Abstract

The presence of robotics technology aims to create an effective and efficient life, making human work easier. Automatic trolley prototype designed to assist shopping activities in a supermarket, designed to provide the best service and for the efficiency of the shopping process itself. Automatic trolley ptototypes are made by integrating software and hardware. Using an android application to run an automatic system, the Bluetooth signal activated by the user can move the automatic trolley that has been installed on the Arduino Uno R3 by utilizing an ultrasonic sensor. Using a DC motor with a maximum speed of 48m / m. The automatic trolley prototype is designed with a scale of 50cm length, 30cm height and 20cm width.

Abstract

The huge impact on the advancement of data processing has been brought about by the development of information technology. from time efficiency, effectiveness of functions and costs incurred to be lighter. There are many things to be aware of ranging from the suitability of data to reality and the effective and efficient level of time used when processing documents manually in managing the data of Indonesian Migrant Workers. Armed with aproach system approach and modular approach used and analysis using qualitative method conducted research in the development of the system in indonesian migrant workers company. While the collection of data to obtain the data and information needed is by interviews, observations, documentation, and literature studies. The design of the information system for data collection of Indonesian migrant workers is expected to make it easier for employees in the company to process the data of migrant workers by reducing handwritten notes on paper media and processing data more efficiently and providing protection against data that has been stored.

Abstract

Iklim persaingan dalam dunia usaha menunjukan kecenderungan yang meningkat dalam kurun waktu beberapa tahun terakhir, tidak hanya dalam skala nasional melainkan juga dalam skala internasional. Para pelaku ekonomi pada berbagai sektor usaha selalu mengupayakan pertambahan daya saing perusahaan, setidaknya dengan mempertahankan kekuatan yang telah dimiliki. Maka dari itu diperlukan strategi yang dapat meningkatkan produktifitas pada perusahaan yaitu dengan menentukan supplier terbaik kepada perusahaan. Karena supplier memegang peranan penting dalam ketersediaan bahan baku untuk berlangsungnya aktivitas produksi suatu perusahaan. Pemilihan supplier yang tepat tidak hanya menguntungkan bagi perusahaan tetapi juga meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. PT Aura Tridaya Semesta dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggannya dihadapkan kepada permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan pemilihan supplier berdasarkan kriteria yang dibutuhkan sehingga nantinya diharapkan pengadaan barang kabel AMP dapat terpenuhi dengan baik. Dalam proses pengadaan barang kabel AMP terdapat beberapa supplier yang telah lolos seleksi administratif dan dapat langsung melanjutkan ketahap tender. Diantara perusahaan yang telah memenuhi persyaratan administratif adalah PT Bascom Net, PT Infinity dan PT Sistech Karisma. Untuk mengukur kinerja dari masing-masing supplier maka menggunakan pendekatan metode (Analitycal Hierarchy Process). Dalam melakukan evaluasi kinerja supplier pada prakteknya terbagi atas tiga kriteria yaitu : penentuan kriteria, sub-kriteria dan Alternatif. Setelah dihitung maka didapatkan bobot prioritas tertinggi yaitu PT Bascom Net menduduki peringkat pertama, kemudian PT Sistech Karisma diperingkat kedua dan PT Infinity diperingkat ke tiga. Evaluasi kinerja supplier harus terus dilakukan secara periodik untuk bisa menunjang keberhasilan perusahaan.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has had a positive impact on the general public. Company profile is an explanation of the agency in general. It contains information, vision, and mission of an agency. Company profile has an important role for an agency because it can present the vision and mission of the agency or what it wants to offer. The company profile video is the most complete media, because the video has an element of motion, a real visualization. In addition, the benefits of this company profile video are as a presentation tool to shorten the meeting so there is no need to ask in detail about the agency's profile, vision and mission. Motion graphics is a branch of graphic design, where in motion, design elements such as shape, shape, size, direction, texture contained in it, are intentionally moved or given movement to make it look alive. It is very interesting to promote agencies with motion graphics and information and promotion media have been made in the form of a company profile video for the Informatics Study Program, Majalengka University. Which consists of 6 scenes with a video duration of 1 minute 42 seconds. As a promotional media about the Universitas Majalengka Informatics Study Program to the general public.

