Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is the influence of the Honey Mumford Model Learning Style in Increasing Students' Motivation and Creative Thinking Ability in Economic Subjects in Class XII of MAN 3 Middle Tapanuli in the school year 2018-2019 ?. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Honey Mumford's Learning Style Model in Increasing Students' Motivation and Creative Thinking Ability in Economic Subjects of Class XII MAN 3 Middle Tapanuli academic year 2018-2019. The research method used was the Associative method. The formula used in this study is to use a statistical formula that is Product Moment correlation. From the calculation of the correlation coefficient, the results of r count = 1 are obtained, this result is then compared with rtable where r count is greater than rtable ie 1> 0.413, it can be said that there is the Effect of Honey Mumford Model Learning Style in Increasing Participants' Motivation and Creative Thinking Ability Educate in Economics Subject Class XII MAN 3 Middle Tapanuli academic year 2018-2019.

Abstract

Fenomena hujan es termasuk fenomena ekstrem yang jarang  terjadi  di  Indonesia  karena  wilayah  Indonesia  memiliki lapisan beku yang relatif lebih tinggi dibandingkan negara lainnya. Wujudnya yang seperti butiran es menjadi daya pikat tersendiri bagi masyarakat sehingga kadang disambut dengan antusias, padahal jika hujan es  terjadi dalam ukuran yang cukup  besar dapat mengakibatkan kerusakan lingkungan. Proses terjadinya hujan es memiliki kaitan yang erat dengan perubahan lingkungan seperti perubahan suhu, kelembaban dan tekanan udara yang dapat menjadi tolak ukur dalam menyaksikan tanda-tanda terjadinya hujan es. Pada tanggal 24 Januari 2018 sekitar pukul 13.20 WIB hingga 13.30 WIB telah terjadi kejadian cuaca ekstrem yang berupa hujan es di Magelang tepatnya daerah Mertoyudan. Dengan mengacu pada data AWS (Automatic Weather Station) yang dipasang di kawasan Candi Borobudur yang diolah secara statistik serta data citra satelit himawari-8 dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SATAID. Hasil penelitian  dan  analisis  menunjukan bahwa  telah  terjadi  kejadian hujan es yang di buktikan dengan data AWS yang mengalami perbedaan suhu yang cukup signifikan pada selang jam 12.00 WIB hingga 16.00 WIB sebesar 7.8 °C. Berdasarkan pemantauan    citra satelit    himawari-8    menunjukkan    bahwa    pada   saat kejadian terdapat   gumpalan   awan   berwarna   putih   di   atas   Kabupaten Magelang dan sekitarnya. Suhu puncak awan rendah saat itu sebesar -77.5°C yang diindikasikan sebagai awan Cumulonimbus

Abstract

Jumlah mobil pick-up di kota Merauke adalah 50 mobil pick-up, jumlah tersebut tersebar di beberapa tempat keramaian antara lain. pasar wamanggu 15, pasar baru 20, dan beberapa berada di rumah mereka 15, hal tersebut di dasari dari hasil kuisioner yang di berikan kepada beberapa sopir mobil pick-up yang berada pada pusat keramaian seperti (pasar wamanggu). Sedangkan masih banyak masyarakat yang hanya mengetahui beberapa lokasi mengenai mobil pick-up. Mobil pick-up Ialah salah satu sarana transportasi yang digunakan oleh masyarakat, selain digunakan sebagai sarana transportasi, namun penyewaan mobil masih kurang efisien yaitu penyewa harus datang ke lokasi untuk menyewa mobil tersebut dan bernegosiasi mengenai harga tarif mobil yang akan disewa, hal ini dinilai kurang efisien karena penyewa harus mengeluarkan biaya lebih agar dapat menyewa mobil. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas maka penulis mencoba untuk melakukan penelitian dengan judul Sistem Informasi Penyewaan Mobil Pick-Up Berbasis Web, agar menjadi sarana penyedia informasi dan juga diharapkan agar dapat mempertahankan relasi antara penyedia mobil sewaan dan penyewa.

