The results of the research show that the effectiveness of the performance of administrative staff at SMK Negeri 1 Makassar is quite effective, in other words, the performance of administrative staff is seen through quality, quantity, discipline, politeness, responsibility, knowledge, skills, and work evaluation. Problems related to the work results of administrative employees in carrying out their duties, these factors can be used as a benchmark in conducting an assessment of an employee's performance level even though it is realized that employee performance is not the only factor that can determine success in achieving this. However, there are still aspects that have not been implemented optimally. Based on these findings, it is recommended that administrative staff increase their responsibility towards fellow administrative staff and employees.

Abstract

Teachers or teaching staff play an important role in education. One of the teacher's responsibilities during training is to choose training strategies that are considered most suitable, efficient, and effective for achieving training objectives. To make students interested in training, teachers need to be able to use the right form of training to make the training process more interesting. This research aims to determine the relationship between the use of classical forms of training and the learning interest of class XI OTKP students at SMKN 1 Bantaeng by describing the use of classical forms of learning and students' interest in learning. This research uses descriptive and inferential statistical tools as well as quantitative research methods with associative statistical research types. This research used a simple random sampling method by selecting a sample of 51 people. Questionnaires and documentation were used to collect data. The research results show that both the interest in learning variable (x) and the classical form of training variable (x) have a positive sign. These two variables have a strong relationship with the product-moment correlation test. Judging from the consequences of the basic straight test relapse, it is suspected that there is a positive and large relationship between the old style of training and the learning interest of class XI OTKP students at SMKN 1 Bantaeng. Because previous research focused on methods used to increase students' interest in learning, this research can be used as a reference in its application using classical forms of training in the classroom by paying attention to existing indicators to increase students' interest in learning

The implementation of Face-to-Face Learning, which is the government's new policy in the midst of the pandemic, gives new hope to students. After more than a year of online learning from home, the government issued regulations regarding limited Face-to-Face Learning plans. This research aims to determine the description of students' perceptions of Face-to-Face Learning during the COVID-19 pandemic at SMAIT Al-Fityan School Gowa. This research uses a quantitative research approach with a descriptive research type. The total population in this study was 153 people, then the researchers drew a sample of 50%, namely 77 people, using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using several techniques including questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is percentage analysis. The research results show that students' perceptions of Face-to-Face Learning (PTM) during the COVID-19 pandemic are classified as very effective in terms of indicators for managing learning implementation, communication processes, student responses, and learning activities. To achieve a good perception of Face-to-Face Learning (PTM) during the COVID-19 pandemic, teachers make efforts to improve the learning process such as strategies, approaches, and learning methods in order to create a more lively and meaningful classroom atmosphere
