Abstract

Aplikasi Belanjo merupakan e-commerce yang menjual produk dan bahan makanan yang tergolong lengkap seperti sayur-sayuran, daging, sembako, bumbu-bumbu dapur, frozen food, serta kebutuhan rumah tangga seperti alat elektronik dan furniture, sehingga aplikasi ini sangat memiliki potensi besar untuk berkembang dan banyak digunakan oleh pengguna. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah layanan yang berikan dapat memenuhi kepuasan penggunanya menggunakan metode E-Servqual. Menggunakan 3 variabel yaitu Efficiency, System Availability, Responsiveness. Dalam menentukan sampel ini, peneliti menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan jumlah responden yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden, kemudian untuk pengolahan datanya menggunakan SPSS versi 25,0 hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat 2 hipotesis yang diterima dan 1 hipotesis yang di tolak sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas layanan pada aplikasi Belanjo cukup baik.

Abstract

RM. Mienbi Jambi yang merupakan usaha kuliner makanan dan beberapa minuman. atas kepemilikan Zulfahmi. RM. Mienbi Jambi memiliki beragam menu yang bisa dinikmati konsumen dengan harga yang terjangkau kendala dalam melakukan proses pemesanan yang masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu pelayanan mengunjungi pelanggan dan mencatat menu yang ingin di pesan oleh pelanggan. Sehingga saat konsumen melakukan pemesanan kerapkali terjadinya antrian yang mengharuskan konsumen untuk menunggu lama karena pelayan mencatat pesanan tidak hanya pada satu konsumen saja, serta proses transaksi dilakukan secara manual yaitu hanya menggunakan catatan sebagai media pengolahan datanya sehingga proses transaksi tersebut tidak terarsip dengan baik, mempersulit saat merekap data karena harus menyusun kembali data-data yang cukup banyak menjadi laporan untuk diserahkan ke pimpinan. Pada proses pengolahan datanya menggunakan tulis tangan, sehingga masih banyak terjadi kendala dalam pengolahan data, seperti sulitnya : Untuk mendata data Informasi pelayanan pemesanan menu RM. Mienbi Jambi, merencanakan kegiatan yang direncanakan sebelumnya karena proses pencarian data di nilai lambat, data tidak tampil otomatis sehingga harus menulis secara berulang, serta data tidak dapat saling terintegrasi karena tidak adanya database. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi pemesanan berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa perograman PHP dan database MySQL

Abstract

Pengolahan data dan pembuatan laporan masih dilakukan dengan bantuan buku sehingga terkadang dalam pencatatan dapat terjadi kesalahan yang menyebabkan ketidak akuratan data. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa sistem yang sedang berjalan agar dapat mengatasi masalah-masalah yang dihadapi pada Reklame Afia dengan cara merancang Sistem Informasi Persediaan Pada Reklame Afia Berbasis Web. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan model air terjun (waterfall), implementasi penelitian ini menggunakan Bahasa Pemrograman PHP dan Framework Laravel versi 6 serta DBMS MySQL, hingga menghasilkan aplikasi yang dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi pemilik toko dalam melakukan persediaan barang masuk dan barang keluar pada Reklame Afia. Toko Reklame Afia dalam melakukan mengolah data customer, supplier, Persediaan barang masuk dan barang keluar agar laporan yang dibutuhkan lebih baik dan tersistem.

Abstract

Linda Petshop Jambi is one company located in the main town Jambi where management of sales product and grooming service data still use books. So there are often problems like Hard to manage product available quickly and accurately, often there is a mistake data services, sales or data spares used, the processing and data search, the information is less than accurate and preparing reports that cannot be resolved just in time. Hence this study aims to design system of sales and grooming service using PHP programming language and DBMS MySQL. The research using method of waterfall development system and modeling system such as use case diagram, activity diagrams, class diagram and flowchart.The result of this research is that this system is hoped to enable in processing the grooming services and sales data good calculation, a search and the preparation of reports on, so that data processing and dissemination of information gets better and regular Keywords : System, Information, Sales, Grooming Service, Web

Abstract

PO.Aurel is a company that offers transportation services in which the process of ordering tickets is still done manually by calling by phone or WhatsApp so that customers have limited information or come directly to the Aurel bus counter to get more detailed information about ordering. Data processing and report preparation are still carried out with the help of books so that sometimes errors can occur in recording which cause data inaccuracies. For the process or promotion of information dissemination only via the telephone number listed at the bus counter location, this method is less effective and efficient. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze the system that is currently running in order to overcome the problems faced at PO.Aurel by designing a Web-Based Bus Ticket Booking Information System at PO.Aurel. The system development method uses the waterfall model, this implementation research uses the PHP Programming Language and Laravel Framework version 6 and MySQL DBMS, to produce applications that can make it easy for customers to place orders and PO.Aurel in processing data orders with both from searching, calculating, ordering, paying, making reports needed so that it is better and systemized.

