Abstract

An overview of the culinary business licensing for PKK cadres at Puri Harmoni 7 Housing in Cileunyi, Bogor, West Java is a difficult matter, requires no small amount of money, and complicated bureaucracy. This condition causes them to be lazy to take care of licensing. Reluctance and ignorance of the benefits of licensing can cause them to deal with the authorities. This community service is here to provide enlightenment about the ease of taking care of licensing online and its benefits. LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic in collaboration with PT Kinarya Insan Kreatif provides training and counseling. The method of activity is legal socialization through limited face-to-face lectures by complying with the 5 M health protocol. The object of this service is a contemporary food product that comes from cassava. This counseling material includes legal protection and assistance, obtaining a Business Identification Number permit, the establishment of  PT Perseorangan, and halal certificates. The implementation of this activity is carried out through the stages of problem identification, site survey, planning, implementation, and evaluation of activities as well as preparation of reports. Abstract

A job interview is one of the processes in recruitment. This process is very important because the results of the interview will determine the destiny of job seekers. Preparing for a job interview is very important in order to be successful in winning it. Hence, the ability to deal with interview questions is needed by job seekers. The purpose of this community service activity is to help the students of PKBM Ristek Nusantara Jaya Jakarta in increasing their knowledge of job interviews. Implementing this activity started by providing information about preparing for a job interview and showing them some techniques in dealing with interview questions, and it continued with the activity of questions and answers, then ended with the evaluation activity. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi pada era digital saat ini sangat cepat dan secara signifikan ikut mempengaruhi  dalam pengelolaan  arsip. Salah satu cara pengelolaan arsip yang sangat mudah dilakukan saat ini adalah dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi. Kita bisa melakukan penyimpanan arsip melalui beberapa platform cloud atau drive yaitu : dropbox, onedrive dan google drive. Metode penyampaian materi memberikan pengetahuan mengenai perbedaan drive yang bisa digunakan sebagai media penyimpanan arsip. Kemudian instruktur memberikan simulasi bagaimana cara pengarsipan file secara elektronik di masing-masing drive yang digunakan, baik melalui drop box, one drive dan google drive. Sebagai penyelia fasilitas cloud atau drive yang bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai media dalam penyimpanan arsip dalam manajemen pengelolaan arsip tentunya memiliki keamanan yang tidak mudah dijebol sehingga data baik berupa gambar, streaming media, pengeditan dokuman serta berbagai macam dokumen dapat tersimpan secara aman dalam drive tersebut. Salah satu faktor penentu dalam pengelolaan arsip adalah sumber daya manusia (SDM) mengenai keterampilan dan keahlian yang ikut berperan dalam menentukan kualitas pekerjaan tersebut. Dengan mengikuti pelatihan pengelolaan arsip digital melalui drop box, one drive, dan google drive maka akan meningkatkan kompetensi serta mendapat pengakuan secara formal terhadap keahlian pengelolaan arsip secara digital.Kata kunci : Arsip, Digital, Drive

Abstract

The function and purpose of national education is to develop and shape the character and civilization of a dignified nation in the context of the intellectual life of the nation, aiming to develop the potential of students to become human beings who are devoted to both parents and useful for the homeland and religion. In order to be more deeply embedded in students' souls, the process of implementing character education, entrepreneurship education, and creative economy needs to be carried out through good planning and an effective learning approach and carried out jointly by all school members, through integration in subjects, local content and activities. -activities in self-development (Depdiknas, 2006). Entrepreneurship education aims to develop an entrepreneurial spirit, informing that the traits developed are responsible (94%) and risk-taking (97%). Abstract

The 2013 curriculum brings changes to the world of education, especially in entrepreneurship education and crafts and creative economy subjects. The concept of the Creative Economy is a concept in the new economic era whose main supports are information and creativity, where ideas and stock of knowledge from Human Resources (HR) are the main factors in economic activity. Creative ideas that come from entrepreneurs require a touch of innovation to sell in the market. The innovation needed by entrepreneurs is the ability to add value to products and maintain product quality by paying attention to market orientation. The increase in the use value of a product will also increase the selling power of the product in the market, because there is an increase in the economic value of the product for consumers. During the covid-19 pandemic, tutors felt obstacles in implementing craft subjects and the creative economy, especially in helping students market business products. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, the products were marketed through market day activities which were held after the craft and creative economy subjects took 4 meetings.The solution provided by the Jakarta LP3I Polytechnic to PKBM 11 Manggarai, South Jakarta is to provide Entrepreneurship Activity Development Training in Craft and Creative Economy Subjects with the theme "Implementation of Digital Marketing as a Marketing Strategy in the Covid-19 Pandemic Period" for PKBM 11 Manggarai tutors, with the hope tutors can master digital marketing skills and then teach these skills to students as a tool for promoting products produced while participating in crafts and creative economy subjects.Keyword: Craft and Creative Economy, digital marketing, PKBM

Abstract

The implementation of improving student skills through the introduction of databases at PKBM Research and Technology Nusantara Jaya Jakarta went as expected. This activity is located at PKBM Research and Technology Nusantara Jaya Raya Jakarta on September 11, 2021. The stages in this activity are identifying needs/problems, making alternative decisions, making decisions, implementing decisions, and evaluating implementation. In the implementation of the implementation, some students still did not understand the themes discussed, but were given intense and exclusive assistance during the training so that all students could understand the material provided from beginning to end. Basic data management using Microsoft Excel tools is the initial material given in studying functions in Microsoft Excel so that all participants, both beginners and those who have studied  before, can easily understand and practice, while the material given starts from understanding Microsoft Excel. , advantages and disadvantages, operators, basic mathematical formulas and calculation functions. the purpose of holding community service with this theme is so that people can easily and practice how to manage data in the form of calculations to reporting using Microsoft Excel so that work will be completed faster when compared to manual management. Abstract

The most important problems faced by  YAPPA Vocational Hihg Scholl graduatesok is how to find a job after graduating fromvocational education. This is the problem because there is a discrepancy between the curriculum  established by government and the condition that takes palce in the school and its entiremanagement to absorb and imply the curriculum. Several factors that cause this imbalance includes the unavailability of human resources to implement the curriculum optimally, and also due tothe financial condition of school so that the school cannot fulfill the requirements  requested by curriculum. In addition to the school factotr,  parents’ economic factor also determine  learning outcome where people are unable to meet the demands of school to meet the learning requirement.. This is bacouse most of school student at YAPPA Vocational High School come from poor family and orphans. So, Community Service Program from Polytechnic  LP3I Jakarta is expected to contribute to the problem faced by YAPPA Vocational High School graduates in the future.Keyword : Work Preparation, Industrial Age

Abstract

The role of archives in every organization or institution is very important, one of which is as a memory center. Organizations will find it difficult to prove something if the organization does not have good records. In principle, archives have several important roles where the aim is to help smooth organizational activities in planning organizational policies. The school is one of the organizations that has many archives, for example invitations both official and committee, diplomas, student report cards, school accreditation files, teacher administration, school administration, championship administration owned by school residents, and others. These archives will be very unfortunate if not managed properly, because it is important for the progress and success of the school. The problems that occurred at SDN Sukaresmi 04 Bekasi Regency related to archives were due to the lack of awareness of educators and education staff in the importance of managing archives, especially regarding the types of documents and about how to archive school documents. The series of service activities are carried out in two stages. The first stage is observation where universities make visits to SDN Sukaresmi 04, Bekasi Regency to identify problems that occur during the documentation process of administrative activities at the school. The second stage is to carry out activities to provide material regarding archiving documents in schools for educators and education staff.Keyword: archiving documents, schools
