Payment systems have become crucial in the present time to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in conducting transactions. The payment process at the canteen of Dinamika Bangsa University, Kota Baru, is currently being carried out conventionally, which is inefficient in terms of time and place. This can lead to delays when sellers have to provide change and can result in long queues. To address these issues, a system is needed to facilitate transactions for both sellers and buyers. The chosen method for developing this system is the waterfall approach, utilizing UML (Unified Modeling Language) tools, including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The system is designed using the Dart programming language and an FireBase database. This research culminates in a payment application using QR codes, which will assist the canteen personnel in conducting transactions at Dinamika Bangsa University, Kota Baru.

Abstract− Information systems are very important for educational institutions to increase the competitiveness of schools with one another. The process of borrowing and returning books at the SMAN 13 library in Jambi City is still done using Excel, this is less efficient in terms of time, because librarians have to record student names and borrowed books in Excel. If there are members who want to find a book and ask the officer, the officer will have difficulty providing information whether or not the book they are looking for is available. From the existing problems, a system is needed to make it easier for librarians to record borrowing and returning reports. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, program modeling tools namely UML including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. As well as tools for making programs using XAMPP. This research produces a faster and more efficient library information system that can assist schools in managing new student admissions data.

Dinamika Bangsa University (UNAMA) is one of the tertiary institutions in Jambi City. The process of parking information at UNAMA is currently still being carried out manually. The absence of an information system certainly cannot compensate for the need for fast, precise and accurate presentation of information. In addition, manual data management is considered less effective for providing reports and information. Based on these problems, a website-based parking information system was designed to make it easier to manage parking information data such as controlling vehicles entering or leaving and making it easier for officers to know the number of vehicles being monitored computerized (online). In designing this system, object-oriented approaches are used such as use cases, activity diagrams and class diagrams. Data collection methods used are observation and interviews. The system development method used in this research is the waterfall method. With this parking system, it is hoped that it can help the campus performance in processing parking data and generating parking reports efficiently.

Information systems are very important for educational institutions to increase the competitiveness of schools with one another. The process of accepting new students at Tri Sukses Boarding School High School in Jambi City is still carried out by coming directly to school, this is not efficient both in terms of time, place, cost and energy. In addition, the preparation of new student acceptance reports is still being recapitulated using Microsoft Excel causing problems related to time and searching for new student data which is done one by one. From the existing problems, a system is needed to make it easier for prospective students to register. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, program modeling tools namely UML including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. And the system is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This research resulted in a website-based new student admissions information system that can assist schools in managing new student admissions data.

Education is a planned system to create a learning atmosphere and learning or training process so that students can actively develop their potential. Along with the rapid development of information systems, of course it can help an institution to support and make it easier to achieve the targets and goals of the educational institution itself. But of course the use of technology must be based on a structured system so that the problem in a case can be broken down into sub-systems/parts/components that are interrelated with one another and related to achieving a certain goal. A website-based registration information system for prospective new students, is a registration system for prospective new students who want to register to school through website media, without having to come directly to school, so that it will make it easier for prospective new students to carry out the registration process, so that it will save more time and effort and can minimize the registration queue process at school. From these problems a web-based new student admission application is needed so that it can facilitate the committee in the process of registering and storing data on prospective new students, for prospective students it is hoped that it will be easier to carry out the registration process and faster to get information about the school.

The library service process at SMP Negeri 1 Merlung still uses a manual system and has not fully utilized technology in book borrowing processes, book data management, and member data management. This often leads to errors in recording and managing book data in the library, making the library service process less effective. The purpose of this study is to design an information system that can manage library information data at SMP Negeri 1 Merlung using SLiMS. The author developed the system using the waterfall method and used the Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach with use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The library information system at SMP Negeri 1 Merlung was designed using the Senayan Library Management System, also known as SLiMS 9 Bulian. The aim of this system design is to help librarians manage books and library members. The difference from the previous system implemented at SMP Negeri 1 Merlung is the more complete features, accessible by students to facilitate viewing book availability, and a more attractive interface.

Gentala Hospitality School merupakan suatu lembaga pendidikan-pelatihan profesi 1 tahun, program pendidikan perhotelan, pariwisata dan kapal pesiar internasional. Di dalam lembaga pelatihan ini terdapat berbagai masalah yang dihadapi oleh Gentala Hospitality School, salah satunya dalam pengolahan terhadap data transaksi pembayaran SPP yang masih belum tersistematis dengan baik karena pencatatan masih dilakukan dengan cara manual. Proses pencatatan pembayaran siswa di catat di komputer dengan excel belum terintegrasi, dan staff kesulitan memberikan informasi ke siswa untuk segera membayar SPP karna tidak ada nya notifikasi pada excel untuk siswa yang belum atau telat membayar SPP. Sehingga pelayanan administrasi kepada siswa kurang maksimal. Karna sistem yang tidak terintegrasi membuat staff kesulitan membuat laporan sesuai kebutuhan. Berlandaskan permasalahan inilah, maka peneliti melakukan penelitian yang membuat sebuah perancangan sistem informasi pembayaran SPP pada Gentala Hospitality School. Â

Cahaya Sejahtera Motor Jambi merupakan salah satu toko yang berlokasi di kota Jambi yang pengelolaan data pembelian dan penjualan masih menggunakan buku sehingga terjadi permasalahan yaitu yaitu lambatnya proses pencarian data karena harus membuka satu per satu nota yang telah disimpan, terkadang terjadinya salah pencatatan nama barang, harga barang dan perhitungan total penjualan, terjadinya selisih stok produk antara produk yang dicatat dengan produk fisik di gudang, dan proses pembuatan laporan yang membutuhkan waktu dan terkadang terjadi keterlambatan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan solusi untuk permasalahan yang terjadi dengan menawarkan sistem informasi penjualan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan DBMS MySQL. Untuk pengembangan sistem dengan metode waterfall dan menggunakan pendekatan model sistem unified model language menggunakan usecase diagram, activity diagram, class diagram dan flowchart. Sistem baru menghasilkan output yang menampilkan data pelanggan, data pemasok, data barang, data pembelian dan data penjualan yang secara terstruktur dan menampilkan laporan-laporan yang diperlukan untuk memudahkan Cahaya Sejahtera Motor Jambi dalam mendapatkan informasi yang cepat dan tepat.
