Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian explanatory dengan model penelitian Survey yang bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (ASN) pada Bidang Perpustakaan Dinas Pendidikan, Perpustakaan Dan Arsip Daerah Provinsi Papua. Jumlah responden sebanyak 70 yang terdiri dari 40 ASN Struktural dan 30 ASN Fungsional Pustakawan, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh atau total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 68 responden atau sebesar 97,14% yang berhasil diperoleh sebagai sumber data dari total 70 populasi. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil jawaban para responden kemudian diukur dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Data yang telah dikumpulkan akan dianalisis melalui beberapa tahapan pengujian. Tahap pertama adalah melakukan uji statistik dekriptif. Tahap kedua adalah uji isntrument data penelitian (uji validitas, uji reliabilitas). Tahap ketiga adalah uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas). Tahap keempat adalah menguji seluruh hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini dan akan dibuktikan melalui uji parsial (uji t), uji simultan dan uji koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial (Uji T) dan uji simultan (Uji F) menunjukan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, gaya kepemimpinan secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara dilingkungan Bidang Perpustakaan Dinas Pendidikan, Perpustakaan dan Arsip Daerah Provinsi Papua. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi peningkatan Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara.

Abstract

The study aims to explore innovative approaches in audit education and their implications for student learning outcomes and professional development. A comprehensive literature review elucidates the integration of technology-enabled learning environments, active learning strategies, and experiential learning opportunities in audit curricula. The research design involves a systematic review of existing studies to identify key findings and trends in innovative pedagogies within audit education. Findings reveal the transformative potential of technology-enabled learning environments in bridging the gap between theory and practice, fostering more profound understanding, and enhancing student engagement. Active learning strategies, such as case studies and problem-based learning, promote critical thinking and teamwork among students, while experiential learning opportunities, including internships, provide hands-on experience in real-world audit engagements. The implications of these findings underscore the importance of faculty development programs, collaboration between academia and industry, and continuous curriculum updates to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of audit education. The study contributes to theory and practice by providing insights into effective pedagogical strategies and fostering a dynamic and responsive learning environment in audit education.

Abstract

This study explores the critical challenges and strategic solutions for managing human resources (HR) during mergers and acquisitions (M&As). It focuses on critical areas such as cultural integration, talent retention, harmonization of HR policies, and the use of technology in HR processes. The research employs a qualitative approach, using semi-structured interviews with senior HR managers, M&A consultants, and employees who have experienced M&As firsthand. Thematic analysis is utilized to identify and interpret patterns within the data, providing a comprehensive understanding of HR dynamics during M&As. The study identifies several key challenges: cultural integration, talent retention, harmonization of HR policies, and leveraging technology. Cultural integration is critical, with leaders needing to foster trust and collaboration. Effective talent retention strategies, including clear communication and personalized support, are essential for stability. Harmonizing HR policies requires a systematic approach and early involvement of HR professionals. Technology, such as HR information systems and digital onboarding programs, is crucial in streamlining processes and enhancing employee experience. These findings align with existing theoretical frameworks and provide actionable insights for successful HR integration. The research contributes to academic knowledge by enhancing understanding of HR management during M&As and offers practical guidelines for organizations to improve their integration processes. It highlights the importance of leadership, communication, and strategic alignment in achieving successful M&A outcomes. Future research should expand to different industries and explore long-term impacts and emerging technologies in HR integration.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah keragaman produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan pengalaman pengguna berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Apotek K24 Sedati dan menganalisis variabel mana yang paling dominan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah pelanggan Apotek K24 dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan kuantitatif. Analisis yang dilakukan meliputi regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis. Berdasarkan dari hasil perhitungan uji t dapat diketahui bahwa keragaman produk (X1), kualitas pelayanan (X2), dan pengalaman pengguna (X3) berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y). hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji t yang menunjukkan nilai thitung untuk variabel keragaman produk (X1) sebesar 3.611 dengan signifikansi 0 sehingga dinyatakan hipotesis 1 diterima. Untuk nilai thitung pada variabel kualitas pelayanan (X2) sebesar 3.353 dengan signifikansi sebesar 001 sehingga hipotesis 2 juga dapat diterima kebenarannya. Selanjutnya pada variabel pengalaman pengguna (X3) untuk nilai thitung didapatkan nilai sebesar 7.514 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0 sehingga hipotesis 3 terbukti kebenarannya.

Abstract

This study examines the intricacies of Islamic marketing in diverse cultural contexts, focusing on the integration of Islamic principles, cultural sensitivities, and consumer behavior. The purpose is to elucidate the essential elements and challenges of engaging with Muslim consumers effectively. Employing a literature review approach, this research synthesizes insights from various disciplines, including sociology, anthropology, and psychology, to comprehensively understand Islamic marketing dynamics. Findings underscore the significance of aligning marketing strategies with Islamic values and ethics, emphasizing honesty, fairness, and social responsibility. Cultural sensitivity and adaptation emerge as critical factors for resonating with diverse Muslim audiences, highlighting the importance of understanding cultural nuances such as collectivism and family orientation. Moreover, leveraging digital platforms and social media presents new opportunities for enhancing reach and engagement, particularly among younger demographics like Muslim millennials. This research's implications extend to academia and practice, emphasizing the need for multidisciplinary approaches and methodological pluralism in studying Islamic marketing. By addressing challenges such as misconceptions about Islam and leveraging the opportunities presented by cultural diversity, marketers can unlock the full potential of the global Muslim consumer market. This study contributes to greater cultural understanding and engagement in the worldwide marketplace, fostering intercultural dialogue and promoting inclusivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemungutan pajak kendaraan bermotor dalam meningkatkan sistem layanan Samsat drive thru di Kantor Samsat Kota Mamuju, serta untuk mengkaji dampaknya terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana sistem layanan Samsat drive thru dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak di Kota Mamuju. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pemungutan pajak kendaraan bermotor berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan sistem layanan Samsat drive thru. Selain itu, pemungutan pajak kendaraan bermotor juga terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak. Lebih lanjut, sistem layanan Samsat drive thru juga berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak. Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemungutan pajak kendaraan bermotor melalui penerapan sistem layanan Samsat drive thru dapat efektif meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak di Kantor Samsat Kota Mamuju.
