum percepatan maupun setelah percepatan. Dari hasil penelitian, bendung yang direncanakan dengan Anggaran biaya konstruksi pembangunan bendung Boreng dan bronjong direncanakan sebesar Rp. 7.946.579.907,42.Menurut hasil evaluasi pada pekerjaan normal dengan waktu pelaksanaanya selama (126 hari) dengan biaya sebesar Rp. 7.446.004.652,38. Dan terdapat perbedaan dari hasil setelah optimasi dengan menambah sumber daya dengan waktu pelaksanaan selama (104 hari) dengan biaya sebesar Rp. Rp. Rp. 7.447.716.619,23. mengalami percepatan waktu selama 22 hari dengan efisiensi waktu 17,46% dari waktu normal dengan kenaikan biaya sebesar Rp. 1.711.966,85 dari anggaran waktu normal. 46% dari waktu normal dengan kenaikan biaya sebesar Rp. 1.711.966,85 dari anggaran waktu normal. 46% dari waktu normal dengan kenaikan biaya sebesar Rp. 1.711.966,85 dari anggaran waktu normal.

Abstract

The area of Blimbing Village is one of the areas of Malang City where often having flood in rainy season. The flood in the Blimbing Village area is caused by the inadequacy of the existing drainage and also not using water absorption building or Boezem effeciently, therefore need some effort to overcome this problem. One of the solution to tackel this problem is make use boezem more efficiently, in order to reduce flood. In the analysis results of design discharge of the study area was obtained for 3.970 m3/ sec for the two years period and 4,606 m3/ sec for five years period. In order to reduce flood at the study area, an alternative flood control is implemented. The alternative is to increase the storage capacity of the Boezem and planned support buildings specifically planning drainage channels, and planning for inlet and outlet of sluice gates. There are alternative, it can reduce flood by 30%. Based on the results of the analysis, it is obtained that the design budget (RAB) for support buildings planning according to the main unit price for the activities of the city of Malang is IDR 146,620,000.

Abstract

The clean water distribution system for the Krembangan Pump House has a fairly large drainage area. This study aims to determine the existing conditions and conditions of network development in terms of water availability and demand, hydraulic conditions and water quality, and conditions of fire extinguishing wells in the network with a simulation of the WaterCad v8i. From the analysis result, the existing condition's network condition shows a deficit between water demand and availability of 149 l/s. Hydraulic conditions during peak hours of use, parameters 100% pressure, speed, and headloss gradient 74.1% do not become eligible. Residual chlorine does not qualify. The condition of the network development was improved by adding pipes to be parallel and adding one pump. The development conditions were simulated with three different conditions: reducing the water demand standard, rotating the water flow, and reducing the service area. The simulation results, the average pressure is between 0.8-10 atm. velocity 0.3-6 m/s, and a headloss gradient of 0-15 m/km. The sumur pemadam kebakaran (SPMK) simulation showed that the water did not fill the average well again at 09.00 - 16.00.Sistem distribusi air bersih zona Rumah Pompa Krembangan memiliki daerah pengaliran yang cukup luas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi eksisting dan kondisi pengembangan jaringan dari sisi ketersedian serta kebutuhan air, kondisi hidraulik serta kualitas air, dan kondisi sumur pemadam kebakaran pada jaringan dengan simulasi program WaterCadv8i. Kondisi jaringan pada kondisi eksisting terdapat defisit antara kebutuhan dan ketersediaan air sebesar 149 l/s. Kondisi hidraulik saat jam pemakaian puncak, parameter tekanan 100%, kecepatan, dan headloss gradient 74,1% tidak memenuhi syarat. Kualitas air masih belum terpenuhi syarat sisa klorin pada jaringan. Kondisi pengembangan jaringan diperbaiki dengan merubah 50 pipa menjadi paralel dan menambah satu buah pompa. Kondisi pengembangan dilakukan simulasi dengan tiga kondisi yaitu mengurangi standar kebutuhan air, melakukan penggiliran pengaliran air, dan mengurangi daerah pelayanan. Hasil simulasi, rata-rata tekanan berada diantara 0,8-10 atm. kecepatan 0,3-6 m/s, dan headloss gradient 0-15 m/km. SPMK, dilakukan simulasi,  hasilnya menunjukan rata-rata sumur tidak terisi penuh kembali pada pukul 09.00 - 16.00.