Abstract

Abstract: The problems in this study are capital, working hours, length of business, and e-commerce are factors that affect the income of market traders. This study aimed to analyze the factors that affect the income of market traders in Pulo Brayan, Medan Barat District, after Covid-19. The data were processed using factor test analysis and then using multiple linear regression. The data obtained from distributing the questionnaires were processed using SPSS Software Version 22.0 For Windows. The results showed that the 4 variables analyzed using the factor analysis model consisted of 2 factors, namely the length of business and e-commerce factors. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, it showed that the length of business and e-commerce have a significant effect on the income of market traders in Pulo Brayan, Medan Barat District, after Covid-19. Abstract

Tourism generates demand for goods and services, leading to various industries such as craft, consumer products, service, and restaurants. Langkat Regency, particularly in Sei Bingai District, has numerous tourist attractions, including Pelaruga natural baths and seven angels in Rumah Galuh Village. However, these attractions face obstacles such as lacking a Base Transceiver Station (BTS), public toilets, visitor huts, and promotions. Additionally, infrastructure such as roads, electricity networks, clean water, and communications networks is lacking. This research aims to analyze capital factors, business location, type of merchandise, selling price, promotion, infrastructure, and number of visitors relevant to the income of MSMEs in Rumah Galuh Village, Langkat Regency. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) is used to analyze data. Results show that facilities and infrastructure, number of visitors, promotion, and capital have a significant effect on MSMEs' income in Rumah Galuh Village, while business location, type of goods, and selling price have a negative effect. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing show that facilities and infrastructure, number of visitors, promotion, and capital together have a positive and significant effect on MSMEs' income in Rumah Galuh Village

Abstract

Waste is one of the environmental problems that continues to grow along with the increase in community activities, especially in coastal areas such as Medan Belawan District. This study aims to analyze waste management in relation to community economic empowerment through the Berkah Waste Bank Program. The approach used is a descriptive quantitative approach with data collection techniques through field observations, questionnaire distribution, and questionnaires to the communities involved in the program. The results of the study show that waste management through the waste bank program has a positive impact on the citizens' economy, such as increasing income, increasing awareness of the importance of a clean environment, and opening up recycling-based business opportunities. The active participation of the community is a major factor in the success of this program. These findings show that proper waste management can be an instrument for sustainable economic empowerment at the local level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the motivation for achievement and competition for the achievement of athletes at the North Sumatra Student Sports Education and Training Center (PPLP). Where there are athletes' achievements. There are two independent variables, namely the number of athletes and the number of competitions. This study uses secondary data by conducting a data search through the North Sumatra Student Sports Education and Training Center (PPLP). The data analysis model in this study uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that the variables of the number of athletes and the number of competitions had a significant effect on the achievement of athletes at the North Sumatra Student Sports Education and Training Center (PPLP).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of digital technology on the selling power of MSMEs products after the Covid-19 pandemic in Klambir V Kebun Village, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency. The type of research used is explanatory research which describes or explains a generalization of the sample to the population, which uses samples and hypotheses to test the hypothesis using inferential statistics. The findings show that the factors that most influence the use of digital technology on the selling power of MSMEs products after the Covid-19 pandemic in Klambir V Kebun Village are production variables, capital variables, and the technology variable itself. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, it shows that production, capital, and technology have a significant effect on the competitiveness and development of MSMEs productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of socioeconomic factors and financial knowledge on the financial literacy of Generation Z at SMK PAB 2 Helvetia. This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive and explanatory approach to measure and analyze the influence of two independent variables on the dependent variable. The population in this study consists of all Generation Z students at SMK PAB 2 Helvetia, ranging from grade X to grade XII. The sample consists of 100 respondents selected randomly and meeting the research criteria. Data collection was conducted through a survey method with a questionnaire distributed to the selected students. The results of the study indicate that socioeconomic factors have a significant effect on financial literacy, while financial knowledge does not show a significant impact on financial literacy among Generation Z at SMK PAB 2 Helvetia. These findings highlight the importance of socioeconomic factors in improving financial literacy among students, while financial knowledge requires a more in-depth approach in its teaching.

Abstract

An examination of the variables affecting rice output and farmers' income levels serves as the driving force behind this study. One of the settlements where people live and work is this one. Using multiple linear regression methods and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), the study aims to ascertain and assess the effects of fertilizer use, capital, productivity, land, distribution, price, demand, and consumption on farmers' income levels. One hundred farmers served as the sample size. Questionnaires were sent in order to gather data, and SPSS version 24.0 was used for data processing. According to the findings of experiments conducted using hypothesis testing, farmer income is significantly impacted by the factors of production, consumption, land, and prices. Next, the variables Farmer income is not significantly impacted by fertilizer use, demand, distribution, or capital. Four factors are suitable to influence income, according to the research's findings. The first component, productivity, has a value of 0.912; the second, consumption, has a value of 0.764; the third, land, has a value of 0.848; and the fourth, price, has a value of 0.864. The Rotated component matrix value indicates that there are eight factors. The government must work to inspire and excite the people to boost the wealth of farmers in Sei Rotan village, and it is hoped that farmers would keep increasing the productivity of their rice output.