Abstract

Along with the times and the era of globalization, the human need for information is expanding, especially information technology. People's need for information at this time is very large, people demand speed and ease in accessing the information needed. This is very much in line with the development of information and communication technology, including social media, currently, social media is widely used by the Indonesian people for buying and selling online. The internet has an impact on the emergence of digital advertising trends where Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) use digital media as a promotional and marketing medium, all digital marketing activities that are currently trending are using social media endorsements to build trust in brands or products that are branded. they wake up. During the COVID-19 pandemic, it had a widespread negative effect on society, thus demanding entrepreneurs to make creative innovations. This research purpose is analyzing investment feasibility on manufacture company related management plan. Company investment project in 2019 is robotic technologies application in production line assembly, robotic installation theme for 2019 is Six Axis Robot Tank Welding. Related this investment activity, required analyzing investment feasibility due avoiding finance loss after investment. Analyzing observing method for knowing feasibility value by using 3 aspect, base on stake holders concept (Suliyanto, 2013). Abstract

So far, the drying process carried out by farmers is still simple, namely by drying it directly in the sun. This method is less effective because it will require a large area with a relatively long drying time of 10-12 days. The author will conduct research on the design and testing of a red chili drying machine using Solidwork software. The drying process used in this red chili drying machine uses a tubular heater. It is hoped that the design of this red chili drying machine can increase the production of dry red chilies. The results of the research show that the chili drying machine is designed into 2 parts that are bulkhead using a filter with dimensions of 385 x 320 mm, the dimensions of the drying room are 400 mm long, 421 mm wide, 353 mm high, in the drying room section there are 10 shelves that can be assembled and assembled. with dimensions of 400 x 380 mm for storing chilies to be dried and the dimensions of the combustion chamber having dimensions of 140 mm in length, 421 mm in width and 353 mm in height, then the tool will be made of stainless steel sheet with a thickness of 3 mm. / fan with a diameter of 170 mm which has 5 propeller blades, and the fan is rotated using an electric motor type yj62-25 with a voltage of 100-240 VAC, a frequency of 50/60 HZ and a power of 5-100W.

Abstract

Feeling disorder a group of clinical features characterized by reduced or lost emotional control and self-control. Affective disorders can be depression, manic or a mixture of both (bipolar). Someone who has mood disorders needs treatment as early as possible through early detection and an accurate assessment is carried out in consultation with a psychologist. So a system is needed that can detect the possible disturbance of the mood. Expert systems are part of artificial intelligence that mimics the slow pace of an expert. Bayes' Theorem is a way of knowing conditional probabilities. Conditional probability is the probability of an event occurring, given that it has some relationship with one or more other events. The probability value of symptoms and disease is obtained based on the experience of an expert. This expert system can produce a process of diagnosing mood disorders with some data about mood disorders in the form of symptom data, disease data and its probability value. The accuracy rate is 100% using 10 test data. An expert system for diagnosing mood disorders which is designed to be an Android-based application of JavaScript and PHP as a programming language, Cordova as a framework for creating mobile applications, PHP 7.2.1 as a web server, MySQL 5.0.21 as a database.

Abstract

The use of human labor in the industrial world in Indonesia is still very dominant, especially in Manual Material Handling (MMH) activities. The activity of bending and twisting in the workplace while doing MMH should be reduced or even if possible this activity should be eliminated because this attitude is prone to causing disorders of the musculoskeletal system. Considering that MMH activities have a vital role in the work carried out in the production process section, therefore the researcher will conduct an analysis of the Manual Material Handling (MMH) work posture using the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA). RULA is a work posture research method to investigate disorders of the upper limbs. The results of the work posture analysis based on the results of the assessment using the RULA method stated that all manual material handling activities assessed above required corrective action or efforts. In the shuttle area, the final score for the action category obtained is 7 with a high risk level and the action that must be taken is action now. In the Pirn Winder area, the final score for the action category obtained is 6 with a moderate risk level and the action that must be taken is action in the near future. In the vacuum heat setter area, the final score for the action category obtained is 7 with a high level of risk and the action that must be taken is action now.

Abstract

The socket is an electrical installation that functions as a liaison between electric current and electrical equipment, one example is a garden lamp. To be able to turn on, you need a power outlet, but manual sockets are considered less effective due to the development of human habits leaving the house with the lights still on. With current technological developments, namely utilizing internet of things (IoT) technology, a smart socket is made that can be controlled remotely via a smartphone. The smart socket is made using Wemos D1 R1 as the microcontroller and is equipped with a raindrop sensor as a safety where the system will turn off the electricity automatically when the sensor detects water and a notification will appear on the smartphone as if water has been detected, so users don't have to worry about leaving the house. with a state of forgetting not to turn off the garden lights.