Abstract

The river is the site of sedimentation, which sediment is sourced from erosion and erosion of the soil layer on the slopes of the river. This sedimentation can decrease water utilization because it results in reduced capacity and water quality in rivers, irrigation channels, reservoirs, and others. So research is needed to find out the distribution of suspension sediment concentrations to plan the steps in the management of water along the river. The method used in solving this problem is to use portable TSS Meter, Partech 740 structure to facilitate the collection of the concentration of suspension sediment in the field easily at any given height. This study was conducted ten (10) times sampled at different times and days using portable TSS Meter aids to determine the distribution value of suspension sediment concentration at each flow depth. In this study, there is a relationship between flow discharge (Qw) and suspension sediment discharge (Qs) with the equation Qs = 1.1071.Qw2.3488, and there is a relationship between flow discharge and the average suspension sediment concentration with the equation C = 12.813.Qw1.3488, and the last obtained magnitude of rouse exponent factor is in the range of 0.01435 – 0.054064.

Abstract

Kembangan Village in Pule District is a part of Trenggalek Region which have water resources issues including irigation issue and raw water supply issue. This problem happens because the lack of water resources infrastructures. Based on this two issues to it was so importan to design small dams which is placed on Kembangan Village solve the problem. Based on the data and literature, it was recommended to design the small dam by random soil type with vertical core zone. The body of small dam height planned to be design by 13 m (+552 for the elevation), the width was designed by 6 m, the slope of hillside was 1 : 3 for the upstream and 1 : 2.5 for the downstream. Kembangan smalldam using overflow spillway which is equipped with weir typed ogee, transition channel, sloping apron, and stilling basin. The spillway planned to be design by 8 m width with weir height by 2 m. Kembangan small damn have a potential reservoir capacity for 38219.40 m3 to fullfill the irigation and water supply. It was important to analyzing the stability of small dam for the landslide and seepage factors.

Abstract

Garum District, especially in Slorok Village, is a densely populated residential area that has under gone many land use changes. The condition of the land as a green open space has changed its function into a residential and office area. One of the impacts is disasters on direct surface runoff and a decrease in the quantity of water that infiltrates the ground, resulting in flooding during the rainy season, so the need for handling, among others, is rehabilitation of drainage channels and planning of infiltration wells. The calculation results show that there are 37 drainage channels, but there are 7 channels that cannot reduce runoff due to land use changes and the existing drainage cannot be filled. The calculation of the rehabilitation of the dimensions of the canal and the dimensions of the infiltration well is invincible with the existing land, then the dimensions of the infiltration well will be divided by the runoff discharge to see how many wells to be built. The calculation of infiltration wells uses the Sunjoto formula. With the results of the calculation of the dimensions of the infiltration well for a diameter of 1.2 m and a well depth of 2.4 m.

Abstract

Dalam penerapan suatu proyek kontruksi dibutuhkan perancanaan yang matang, pengendalian yang baik, penerapan yang cermat serta efisien. Kaitannnya dengan studi ini adalah pelaksanaan konstruksi bangunan intake dan pipa transmisi air baku di Kecamatan Kotabangun, Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara dipengaruhi oleh waktu, kuantitas sumber daya tenaga kerja serta alat berat, kebutuhan material, dan faktor biaya. Dengan dilakukan perencanaan manajemen konstruksi diharapkan proyek ini berlangsung dalam waktu yang tepat dan biaya yang murah namun tetap diperoleh mutu pekerjaan yang baik. Program Microsoft Project 2016 jadi sesuatu pemecahan penjadwalan dalam dunia manajemen konstruksi yang terus tumbuh serta penuh kompleksitas. Program Microsoft Project 2016 menjadi suatu solusi penjadwalan dalam dunia manajemen konstruksi yang semakin berkembang dan penuh kompleksitas. Dari hasil perhitungan perencanaan waktu dan biaya pada pelaksanaan proyek ini direncanakan 2 alternatif. Alternatif 1 dengan durasi 125 hari menghasilkan total tenaga kerja 109 orang dengan jumlah alat berat 17 unit dan total rencana anggaran biaya Rp.11.822.751.450,56. Sementara pada alternatif 2 dengan penambahan durasi menjadi 168 hari diperoleh total tenaga kerja 99 orang dengan jumlah alat berat 12 unit dan total rencana anggaran biaya sebesar  Rp.12.032.154.609,26. Ditinjau dari segi waktu dan biaya, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan alat berat adalah alternatif yang dianggap efisien untuk pelaksanaan

