Abstract

Digital revolution and the era of technological disruption are other terms for industry 4.0. One of the unique characteristics of industry 4.0 is the application of artificial intelligence (Tjandrawinata, 2016). Agile leadership is a leadership style that is much needed in this modern era. Technological disruption, global economic turmoil, and climate change, make the challenges of the current era increasingly complex. Innovative Work Behavior describes the behavior of a series of employee activities that implement and conduct exploration in the Company in order to improve the performance of employees and the company where they work. Organizational commitment is also an important factor in organizations. Organizational commitment is a condition of employees who side with the organization with goals that are in accordance with the organization's vision and mission and continue to remain as employees in the company. The population of this research are leaders in the Structural Directorate and Campus of the LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic. This research sample has 5 (five) variables and has 21 indicators, so based on the opinion (Hair et al, 2014) above, a sample of 7 x 21 or the same as 147 is needed, so based on the calculation above the number of samples that will be taken is 147 respondents. The data analysis technique uses SEM-Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research show that Agile Leadership, Innovative Work Behavior, Organizational Commitment have a significant influence on the Performance of the LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic Institution. The Agile Leadership variable has a significant effect on the Performance of the LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic Institution through Work Productivity; Innovative Work Behavior has a significant effect on the Performance of the LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic Institution through Work Productivity; Organizational Commitment has a significant influence on the Performance of the LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic Institution through Work Productivity.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine how the analysis of the impact of the work environment on employee work motivation at PT. Fiber Teknologi Inovasi. The purpose of this study was to determine the obstacles and alternative solutions in solving problems. Data collection techniques through observation, namely directly observing the object being studied and field documentation techniques to obtain important information related to how the analysis of the impact of the work environment on employee work motivation at PT. Fiber Teknologi Inovasi. Based on the discussion, the results of the discussion indicate that the analysis of the impact of the work environment on employee work motivation at PT. Fiber Teknologi Inovasi. is quite good, such as the relationship between employees or leaders has a close sense of family because many of the employees who work come from the family of the leader and also the community around the company. However, there are several obstacles such as the lack of room temperature which is not optimal, office facilities, workplace arrangement, and renovation of damaged buildings. The solutions that have been carried out are the need for improved work facilities, workplace arrangement and office renovation.

Abstract

Employees are the main wealth of a company or organization, because their participation is the key to the running of an organization activities. In every successful organization or corporation, it must have qualified employees, so it is important for organizations to be able to optimize their employees in accordance with their functions in order to become quality and superior assets whose realization can be seen through employee achievement or performance. Additionally, cultivating an organizational culture that supports these workers' performance is one strategy to generate human resources with good human resources with good performance in order to fulfill the work unit's vision and objective. This research was aimed to determine how Kaizen culture and work discipline related to employee performance. This kind of research employed a quantitative descriptive technique. There were 30 respondents for this study, who were chosen through nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique.  The data collection method used observation and questionnaire. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 25. The research results revealed that Kaizen culture partially affected employee performance in Klambir V Kebun village. Work discipline partially affected employee performance in Klambir V Kebun village. Finally, Kaizen culture and work discipline simultaneously affected employee performance in Klambir V Kebun village.

Abstract

Rapid digitalization has changed the face of business today, posing a challenge to established business models in all sectors of the economy. Digital business strategy is a critical change that must be made to firm skills, operational procedures, and business processes and strategies in order to achieve digital transformation. In the process of MSMEs, digitalization of marketing is inevitable since it will allow marketing to keep up with technological changes. In order to strengthen the local economy and improve family welfare, small businesses are crucial in many regions, including Kota Pari Village in North Sumatra. This type of research used a quantitative descriptive approach. The target population in this study were all MSMEs in Kota Pari village, which amounted to approximately 100 MSMEs. The number of samples taken in this study was 40 MSMEs. Data processing techniques using SPPS version 26. Data analysis was used validity and reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis, and hypotheses test. Based on the research results, it was found that the information and technology training variable partially had a positive and significant effect on MSMEs income. The availability of facilities and infrastructure variable partially had a positive and significant effect on MSMEs income. The information and technology training variable and the availability of facilities and infrastructure variable simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on MSMEs income.
