Abstract

In this increasingly modern era, everything that is touched by technology makes it easy for people to determine their lifestyle, especially among teenagers or young people, the culture of hanging out in places that are trending makes them feel happy and think they can provide entertainment for themselves. themselves and can express themselves. However, the number of contemporary hangouts or coffee shops makes classic hangouts have to continue to exist and continue to be demanded to have sustainability in the future so as not to be drowned out by the proliferation of contemporary hangouts which are more loved by most people. basic daily needs, contemporary hangouts provide more adequate facilities such as Wi-Fi, live music, and interior designs that are aesthetic and instagramable. This paper aims to find out how classic hangouts are sustainable amidst the proliferation of contemporary hangouts. The method used in this study is a phenomenological approach by collecting interview data, observation, and documentation. The presence of a contemporary hangout or coffee shop makes a classic hangout have to rack its brains in order to balance its existence in the midst of a contemporary hangout. The majority of classic tongkrongan owners have principles that they believe in, namely the principles of work culture which contain certain values, both in the form of hard work, enthusiasm for work, and being grateful for the process of the business being undertaken.

Abstract

The sales promotion strategy carried out in the digital era like today which utilizes social media as a promotional medium is packaged very attractively. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of digital promotions on buyer decisions during the Covid-19 pandemic at Monerastore, Gowa Regency. This type of research is quantitative data. The population in this study are Monerastore Consumers in Gowa Regency, 5,542 total Monerastore consumer data in February 2020-February 2021. The Non-probability sample collection technique and Purposive Sampling technique, the sample results in this study totaled 100 respondents. Data were analyzed by simple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results of the study found digital promotion on purchasing decisions for Monerastore in Gowa Regency. It can be concluded that digital promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions or influencing purchasing decisions during the Covid 19 pandemic at Monerastore in Gowa Regency.

Abstract

The train is a means of land transportation that is most in demand by the public to connect the central city with the surrounding cities which must be balanced with facilities in the form of adequate stations. The purpose of this study was to see the public's perception of the quality of the Manggarai Station during work hours. The research began by identifying public perceptions of Manggarai Station using the survey method by filling out questionnaires distributed through social media which resulted in statements that Manggarai Station was good enough in service and needed to improve facilities, security and the train fleet so as not to make passengers have to wait long to get their trains. the appropriate route to the destination.

Abstract

Toko Fun's Bouqet Balloon is a store that sells various flower-shaped balloon bouquets. The sales system utilized by Toko Fun's Bouqet Balloon only employs social media platforms such as Instagram for its online sales. However, this method is still deemed suboptimal due to the low sales and inadequate organization of sales data. Therefore, based on the problems encountered by Toko Fun's Bouqet Balloon, the author designed an online sales information system using a website with internet access that will display information about the products for sale. This research uses the waterfall methodology, which simplifies the process of designing and creating a sales website. The resulting website was designed with a simple layout for easy accessibility. However, the speed of loading web pages and the addition of features still need improvement to attract potential buyers or customers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of service at the Grand Copper Hotel and to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty at the Grand Copper Hotel. To achieve this goal, this study uses associative research methods. The required data were collected using interview techniques, observation, distribution of research questionnaires and documentation. To analyze the research data, a simple linear regression analysis was used. The results showed that service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty at the Grand Copper Hotel in Timika City.

Abstract

This study demonstrates the importance of a high-quality website in e-commerce, as consumers interact with companies through the website. Bukalapak.com is an example of an online buying and selling service provider that has successfully achieved customer satisfaction based on the Webqual 4.0 method, which consists of usability, quality of information, and quality of interaction variables. This research also provides insights into the factors that contribute to customer satisfaction in e-commerce, thereby helping companies that provide online buying and selling services to improve their website quality and enhance customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Airline is an organization that provides flight services for passengers, they rent or own airplanes to provide these services. Airlines have an important role, not only as a mode of transportation for people but also for goods, where airlines can be a medium that helps expedite & shorten the process of transferring passengers from one island/city/country to another island/city/country. There are many types of airlines in Indonesia, in this journal we will discuss PT. Lion Mentari Airlines which is a low-cost carrier based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Lion Air itself is the largest private airline in Indonesia. The service quality of this airline has various public perspectives in assessing the performance of Lion Air airlines.

Abstract

This publication aims to evaluate KRL Commuter Line passengers specifically for women. This research was conducted using a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to female KRL Commuter Line passengers on the Jabodetabek route. This study shows that after the introduction of women-only carriages on all Commuter Line KRL Jabodetabek routes, the level of passenger satisfaction has increased. Especially during peak hours, respondents said they felt safer and more comfortable while commuting. However, some respondents also mentioned problems with seat addiction and a lack of attention to hygiene in the women-only carriages.

Abstract

This research was conducted to understand the use of Web3 in non-cash payments on an online store through a case study method. Data was collected through observation and analysis of blockchain transactions. The analysis results showed that the use of Web3 in non-cash payments on online stores has advantages and disadvantages. The implications of these findings indicate that the use of Web3 can accelerate the payment process and improve transaction security. However, there are also several challenges that need to be overcome, such as technology complexity and lack of user awareness. Therefore, this research recommends continuing to develop Web3 technology and increasing user literacy about the use of Web3 in non-cash payments on online stores.

Abstract

Disclosure of the Sustaibability Report which is one of the obligations that must be carried out by the company to attract investors who see the performance of a company not only from financial but also non-financial aspects. In this study, testing the effect of Good Corporate Government (Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, Audit Committee) and Financial Performance (Profitability, Company Size, and Capital Structure) on the disclosure of Sustaibability Reports in manufacturing companies for the 2018-2021 period. This research is a quantitative research using secondary data with non-probability sampling technique, for analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The test results from independent to dependent variables are 3 influential variables, namely the board of directors, profitability and capital structure, while the independent board of commissioners, audit committee and company size have no effect.