Abstract

Referring to the conditions in Lowokwaru sub-district, there was a reduction in the area of rice fields due to an increase in the conversion of paddy fields to residential areas. This study aims to determine changes in the irrigation network system that affect the water distribution system in the irrigation area. This study was conducted using data from 2012 and 2017 which includes a comparative analysis of rice fields using the arc GIS application. analysis of existing irrigation network conditions for comparison of clean water needs of paddy fields. and analysis of the difference in the efficiency of the use of water needs to show whether or not it is still feasible to irrigate the reduced fields due to land use changes in each of the irrigation areas. The results of the study include a comparative analysis of rice fields_Area is losing 9%, losing 7%, losing 18% and losing 6%. Analysis_of_the difference in efficiency_in the use of_water needs_in each Irrigation Area is an increase_ of 10.5%, an increase of 24.33%, an increase of 40.55% and decrease of 34.8%.

Abstract

A puddle is a condition where the water stops flowing in a certain area that is not a water body. In theory, a boezem building in Blimbing Village can help control the inundation and soak it into the ground. However, until now, there are still cases of inundation in Blimbing District. Therefore, this study aims to determine the existing conditions of drainage and boezem, and plan alternative buildings that can help the performance of boezem as a conservation-based inundation controller. From the analysis, the existing drainage and boezem cannot fully accommodate the design discharge. The inability of the existing boezem to accommodate all the total design flows leaves an inundation of 2,076 m3/s with a 2-year return period and 2,551 m3/s with a 5-year return period. Two conservation-based alternatives are offered to control the inundation. Based on technical and economic analysis, a 595-unit infiltration well was chosen in the boezem catchment area with total flood reduction of 22% and Rp's total fund. 3,276,869,973.16.Genangan merupakan kondisi dimana air berhenti mengalir pada suatu area tertentu yang bukan merupakan badan air. Adanyan bangunan boezem di Kelurahan Blimbing secara teori dapat membantu mengendalikan genangan dan meresapkannya ke dalam tanah, namun sampai saat ini masih terjadi kasus-kasus genangan di Kecamatan Blimbing. Maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengetahui kondisi eksisting drainase dan boezem serta merencanakan alternatif bangunan yang dapat membantu kinerja boezem sebagai pengendali genangan berbasis konservasi. Dari hasil analisa, drainase dan boezem eksisting tidak dapat sepenuhnya menampung debit rancangan. Ketidakmampuan boezem eksisting dalam menampung seluruh debit rancangan total menyisakan genangan sebesar 2.076 m3/dt dengan kala ulang 2 tahun dan 2.551 m3/dt dengan kala ulang 5 tahun. Untuk mengendalikan genangan tersebut ditawarkan dua alternatif berbasis konservasi. Berdasarkan analisa teknis dan ekonimis dipilihlah pembangunan 595-unit sumur resapan pada catchment area boezem yang dapat mereduksi 22% debit genangan dengan total dana sebesar Rp. 3,276,869,973.16.

Abstract

Greater Malang, East Java Province is one of a region with fastest growing population. The increasing amount of residential area in a limited area can occur ecosystem damage in a watershed, caused by decreasing catchment area. One of the affected hydrological characteristics was the increasing peak discharge at the watershed outlet. Therefore, the objective of this study is to understand the correlation between changes in land use and hydrological characteristics in Lesti and Gadang Watershed. Sets of hourly rainfall and discharge (2014-2018), topographic maps, watershed maps, and land use maps are used in this study. Calculations analysis are operated by Microsoft Excel and ArcGIS 10.3 software. The results of land use are classified into dry forest, industrial forest, shrubs, farm, settlement, dryland farming, paddy field, savanna, and airport. It has been mentioned that the final result of this study were the decreasing area of dry forest and the increasing amount of settlement, accordant with increment average discharge.
