These activities are aiming to provide training on how to utilize email and mailing list as support media systemin learning process to the High School Students on SMK Sari Buana Makassar. Offered methods were participatorylearning method and learning by doing approach. Our activity was highly appreciated and supported by the school?Principal and also the students themselves. It can be seen on their enthusiasms and willingness to attend such trainings. Material and subject utilized are around the basic concept on email and mailing list, how to start a mailing list forum,how to upload and download files on mailing list, and how to save file on mailing list. The contributive factor on thistraining was the active participation from the students, which could make these activities become easier. However, on theother side, time limit to present and train the student recognized as the problem to this training program

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor motivasi internal dan eksternal berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada Bank BTN (Persero) Tbk di Kota Makassar. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 53 karyawan bank BTN Makassar. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai R-Square sebesar 0,873 atau 87,3%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa besarnya pengaruh faktor motivasi internal dan eksternal terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan sebesar 87,3%, dan sisanya sekitar 12,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial faktor-faktor motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan karena memiliki nilai signifikansi yang lebih kecil dari α = 0,05, dan secara simultan faktor motivasi internal dan eksternal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada Bank BTN (Persero) Tbk di Kota Makassar dengan nilai signifikansi yang lebih kecil dari α = 0,05

This study aims to determine the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in Kartu As products in Makassar City. This research was conducted in Makassar City with 105 respondents. The sampling technique used stratified random sampling. This study was analyzed using hypothesis testing with multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 21 computer program, to perform the f-test, t-test, and the calculation of R square (r2). The results of the analysis show that simultaneously the X variable (overall customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction dimensions, confirmation of expectations, re-purchase interest, willingness to recommend and customer dissatisfaction) has a significant effect on customer loyalty. This research aims to explore the effectiveness of transactional and transformational leadership style in creating effective Leader-Member Exchange relationship in organization, particularly in IT companies. The research was carried out in the Indonesia during the year of 2020. Semi-structured interviews were conducted on 149 respondents over a period of 12 months between February 2020 and November 2020 in 119 IT companies located in major cities of Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the transformational leadership is more holistic than transactional leadership. In developing high-quality leader – member relationship, personal touch of a leader is needed to inspire his/ her followers to perform beyond expectations and sacrifice to surpass their self-interests for organizational interests. Moreover, to create a warmer and friendlier work atmosphere a leader should be more aware of the out-group existence and he/she supposes to build a relationship reciprocally not based on personal preferences, but rather based on the recent and future potential, and also assigns tasks to those who have skill and readiness. The challenge of this paper is that difficult to generalize the result as this paper approaches the problems by a qualitative stance. This paper contributes to the exiting literatures on how effective transformational leadership in generating high quality leader – member relationships in order to influence member’s job performance and job satisfaction in an organization.

The main purpose of this paper is to discuss and talking about International Joint Ventures (IJVs) and the factors of Multinational Enterprises (MNEs) using IJVs strategy for entering the global market, and also elaborate what are the advantages and disadvantages of using IJVs as a strategy and provide the reader with example of successful and unsuccessful IJVs. This paper also provides the reader understanding about IJVs how Telkom Indonesia could be success with Telstra and How could be TLC Company fail partnership with Alcatel Company. Furthermore, what drive them to be successful and unsuccessful are based on the analysis of two examples case study.

As one of the prominent brands in the global automotive market, Toyota needs to provide satisfaction to stakeholders to maintain its reputation. The purpose of this article is to explain how Toyota ensures these satisfactions by implementing Corporate Social Performance (CSP). Toyota aims to grow into a company that will be good corporate citizenship that is trusted by all their stakeholders and support the society affluent over all the business activities. This is important as the result of the CSP is shaping consumer's perception toward brand in terms of brand personality and playing a central role in sustaining Toyota's long-term objectives. This paper employs research methods by systematically reviewing the relevant literature. Inclusion criteria will be that (a) sources contain the key terms of "Toyota" and/or "Corporate Social Performance", (b) sources are published in English, (c) sources are more recent than 2009. This paper will review the social performance of the Toyota Motor Corporation as corporate citizenship and the impacts of all stakeholders both on negative and positive aspects. This paper will also discuss the current, past and future actions of Toyota social performance. It is discovered that Toyota is dedicated to showing the world that a sustainable society is a greater good for all stakeholders. This will help to create a greater reputation for Toyota and fulfil the needs of stakeholders. By these social performances, investors and top talents will be attracted to work with Toyota.

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and leadership style on employee performance at hotels in Texas. The analysis used in this study using multiple regression analysis. The population in this study were all employees at the hotels. Sampling in this study was carried out using a sampling technique, namely saturated sampling, so the number of samples was 300 employees who were recruited as samples in the study. The results of the study after the data were processed with SPSS.21 with the analytical method used in this study, namely multiple linear regression analysis, Ftest, Ttest, and coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of the study it was found that there was a positive and significant effect of work discipline and leadership style variables on employee performance at the hotels simultaneously. This is evidenced by the value of Fcount which is greater than the value of Ftable (29.288 > 3.32) and the probability value which is smaller than (0.000 < 0.05). While partially there is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance and leadership style has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at the hotels in Texas. Where the tcount value is greater than the ttable value (1,703). The work discipline variable has a tcount value of 5.799 (p = 0.000) and the leadership style variable has a tcount value of -5.035 (p = 0.000). The variable that has the most dominant influence on employee performance at the hotels in Texas is the work discipline variable with the largest tcount value (5.799).

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan tentang kewirausahaan dan pengolahan luaran yang menghasilkan produk bernilai ekonomis yaitu sabun dan deterjen, serta mengetahui metode pemasarannya. Sasaran peserta dari kegiatan ini adalah warga kelurahan Allepolea Kecamatan Lau di Kabupaten Maros. Secara umum, peserta sangat antusias mengikuti pelatihan yang ditunjukkan dari ketekunan dan kedisiplinan dalam mengikuti setiap tahapan dalam kegiatan. Selain itu setiap peserta ikut berpartisipasi dalam menentukan materi pelatihan terkait dengan pelaksanaan tugas yang dijalankan sehari-hari. Setiap peserta mampu menghasilkan produk bernilai ekonomis dan juga mampu memasarkan produk tersebut baik melalui mekanisme penjualan offline maupun online. Melalui kegiatan ini setiap peserta merasakan manfaat dari kegiatan pemberdayaan usaha ekonomi produktif melalui kegiatan dan mengharapkan kegiatan seperti ini dapat diberikan secara rutin dan juga membawa khazanah baru bagi pengetahuan dan keterampilan mereka sehingga akan meningkatkan taraf kehidupan warga secara ekonomi.

Faktor kompensasi, baik itu finansial maupun yang bersifat non-finansial diyakini oleh beberapa Penelitian terdahulu dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja karyawan secara positif dan signifikan. Paper ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi finansial, khususnya aspek gaji dan insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan juga Organisational citizenship behaviour (OCB). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Variable gaji (X1) tidak berpengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan sehingga dapat mengakibatkan berkurangnya secara signifikan kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku kewargaaorganisasi (Organisational Citizenship Behaviour, OCB), di mana perilaku dan kinerja karyawan melampaui ekspektasi dan job description yang diberikan oleh organisasi. Di lain pihak, variabel insentif (X2) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan dan juga perilaku kewargaorganisasian (OCB) mereka di tempat mereka bekerja. Juga diketahui dari Penelitian ini bahwa dengan tingginya nominal insentif juga diyakini dapat mengurangi turnover intentions dan actual turnover.
