Abstract

This study aimed to 1) Analyze the implementation of employee performance target (SKP) on the assessment of the performance appraisal of educational personnel in the the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Bogor Agricultural University (FKH-IPB). 2) Analyze the application of work behavior to the assessment of the performance appraisal of educational personnel in FKH-IPB. 3) Formulate strategic recommendations to be made by the FKH-IPB to improve assessment of performance appraisal and work productivity of educational personnel. The scope of this research is the assessment of the performance appraisal of education personnel, particularly regarding the application of the SKP and work behavior element as an civil servant (ASN) performance appraisal system. This study used the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method by distributing questionnaires and interviews to 12 experts. The results showed that 1) Creativity and innovation need to be added in the assessment of SKP in FKH-IPB to increase the productivity of education staff the weight of SKP becomes 65.4%. 2) Improved assessment of work behavior is very good by conducting guidance and supervision of education personnel periodically through the commitment and discipline of education staff. 3) The most influential performance improvement strategy is through education.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) find out how important the Field of Prevention, Preparedness and Fire Fighting at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Bogor Regency is in the eyes of the public. 2) Analyze the level of community satisfaction with the Field of Prevention, Preparedness and Fire Fighting at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Bogor Regency. 3) Analyzing the community's response to the Prevention, Preparedness and Fire Fighting Division of the Bogor Regency Disaster Management Agency. The scope of this research is the factors related to the level of community satisfaction in the field of Prevention, Preparedness and Fire Fighting at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Bogor Regency (a case study in Cibinong District, Bogor Regency). This research This research is descriptive in nature, while the method for obtaining data is done by survey method. The techniques used in data collection are library research and field research. The results of the study show that 1) the Prevention, Preparedness and Fire Fighting Division of the Bogor Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency plays an important role in people's lives, this can be seen (100%) the people say it is important. 2) The services provided by the Prevention, Preparedness and Fire Fighting Division of the Bogor Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency can be carried out well because there are supporting aspects such as smooth contact with the fire department, facilities owned by the fire department and personnel who are ready standby on duty. 3) The community's response to the services provided by the Prevention, Preparedness and Fire Fighting Division of the Bogor Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency was very good, namely (100%) the people who had been handled by the Prevention, Preparedness and Fire Fighting Division of the Bogor Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency expressed satisfaction with services that have been provided.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation, work environment, and employer branding on the job application intention of 8th semester students at Universitas Nusa Putra. Given Generation Z's crucial role in the future workforce and their high turnover rates, understanding the factors influencing their job application interest is vital. Employing a quantitative correlational approach with Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, the study involved 3,295 students. Results indicate that work environment and employer branding have a positive and significant impact on job application intention, while compensation does not significantly influence it. Simultaneously, the three variables explain 71.8% of the variation in job application intention. These findings underscore the importance for companies to focus on enhancing work environment quality and developing strong employer branding strategies, and for universities to facilitate collaborations with companies excelling in these aspects. This research contributes to understanding Generation Z's work preferences and aids companies in devising more effective recruitment strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically test the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between burnout and work-life balance (WLB). The research involved working students and alumni from three Jakarta-based institutions. The final analytical sample consisted of 103 respondents. Data were measured using a 5-point Likert scale, from the adaptation of validated measures. Mediation effects were tested using a bootstrapping methodology with the PROCESS V3.5 for SPSS 26. The results indicated that burnout has a significant negative effect on employee job satisfaction.  Increases in employee job satisfaction will increase employee WLB perceptions. Furthermore, job satisfaction significantly mediated the negative relationship between burnout and WLB. The study provides practical implications for human resource management in developing strategies for burnout prevention and WLB promotion. Research limitations and suggestions for future research should be considered

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility and profitability on corporate value (a study on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017). The results obtained indicate that CSR does not affect the value of the company, this is evidenced by the value of sig. calculate is greater than 0.05 which is 0.596> 0.05. Then the variable profitability affects the value of the company. This is evidenced by the value of sig. count is smaller than 0.05 which is 0.006 <0.05. CSR and profitability have an influence proportion on company value of 1.8% while the remaining 98.2% (100% - 1.8%) is influenced by other variables not in the linear regression model.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the level of emotional quotient (EQ) and its impact on the performance of employees in the Student Sports Education and Training Technical Implementation Unit for Students and Students of Bogor District. The research method employed surveys and data analysis using SPSS. The results indicate that EQ significantly influences the performance of employees in the unit, accounting for 63.8%, while other factors contribute to the remainder. Further analysis using SPSS reveals that emotional intelligence factors, such as emotional stability, emotional strength, and emotional satisfaction, have significant values ​​confirming their impact on performance. These findings provide valuable insights for human resource management in understanding the importance of EQ in enhancing the productivity and quality of employee performance within the organizational environment.

Abstract

Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di Desa Sampora, Kabupaten Sukabumi, dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk implementasi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi dalam bidang pengabdian kepada masyarakat, dengan tujuan utama meningkatkan partisipasi warga melalui pemberdayaan di sektor ekonomi, kesehatan, pendidikan, dan lingkungan. Program yang dijalankan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi pembuatan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) bagi pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), pemberian makanan tambahan bagi anak-anak yang mengalami stunting, pembentukan Sampora Study Club untuk mendukung kegiatan belajar anak-anak, serta pembuatan bak sampah dan pemasangan plang jalur evakuasi bencana sebagai bentuk kepedulian terhadap kebersihan dan kesiapsiagaan lingkungan. Seluruh kegiatan tersebut dirancang secara kolaboratif antara mahasiswa, pemerintah desa, dan masyarakat setempat, dengan pendekatan partisipatif yang menekankan sinergi dan keberlanjutan.
