Abstract

This study is aimed to analyze the effect of working capital management ratio such as average days of receivable, average days of inventory, average days of payable toward retail firms’ performance listed on IDX period 2018-2022 proxied with return on asset. Retail firms which have the characteristic of keeping high level of inventory, is related with the efficiency of working capital management in achieving the high profit. The sample selection was done by purposive sampling method and obtained 6 retail companies. The study used the quantitative approach such as descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test, panel data regression analysis using Eviews 12. The result obtained average days of receivable has positive and insignificant effect on firms’ performance, average days of inventory has positive and significant effect on firms’ performance, average days of payable has negative and significant effect on firms’ performance.

Abstract

The culinary industry is currently a mainstay because it provides the fastest surplus, both from the economic side of entrepreneurs, as well as from the government's income side through taxes paid. The purpose of this analytical research is to see, describe and provide recommendations related to marketing strategies in the culinary industry. This research method is a case study using SWOT analysis. The data used is primary data. While the type of research used is qualitative research. This technique explores information by using data sources from more than one point of view, such as journals, archives, articles and others. This study uses External Environmental Analysis and Internal Environmental Analysis of Bebek Gembul Resto. The results obtained from environmental analysis, SWOT analysis and strategy analysis are Bebek Gembul Resto for its strategy is good and adapts to technological developments and times. Starting from using food bloggers for promotions to frozen food innovations.

Abstract

This research aims to increase knowledge about information about Netflix's successful strategies and what are the competitive advantages for Netflix so that people use Netflix as a medium of entertainment. The research method used is literature study. The results of this study indicate that the strategy used by Netflix in achieving competitive advantage can be seen from Netflix's Vision, Mission and core values by using a SWOT analysis to look at internal and external factors that can affect the organization including internal strengths and weaknesses, while for external factors, namely Opportunities and Threats.

Abstract

After the pandemic, the service industry in the hotel sector has started to show its resilience again. The quality of hotel services provided depends on the performance of the employees who provide them. Betha is one of the leading hotels in Subang which shows an employee retention rate of more than 85% in the midst of rampant layoffs that occur. Organizational commitment has a very crucial role for the stability and progress of the company, which is caused by employee motivation. Through the interview process, literature review, and a questionnaire with 25 items of questions, this research aims to confirm the causality of motivation on organizational commitment, both in terms of variables and dimensions. By involving all employees who work at Hotel Betha Subang, this research proves that motivation affects affective commitment, continuance commitment, normative commitment, and organizational commitment. Researchers hope that this research can be a theoretical and practical inspiration for the development of knowledge and the creation of positive work.

Abstract

The Lumajang Regency Government (Pemkab) followed this up by conducting outreach to all ASN on April 12 2022. The population in this study were employees in the BKD environment, with the sample used in this research being all BKD employees. The sampling technique is a non-probability sampling technique, namely census / total sampling. The number of samples studied were 70 respondents. The sampling period is 19-31 August 2022. The analysis used in this study is univariate analysis in the form of a frequency distribution. The variables studied, namely knowledge, attitudes and behavior related to the implementation of the Core Values BerAKHLAK. In addition to univariate analysis, bivariate analysis was also carried out. The results of the study based on univariate analysis showed that 75.7% of BKD ASNs had a good level of knowledge, 97.2% of BKD ASNs had a good attitude, but only 52.8% of BKD ASNs had good behavior.

Abstract

Basically training has the intention to bring about permanent positive changes in individual attitudes, awareness, and skills. Permanent positive changes are closely related to the habits (behavior) of individuals implementing their skills. The purpose of this study is to review published articles that explain how behavioral skill training affects skills improvement. In his review considers the behavioral aspects of skills in training and their relationship with mindfulness and mental models to be associated with skill improvement. The research approach that will be carried out is through a literature review of frequency analysis or mapping. This method analyzes emerging trends in all published articles reviewed. The results of the review will be able to elaborate existing studies to be interpreted into various trainings.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) find out how important the Field of Prevention, Preparedness and Fire Fighting at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Bogor Regency is in the eyes of the public. 2) Analyze the level of community satisfaction with the Field of Prevention, Preparedness and Fire Fighting at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Bogor Regency. 3) Analyzing the community's response to the Prevention, Preparedness and Fire Fighting Division of the Bogor Regency Disaster Management Agency. The scope of this research is the factors related to the level of community satisfaction in the field of Prevention, Preparedness and Fire Fighting at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Bogor Regency (a case study in Cibinong District, Bogor Regency). This research This research is descriptive in nature, while the method for obtaining data is done by survey method. The techniques used in data collection are library research and field research. The results of the study show that 1) the Prevention, Preparedness and Fire Fighting Division of the Bogor Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency plays an important role in people's lives, this can be seen (100%) the people say it is important. 2) The services provided by the Prevention, Preparedness and Fire Fighting Division of the Bogor Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency can be carried out well because there are supporting aspects such as smooth contact with the fire department, facilities owned by the fire department and personnel who are ready standby on duty. 3) The community's response to the services provided by the Prevention, Preparedness and Fire Fighting Division of the Bogor Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency was very good, namely (100%) the people who had been handled by the Prevention, Preparedness and Fire Fighting Division of the Bogor Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency expressed satisfaction with services that have been provided.
