Abstract

A good organization is an organization that seeks to improve the capabilities of its human resources, as it is a key factor in improving employee performance. Employee performance is the result or performance of employees who assessed in terms of quality and quantity based on work standards determined by the organization. Leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance. The effect of work motivation on performance shows the same result that the relationship between motivation and employee performance shows a positive and significant relationship. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance, and analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance. This research uses primary and secondary data. The population of this study were all employees in the three colleges of Maros Regency. Data collection was done by observation and interview. In the determination of respondents done by a method intentionally where all members of the population sampled in the study. Data processing is done by using tabulation and percentage. The analysis used is the analysis of quantitative data and single regression. The results showed that: (1) leadership style had real and positive effect on employee performance, whereas relationship (correlation) leadership style with employee performance categorized low relation. (2) Work motivation has real and positive effect on employee performance, while the correlation of work motivation with employee performance is categorized low relation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Haji Makassar yang beralamat di Jalan Daeng Ngeppe No.14 Kel. Jongaya Kec. Tamalate. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner. Analisi data dalam penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 72 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan : 1) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja perawat pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Haji Makassar.

Abstract

The study was conducted to determine the impact of brand image, price, and promotion on product purchasing decisions in the Pangkajene, Indonesia. Using primary data from a survey of all consumers conducted during the January to November 2020 sales period. The data were analyzed using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions program; the results indicated that brand image, price perception, and promotion all had a positive and significant effect on product purchasing decisions. Additionally, it was discovered that promotion has a significant impact on purchasing decisions for brand products in Pangkajene, Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji karakteristik seleksi tenaga kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan dan efektivitas.Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan hotel di Makassar dengan jumlah sampel yang dapat dijadikan responden sebanyak 75 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Statistik Deskriptif dan Analisis Regresi Linear. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara variabel seleksi tenaga kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan

Abstract

The goal to be achieved from this research is to find out and analyze the extent to which motivation and rewards influence reseller performance through job satisfaction at a Makassar herbal company. The population of this study were herbal company resellers in Makassar with a total sample of 120 people who could be used as respondents. The analytical method used is Descriptive Statistics and Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study explain that there is a positive and significant influence between motivation and reward variables on reseller performance.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the impact of brand awareness, promotional activities, and product innovation on consumer purchasing behavior in the context of motorbikes within Makassar City. The present study employed the survey method to investigate a sample of 80 individuals, selected by the incidental sampling technique. The data was obtained by administering a questionnaire that had undergone rigorous testing to ensure its validity and reliability. The process of data analysis involves the application of multiple regression analysis to assess the validity of a given hypothesis. The findings of the study indicate that there is a strong and statistically significant relationship between brand awareness and consumer purchase behavior. Promotion exerts a favorable and substantial impact on consumer purchasing decisions. Furthermore, it is worth noting that product innovation exerts a favorable and substantial impact on consumer purchasing behavior.

Abstract

This study examines the intricacies of Islamic marketing in diverse cultural contexts, focusing on the integration of Islamic principles, cultural sensitivities, and consumer behavior. The purpose is to elucidate the essential elements and challenges of engaging with Muslim consumers effectively. Employing a literature review approach, this research synthesizes insights from various disciplines, including sociology, anthropology, and psychology, to comprehensively understand Islamic marketing dynamics. Findings underscore the significance of aligning marketing strategies with Islamic values and ethics, emphasizing honesty, fairness, and social responsibility. Cultural sensitivity and adaptation emerge as critical factors for resonating with diverse Muslim audiences, highlighting the importance of understanding cultural nuances such as collectivism and family orientation. Moreover, leveraging digital platforms and social media presents new opportunities for enhancing reach and engagement, particularly among younger demographics like Muslim millennials. This research's implications extend to academia and practice, emphasizing the need for multidisciplinary approaches and methodological pluralism in studying Islamic marketing. By addressing challenges such as misconceptions about Islam and leveraging the opportunities presented by cultural diversity, marketers can unlock the full potential of the global Muslim consumer market. This study contributes to greater cultural understanding and engagement in the worldwide marketplace, fostering intercultural dialogue and promoting inclusivity.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the potential for green economic development in Pangkajene and Islands Regency. The research method uses qualitative analysis. This research design was carried out by collecting primary and secondary data, data collection methods collected through various data sources in Pangkajene and Kepuluan Districts and in-depth interviews with several informants from the local community and stakeholders. Based on research results, Pangkajene and Islands Regency has significant green economic potential including marine tourism (ecotourism, beach and island tourism), sustainable fisheries (fish, shrimp, lobster), and organic farming (vegetables, fruit, medicinal plants) . Green economic development can improve community welfare and preserve the environment, such as increasing community income, creating employment opportunities, developing local industry, increasing contribution to district GDP, and reducing dependence on traditional sectors. Effective policies and strategies are needed to develop a green economy by developing green infrastructure, increasing public awareness, developing environmentally friendly technology, developing cooperation with related institutions, and developing green economic policies.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of ease of use and quality of service interactions on e-wallet consumer satisfaction and loyalty in South Sulawesi Province. By involving 100 e-wallet user respondents selected through a non-probability sampling technique, the data was analyzed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results show that ease of use has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, while the quality of service interaction has no significant effect. In addition, consumer satisfaction is proven to mediate the effect of ease of use on loyalty, but does not mediate the effect of service interaction quality on loyalty. The contribution of independent variables to consumer satisfaction and loyalty is proven to be significant based on the results of data analysis. These findings confirm that ease of use is the main factor influencing satisfaction and loyalty of e-wallet users in South Sulawesi Province, while the quality of service interactions does not have a significant influence. The practical implications of this research emphasize the importance of e-wallet providers continuing to improve the ease of use of applications in order to increase consumer satisfaction and loyalty. This research also provides new insights regarding the determining factors of e-wallet user loyalty in Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan dan kualitas interaksi pelayanan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen e-wallet di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Dengan melibatkan 100 responden pengguna e-wallet yang dipilih melalui teknik non-probability sampling, data dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, sedangkan kualitas interaksi pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Selain itu, kepuasan konsumen terbukti memediasi pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan terhadap loyalitas, namun tidak memediasi pengaruh kualitas interaksi pelayanan terhadap loyalitas. Kontribusi variabel-variabel independen terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan loyalitas terbukti signifikan berdasarkan hasil analisis data. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan merupakan faktor utama yang memengaruhi kepuasan dan loyalitas pengguna e-wallet di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, sedangkan kualitas interaksi pelayanan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya penyedia e-wallet untuk terus meningkatkan kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi agar dapat meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen. Penelitian ini juga memberikan wawasan baru terkait faktor-faktor penentu loyalitas pengguna e-wallet di Indonesia.