Abstract

Baiturrahim College of Health Sciences (STIKBA) JAMBI is a private tertiary institution in JAMBI. At STIKBA, the SIAKAD website is used to handle the process of managing academic data and other related data, so that the entire process of academic activities can be managed into useful information in the management of higher education institutions, decision making and reporting in the college environment. However, in reality the website is still not useful and well used, especially for JAMBI STIKBA students as a means of information, personal agenda as well as information that lacks updating, is not timely and looks unattractive. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out what factors influence the level of users satisfaction in using the SIAKAD website. The data collection method is through an online questionnaire data reslts were processed and analyzed using SPSS 26. Based on the results of research and analysist that has been carried out, the Usability variable has an effect of 3.326 on user satisfaction, then the information quality variable has an influence of 2.396 on user satisfaction and the variable of service quality (interaction quality) has an effect of 1.987 on user satisfaction

Abstract

Super Makmur Sentosa is a business engaged in the sale of furniture located in Jambi City. So far, the data collection process is still using the conventional method which uses paper. With this system, problems often occur, namely with too much data on goods, categories and colors that make it difficult to control the inventory of goods owned by the company, errors often occur in recording and calculating sales notes, inventory items that often experience differences due to the inventory calculation process. which is still calculated manually which causes losses. So we need an information system that provides convenience in recording and searching for data on CV. Super Makmur Sentosa. This research has stages, namely problem identification, data collection, system analysis, system design, and report generation. So as to produce a system that can provide convenience in processing inventory data, sales, search and report generation, making it easier for system users to control product inventory data so as to help CV. Super Makmur Sentosa in data processing to be better and orderly.

Abstract

Abstract- LAZISMU is an amil zakat institution that has an obligation to empower the community which has the goal of achieving community relief from poverty. For economic empowerment, sometimes there are some obstacles in the delivery, such as the lack of precise targeting and not even all those who apply for assistance, so the author of Art conducts research for the decision-making system in selecting mustahiq using several comparisons such as the TOPSIS and SAW methods. It is hoped that this research can facilitate field programs in shopping for mustahiq who are suitable for getting assistance, which should be prioritized first. the TOPSIS method with the first alternative produces a value of 0.5884 which is set as the first choice. Whereas the SAW method with the first alternative result of 0.7133 is set as the main choice. From all the calculations and the results of the ranking values ​​that have been obtained, the SAW method is much more recommended for mustahiq hairdressers compared to the TOPSIS method because the results obtained from considering this method are far greater than the SAW method compared to the TOPSIS method

Abstract

SS BABYSHOP merupakan salah satu toko usaha yang bergerak di bidang penjualan pakaian dan keperluan sehari hari di jambi, menentukan stok yang dilakukan secara manual dan tidak akurat akan menyebabkan biaya simpan yang tinggi, karena bisa terjadi kekosongan atau kelebihan produk tertentu. Hal ini tentu akan sangat merugikan semua pelaku usaha seperti halnya pada toko SS BABYSHOP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelompokkan produk yang di jual pada toko SS BABYSHOP menjadi 5 cluster guna untuk mengetahui item barang apa saja yang terjual dengan jumlah paling banyak, terjual dengan jumlah banyak, terjual dengan jumlah sedang, terjual dengan jumlah sedikit, dan terjual dengan jumlah paling sedikit, sehingga untuk stok yang akan disediakan berdasarkan kelompok item barang pada cluster masing-masing yang telah ditentukan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah K-Means Clustering mencari partisi yang optimal dari data dengan meminimalkan kritea jumlah kesalahan kuadrat dengan prosedur iterasi yang optimal. Variabel yang digunakan adalah jumlah transaksi,jumlah stok dan rata-rata penjualan.

Abstract

The use of technology as a means of promotion and information, especially through websites, has become an important medium for conveying information. Likewise the promotion carried out by La Terra Café, although it has succeeded in utilizing social media as a promotional tool, La Terra Café does not yet have an official website that provides complete information about the Café. The purpose of website design is to make it easier to carry out promotions and convey information and improve marketing through more effective and efficient promotional media. This website is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The method used is the waterfall model, as well as the UML system model approach including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. Through this research, it is hoped that La Terra Café can optimize the use of information technology in promoting their business.
